ABOUT ME:
I’m Liam Harrison, Bolton born and bred. I’m a lover of Golf, life and laughter.
Started Golf 12 years ago after packing in football when i was 28 due to a back injury.
I started the UA-cam channel as a laugh and a Wim, to make me practice but that went out the window as i started vlogging, loving being on camera but more so the interaction with my #golfmates.
In 14 months i have seen the channel evolve and become the only real golf community on UA-cam which i am extremly proud of.
I would like to thank all the #golfmates that have been with us and supported us and the channel from the start. Also not forgetting our new #golfmates that may have only just come across the channel.

OMP is clutch. Came up with a birdie when he needed it. I thought he was going to drain that putt for the win. But, finishing square and sharing a pint is never a bad idea. Great video.

I've just joined the golf mates. I watch a few golf channels on here, Peter Finch and Rick Shiels to name a couple, but I think yours is the most relateable . It's fun and real, and as a fellow Northerner (although I'm from the correct side of "The Hill" in Castleford, Yorkshire) I can understand everything you're saying.....Keep up the good work, mate.

Got a joke for me golfmates!!
I was playing with this gentleman on a golf course next to a cemetery. We hit our tee shots and had to cross a road. A funeral procession was about to pass in front of us. The gentleman removed his cap and stood at attention. I quickly removed mine and also stood in silence. After the parade passed by we crossed the road. I asked him, “I didn’t know you were so respectful towards funeral processions?” He smiled and said, “Well, we were married for 40 years!!”

Joke - Three Senior golfers 60, 70, 80 respectively plus one lovely Lady. On the last green the lady who has 34 points so far, has one nasty 3 ft put across the slope. "Whoever gives me the best advise can take me out to dinner". 60 yr old " Hit it firmly into the back of the hole". 70 yr old "No, slow and safe with 12 inch borrow". 80 yr old ( I'm thinking OMP here) says .... " It's a gimme".
OMP is the man. We are all just living in his world. He has figured out what this life is all about.
Ebay had a monster chip off that slope on the 2nd hole (best shot of the video, imho), cleared those trees on the 3rd, and had such a nice touch on that lag putt on the decider. Three straight holes with impressive shots and it still wasn't enough to best OMP. You'll get him next time, Pete! Most importantly they ended it like gentlemen - having a drink talking about boobs :)
