I’ve spent a great deal of planning , organization, and restructuring to introduce something new for 2024. Writing has always been a beautiful gift that I give myself and others, it is the Avenue that provides me with peace and clarity … storytelling is an essential part of my “Why”.

I needed this so much. I have been beating myself up for falling short of who I want to be and how I respond to negativity or respond period. I'm learning to show grace to not only to others but to myself as well. Healing is constant, hard but so worth it. Thank you for this and for who you are. ❤

I can relate to this journey of HEALING. I've learned to see rejection as redirection and release the pain of past failures. No longer beating myself up for staying in a marriage that wasn't bringing out the best in me. I realized I stayed in a marriage where i wasn't loved properly, nor was I being respected. I found courage to walk away. I now have embraced therapy and give myself grace and learn to never settle for less than what I deserve ❤

You’ve been confirming my feelings , I heal differently and I’m constantly in solitude away from everyone. I seem to only get progress that way, alone and unbothered!! I moved to another state just this week to take a travel assignment for work for 13 weeks and I don’t know anyone here, but I’m at peace from home.
