- 6x7 meters small house with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathroom. The total living space of this house is 89 sqm.
This is a 2 story modern house design with a master bedroom of 9sqm and 2 bedrooms of 7sqm plus a small balcony on the second floor. This house design can be built on a 50 sqm lot. The estimated cost for this house is 1,55 - 1,9M php.

Very nice design. Can you include in the first floor a very small room next time? Keep the 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor. This will be good for old people who cannot go upstairs.

Nice layout.
Only thing I didn't like was the long low windows in the showers. I think they should be higher up to provide more privacy because although they have opaque glass, if you were showering at night with the lights on, you would be putting on a show for people passing by. Maybe start them 150cm up from the floor to avoid this.
Yes lifting it up is a good point for more privacy

Layout 2 looks better than layout 1 especially spaces like living , dining and kitchen. Makes the space more usable. However, the floor plan did the match the elevation with respect to the reduced balcony size. I assume its from the bedroom.

Doesn’t have a parking space. Otherwise an excellent design. Squarish and corner plot always have added advantages.

Let's see 6x7=42, 2 stories of 42 sqm each, total 84sqm which means there is a magical 5sqm extra.
This house comes with a 5sqm dimensional pocket!!! (at least there is a laundry enclosure)

Beautiful design. I have concerns about the stairs tho. Won't it be steep? Or let me guess? Head room is about 2.8m on the ground floor?
Thank You! You almost guessed it. The head room on the ground floor is 2.7m and for the stairs the headroom clearance is 2.5m
