Thanks brother, my budget allows me a couple hundred a month on tools. But I went WAY over for black friday, I will honestly not have anything to buy for the next 6 months until summer when new products are released and the sales start for fourth of july I suspect. I dont foresee any companies making product for january or february or march. Summer and Fall and Early winter is where it is at for collecting and buying. I'm not rich, I'm a disabled veteran on a restricted income, this just happens to be one of my few hobbies I can splurge on after the bills.. Im sorry to hear about your depression and ptsd. hopefully my videos are a good distraction for all of that. they are for me.

The handkerchief story was a nice tangent, my life has been a lot like yours, not really starting until 30; fortunately/unfortunately I wasted a lot in academia instead of the military like I wanted to. It's important to remember that people have and will put more meaning into less important things. Gaming is a great, innocent, cheap decompressor. I spent a lot on black friday as well picking up stuff from CI I had wanted for awhile now, not quite as much as you, but it's nice to see another fanboy. Keep up the great content and I will try to make it to Texas one day to try to find/pick one of your locks and take you up on that dinner offer.
I hit their sell up pretty good too. I ordered one of their air wedges with my order to see how good they were to use for running service calls doing automotive lock outs for work and their bags are some of the best I’ve used in like 20 years no joke so many other people make garbage or the stupid twist release valves, I seen they marked them down from 13 bucks to 9 bucks a couple of days ago so I ordered 3 more 😂 bought one of their American 1100 cutaways to pretty cool lock

Im 17 now and started lockpicking when I was 14 years old i ended up getting some crappie amazon lockpick set starting out then i got the southord psx-14 then i got the sparrows creeper set and then another southord set and i ended up getting the disk detainer pick from sparrows and i got warded tryout keps from sparrows and sparrows mini jim, i never leave the house without bringing my lockpicks with me, i live in a small town and I've had teachers and coaches pull me out of class to unlock stuff for them, i even went to this one store and this person was cutting a key and he was telling me how he use to be a lock smith and i showed him my lock picks and he took me to the back of the store in a room and he had containers full of locks and he had a lot of lishi tools and he put a lock up on the vise grips and said i could try out his lishitools I really enjoyed that moment that was in hayliville alabama then right afterwards i went to auto zone and got wire and a switch for the kill switch i was putting in my car

I just bought a bunch of stuff from Red Team Tools to keep in my EDC for my locksmithing side hustle. I would think that those old hand made locks will be collectors items for sure. All the Dremel grinding marks and ish adds to the value.. Those plastic steel cards are for "Loiding". Oh and are tho9se Bump keys on your table by your right hand?
@@sandman_locksport I have a Kwikset and a schlage super bump key still in the bag in exactly the same place..The superbumps can do 5 and 6 pin locks. Dev from Red team tools designed them and they make them on a milling machine instead of a key duplicator. Thanks for the great content.

Some awesome goodies from CI. Really cool designs. Being in Oz and our dollar is worth 60 cents USA everything is nearly double the cost so no black Friday items for me from any company, though I have brought some locks from the salvage yard. I have just spent a heap sending locks overseas to US and UK, postage has been a total rip off, so I hope I have made some locksporters happy with my choices. I cleared out over eight kilo's of locks and sent them off. Stuff I had been promising people for ages but life just kept taking precedent. Glad I have finally been able to fulfill all my commitments before the Christmas rush of postage parcels. thanks for doing this unboxing, cheers
Their BF sale was insane. I wasn't going to worry about getting a good tubular lock impressioning tool just yet, but when they had theirs for just $45 (normally $85) I had to pull the trigger. Got their bump key/hammer set for a song and a dance as well. My wife gets a little miffed because I buy for myself on these BF sales instead of putting them on a christmas list, but I know precisely what I want and don't want, and she doesn't have an account at any of these places anyway. It's just less stress this way. Watch out for arrows to the knee..

I grabbed the ergo combs for my Echelon set and they fit perfectly... that's by far the best edc type pick set on the market when combined w the genesis(even by itself). Ahahah I lol’ed at gutting half a lock! 😂 Yeah, when the wife comes home during one of my videos, it’s always awkward because I’m always like 20 minutes into it and it’s always on my third or fifth attempt lol. People always ask me how much editing I do in my videos, and I’m like I don’t do any editing, I just talk way too much and then somebody interrupts me and I have to start over lol.

I have one and I think it sucks. I would recommend the riv pick over it, beats the swick by miles. Don't trust Reddit, those people are ridiculous. All they talk about it swick but it isn't great.
I don’t own one at this time, for the same reason you mentioned, they are always sold out. But I have some jackknives coming from all around the world because I’m going to review them against the up-and-coming sparrows jackknife. It’s not looking good for sparrows.
