Cannibal Corpse - From Skin to Liquid
Вставка
- Опубліковано 15 жов 2010
- The only instrumental off of Cannibal Corpse's 1998 album, "Galleries of Suicide". CC's second album with Corpsegrinder and first with legendary death metal guitarist Pat O'brien.
This is like reggae for serial killers
Yep
怖い
Sim mano kkk
Yup
This might be the most epic coment in the internet history
Cannibal Corpse really knew how to insert some harmony and atmosphere into a song. Very few death metal bands can pull this off. I think they are very underrated.
Underrated? They are the most popular brutal death metal band. I think you mean that the genre is underrated not CC
@@dimitrisvill1411 CC gets hated on by alot of "real" 🙄death metal fans who claim CC is pandering to the masses and not TRUE death metal, I remember when corpsegrinder joined everyone was saying that CC sold out...total BS though
@@JSG-mw4qr That's true, but CC has Alex Webster and he's a genius. Ever heard him play blues? The guy know's how to make killer songs (not that he writes them all) and they're timeless. Other death metal bands you can easily get bored of their style/hooks. CC is the best DM band ever no doubt. Usually the people hating on them are new to the genre and just go extreme brutal stuff, which is fine but as they age (like me) they'll be coming back to stuff like this, especially CC!
I agree under rated
@@JSG-mw4qr corpse grinder is the shit people are idiots now they realize .
1999-ish. LAN party. Doom II. 9 peeps balls deep in the slaughter zone. This song (my addition, dumped all sorts of death and thrash in) shuffled up on the communal playlist. Everyone quickened like we'd shot pure molly, some of the most precise murder of the night was had for those 5 savage minutes. Days later people were asking me what this track was, it stuck with them and they wanted more. Years later, one came to her first metal concert with me, supporting the Wretched Spawn album. She broke her nose. She didn't care. A blood warrior born.
Hail Cannibal Corpse, Unleashing the Savage Butchery in all of us \m/
Fucking awesome, Doom and CC go hand in hand beautifully and you seemed to have had the time of your life!
Ahh! the twisted guitars whisper evil into your ears, as the rhythmic drums monitor your heart beat! love this fucking tune!
I think the rhythmic guitars scream in to your ears while the twisted drums whisper to the desert
Drizzled in caramel, sprinkled with chopped walnuts, delicious hazelnut spread, marshmallows, peanut butter, freshly baked bread, orange juice, granite countertops, an antique clock, and an old man looking out the window while sitting in his favorite chair who dreams of owning a floating purple magical singing ball
I wish they would do more stuff like this, this song is amazing.
Infinite misery and frantic disembowlment (bass, drum and guitar)
My father show me this when I was twelwe.
I'm happiest son ever.
Bobby Reptile your father is a pos washed up druggie
John Arnold Was just showing his son a good song bro
someguy9897 yeah, Idk why I said that.
John Arnold I mean Cannibal Corpse does have some crazy fans lol
someguy9897 see? There might be truth there but my comment wasn't necessary. Maybe I was just in a bad mood.
one of the best tunes from cannibal
Back in 02' they played at the old Canyon Club in the now torn down Bronco Bowl in Oak Cliff (Dallas). Opened with this song and it was fucking majestic.
dude i bet that was fucking awesome
David Oles it was man, truly wonderful way to open thier show that night. It was a good show overall, some buddies I was in a band with tossed a rubber rat onstage during "devoured by vermin" and Webster picked it up and put it on his amp. We even got a chance to speak with them after the show. I found out several years later in 13' that Webster Still had the rubber rat on a practice amp in thier studio in tampa. Good memories.
This cover art always really creeped me out. Also I think the intro riff to this song is their darkest.
do you mean the intro (first seconds of the track) or the main verse riff ?
@@orphia6479 the intro
I've always loved this instrumental!
It's.. sexy
Stare
great music, this band could make an instrumental album, i buy it, for sure.
+claudio cruzat oh me too bud
+Claudio Cruzat compile all the instrumentals together, u get an album hehehe
Ado Podrinje They only have three instrumental songs: Relentless Beating, this one, and Infinite Misery. Don't even reach the 12 minute mark with that track list.
They did make an instrumental album but it says bogged down by too many disagreements of the band members and its been shelved
me 2
This... This... This music is pure evil! Instant favourite! :D
The bestest instrumental in Morbid Angel's discography xD
Something about this song is more intimidating then your average CC song
I don't know why people dislike GOS, it's one of my favorite CC albums.
I love those sinister chords in the beginning
This art is beautiful.
True masters of death fucking metal.
totally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Это ШЕДЕВР!
One of my favorite Cannibal Corpse songs
Beautiful unrelenting horror. Crushing skulls and the demons that flow through us... so wonderful.
A brief offering to the altar of Azagthoth...
I was pleasantly surprised when I heard this instrumental for the first time - not what I was expecting at all. All these years later, and I still adore the atmosphere this track has.
the main riff is amazing
Still the heaviest song in history.
that intro is like this ice-cold state of mind of moribund numbness, contrasted by the rush of volcanic matter pouring out in the verse.
It's a masterpiece... And I'm not even a hardcore CC fan. Hats off!
This deserves more views.. fucking awesome song!
This was the only thing i ever really dug post barnes. Truly a masterpiece track.
A masterpiece...
Man i never could imagine a toned-down guitar riff be this gruesome.
Apparently Alex wrote this one, i like it without any vocals, very 'stoner-like' kind of metal!
This is what nuclear war sounds like.
I love this song because its the only Corpse song where the drums are slow and steady the whole time, and they just let the string section rip, the addition of Pat O'Brien on guitar was very welcome as well.
stoners are unbearably annoying
Lucas Blake ever heard of Google
Chances are good he writes most of their songs :) very talented dude
The outro is magnificent.
next lvl rythm
Every time I listen to this, I imagine a fucked up castle that gets progressively more brutal with every guitar lick. Yup death metal is unforgettable, it brings a sense of primal anger that can only be quenched with the blood of a thousand virgins.
*tips fedora*
jason mckinnon *scratches neck-beard*
Zach McConnell *unsheathes katana* *Teleports behind you* wana say that again kid?
Zach McConnell Laments lack of beard
Travis Kitkowski Yep totally true i love your metaphor :D
This song gives me chills Hellyeah
If I were a serial killer this would be my theme song while I'm stalking my prey. Pretty sick huh?
This and Good Mourning/Black Friday by Megadeth. The lyrics on that one look like they were stolen from a Cannibal Corpse song..
This song is soooo dark. I love it. Pat O'Brien is the sexiest man alive.
He is one of the best guitar players of metal.
Pat O'Brien is the best guitar live.
Till now
Especially when he’s meth’d the fuck out and breaking into peoples houses warning about the coming rapture
The click of the bass tone is just right
too good
more of these please
Holy shit
Second best song on this album
Present day! Present time!
Mexican cartels play this when they're dumping the enemy inside acid baths! Gracias cannibal corpse! Viva metal!🤟🏼🤟🏼🔥
I thought they played funky town.
I do not think so... those people only know their local corridos and sort of... nothing special.
@trihardous maximus only one way to find out hahaaaa
I love it song Parce
Ascension Of The Watchers From Skin To Liquid
Fuck I love cannibal corpse. Monstrous death metal. Mad respect.
el mejor tema de cannibal una balada de lo mas hpta que he escuchado
Death Metal March!
CORPSE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wonder how Gojira would change up the song TBH. Cuz this sounds like a mix of Jazz, Gojira and Dying Fetus. I fucking love driving up to the Mountain at night and blasting it in the forest!!
1:04 best part
Fuckin love this \m/
listened to this when itwas on red cassette tape best fucking band eer
Quando escutei esse som pela primeira vez nem quis baixar pirata, corri na loja e comprei o cd....muito foda...na minha opinião "Gallery of suicide" e "gore obsessed" são os melhores.
Fucking bad ass
This one is tasty shit!
1:04 ...
Guitar riff kicks in its brilliant
MEATY \M/
What a Fuckin way 2 start off my XMas Eve day!!! Poppin a brew, Takin my first $hot of Fireball!!! Yeaaa! This song izz silk azz Fukk
Very cool music + it's very different from other cannibal's songs. Looks like death metal opera.
Πάμε λίγο αλάνια μου
the pickaxe murders
From mars gojira
4:09 and onwards is my favorite \m/
Me encanta asdfghjkls*-*
w0w
Don't we all?!
nice ballad
nroks great music to fuck a girl in the ass to
Do they have any other songs like this? I dont even care if theres vocals.
Frantic Disembowelment lacks vocals I think
actitud
DeathMetal Jazz
Fucking BAROQUE.
Interpol got ya.
Hold on.
is there a genre with this kind of guitars but with harsh vocals? like Matt Pike of High On Fire or Lemmy's ones.
Attila lemmy sounds like shit
They need a compilation of instrumental songs. I like the actual lyrics but I grow tired of the roaring and belching that interrupts these obvious stoner rifts.
Walter Trapnell Then don't listen to Cannibal Corpse.
Anyone know what tuning this is in? Im using a 7 string dropped a whole step and it's close but doesn't sound spot on.
It's half step down from standard. A# standard
@@adeptusmechanicus1029 Yes it, never tried that tuning and it sounds killer.
@@ryanschindler923 I've found out that most of their songs are in that tuning. Even their earlier stuff is e flat or d#
@@adeptusmechanicus1029 Right, I think Deicide used E flat or S standard too, at least in the earlier stuff
Solo reminds me of behemoths at the left hand of God and beyond creations Omnipresent perception. Both bands were definitely influenced by the legendary cannibal corpse
say dope after me
Canni-blues.
My friend said this was just random notes, and that the guitarist didn't know shit about music theory.
this one and Eaten Back are the only albums I like from thhis band, it may be the production or the technique who knows
I really want to get into death metal but I'm not a big fan of the vocals
You can if you really want to :) try Death or Morbid Angel.
Bruce Wayne I started listening to Death, and it's really good
Yeah, good starting point is Symbolic and The Sound of Perseverance. Both great albums
try instrumentals then Infinite misery,
you dont have to be into the vocals to get into Death metal. it's all about the music.
Join us for arts and crafts she says...
😅
The guitar riff sounds a lot like Mortal Kombat
The intro sounds almost identical to flying whales by gojira (ending part before the breakdown)
It is the opposite, flyng whales sounds like this
I'd use this as my entrance music
Travence Reedy great choice
This is Black Metal or Death Metal?
Death metal. For a clear example of black metal, try Darkthrone's "Transilvanian hunger" (or early Burzum, Immortal, Mayhem...)
cerinobalzano Thanks bro.
Anonymous [BR] Death metal.
The band members themselves don't consider this death metal. They said they don't like to be categorized and prefer just to be considered aggressive music
Brutal Death Metal
caralho
Speed 1.25 DO IT
I... actually like it. That riff at about 1:55 is wicked when sped up. Still prefer the original speed, but you, sir/ma'am, may have 5 skins turned to liquid for this worthy contribution
I drew this drawling when I was doing a years time but they took it from me saying it was contraband!!! bastards!!!!! and I was hiding it but they went threw my stuff and found it!!!!! Lotta narks to!!!!!! and no one like's a nark or a lier!!!!! wish I could show my drawling I worked hard on it in pencil to!!!
they'd be better off instrumental. so Corpsegrinder could go back to Monstrosity and everyone would be happy
im a nerd that loves CC
cool
In 1978 a man in Montana made toast
Even Corpsegrinder is a nerd.
anyone else hear gojira?
Who else came here from the Ramin GoT Ost? XD
cool song but i prefer Infinite Misery
O SENHOR te repreenda satanás
hhhh
I love Cannibal Corpse. But fucking hate their distorted growl vocals. I wish Cannibal Corpse made more instrumentals... Or lost the stupid vocals entirely.
andriuchaMetal By the way... This song is so fucking awesome it turned my guts inside out.
How could one say that. That's what death metal is all about. Corpsegrinder is a death metal legend vocalist. IMO
I like cannibal corpse but...if you think it's cool to have 'demons flowing through you' you are a weak and fragile piece of shit. God crushes weak fools like you. I'm not talking about the religious pagan rip off shite. I'm talking about the creator of all things. Nothing more metal than that.
