    Hello Sis, Happy Deepavali. Excellent athirasam recipe. Tried for this Deepavali and i am so happy it turned out soooo goood. Recalling my childhood, the taste and texture exactly like my mother use to make. Thank you soooo much. Keep up with your good job. 🙏❤️❤️❤️

      I added some oil but I think I have to let it sit a few more days before suduraning the athirasam 🤣
      Tried adding some flour before frying but still same

      Im not good at the ready made flour yet. Evetytime i try it breaks in d oil. I need to become pandai first. 🤣🤣

Though there are many you tubers teaching, but many not so good turn outs. Your is perfect . Malaysia Boleh! I m sure manywho follows yr recipes knpws this very well. God bless you n yr family.       Hi sister. You can take any cup of your choice. Just make sure you measure rice and sugar in d same cup. I din weigh it in grams. Sorry

    Hi Sis, must tell you this. I tried again the second time this attirasam. But this time I doubled the amount. Turned out beautifullt. This time got more pieces becaise of double measurement. Oir gula merah recipe is perfect than the jagery recipe. Malaysia Punya Boleh.🇲🇾 Thanks again.

      Hi sister. I agree too. Our gula merah taste and colour is better than jaggery. I too like doing it with that gula merah. More caramalised taste isnt it. Yes Malaysia Boleh 😍

    Just for those not from Malaysia or Singapore, gula merah is jaggery .

      Yes sister. ❤️ its just we in Malaysia we dont say jaggery much. We use local language like gula merah..😃 or the most we say is 'karupi seeni'

      Sis blend the rice and sallichikungeh. That is just nice consistency. Too course wont go through the sallaadeh. What came down ia just nice. Sesame seeds can add too sis. 1 tsp cukup

    அம்மா அருமையான செய்முறை விளக்கம் இந்த அதிரசம் ரெம்ப சுவையாக இருந்திருக்கவேண்டும் அதற்கு காரணம் அந்த பிளாஸ்டி ஆப்பையும் சூட்டில் இளகி உருகி அந்த சர்க்கரை பாகுடன் கலந்த்திருக்கும் என்பதால் சுவை கூடியிருக்கும் .
