This is a very serviceable floor plan. People can decorate how they want. I think that the proportions are generous and the layout works. Nice curb appeal and plenty of windows. My only gripe is the total lack of entry storage. Great home - would live here.
Nice big living room. Pretty fireplace. Nice size dining and kitchen. I would love a house like this. To me it’s just a smaller house not really a tiny house.
I agree it's a two-story and it doesn't show us two story plan there could be a staircase going up stairs where the fireplace is also the background for the giant trellis is silly I like the giant garden if I had my choice it would be a two-bedroom total
I love the size and layout of this house very much. I'd change the decor to my taste. The house is very well designed. Good size kitchen with a pantry. I also like that there are plenty of storage closets too. Great size covered porch is a lovely feature. Well done on this design, not so much on the decor choices ( sorry ) 🙂 I could see myself living in this home, very much, though I'd change the roof and siding colour to suit my taste. I'd also like an entryway area to hang coats, shoes and bags, I know there is a side entrance and boot room, however, it's a way to go to hang coats, take off shoes if I'm coming in the front door. Otherwise, yes, gorgeous. I also love the garden size and design too, plenty of space for a vegetable/fruit growing garden.
I would want to put in a loft in the attic with the ladder that folds upward for the most part, as I would live there alone but with grandkids who would visit. Nice visual. Remember that you may be doing most of the interior work. Color themes, etc., are called 'cosmetic', and you choose the paint, etc.
Some people don't realize they only put up wallpaper, etc. When they are prepping the house to show. Right along with all the furniture etc is just for show. 😄
Design is beautiful. Love the green exterior but hate the green indoors, and there are too many different patterns. It’s so busy it causes double vision and a headache. Sorry, the patterns and color scheme inside is just too much. Exterior is gorgeously done.
But remember--there is no garage so the yard would have to have the trash can(s), recycle can(s), sheds for tools for car, yard, lawnmower, edger, fertilizer, etc, and where do you put Christmas and Halloween decor, camping/sports equipment, a ladder, toys (even a kiddie pool if you have young kids), and household tools or a tool chest... hammers, nails, picture hooks...etc....as a longtime homeowner, the stuff just grows...you paint a few rooms, have paint left over to patch later, ladders, brushes, spaeckle, primer, etc. Mice invade, now I have crap for that. I plant a garden, now I have a little wheelbarrow, a hoe, a shovel or 2, and a snow shovel, small hand tools, pruning shears, rakes, fertilizers, compost, etc. I buy something new, upgraded, but the old one is left. No problem with a garage, just buy some guerilla racks for the garage. But otherwise you'll have a row of sheds. Homes require upkeep which requires tools and things that must be stored when not in use. Btw, where do they put sheets, blankets, comforters, throws in summer? I did not see linen closets. I have a duplex that just has a tiny one, but had to buy an armoire to hold spare bedspreads, comforters, blankets, pillows... This house cheats by using a custom entertainment center as deep as a CD! Makes the living room look a foot wider, at least--but remember yours will be much deeper.. Picture the place with storage units for the games kid play, bookshelves, CDs, DVDs, etc. All the things you use in a week. And put blinds, curtains (both in a cold climate) on windows. Put wood by the fireplace if you burn wood...
The ovens need to be moved. You take something hot out of the oven you want to set it down right away. Also-hot oven next to refrigerator? No. Just a few spots I don't understand but for the most part it's good
I just got on this channel and I decided to see how many comments were made. The funniest thing is so many have so much to say about that wallpaper or too much green laugh my ass off. 😂 I thought what the hell why don’t they just look at the nice things about it but I have to agree that wallpaper has to Go! 😂
The house is very nicely done outside. The interior needs just a couple of adjustments. The living and dining areas are shown well. The fireplace though looks a little bare. The kitchen is fine, though it would be nice to see the pantry. As for the bedrooms. The closet area in the master bedroom looks like both the closet and a desk area? I'm unsure on that. The rest looks very good. You're doing great, keep up the good work.
They omitted clothing and pretended you can use it as a room. So many little cheats like that--virtually no real storage. No place for Christmas decor, snow shovels, ladders, toys, and anything like camping gear, gardening tools, stuff to paint, and things such as sheets, blankets, comforters, throws, bedspreads... If a person prefers less stuff, a cleaner look, no clutter, the best way to get there is not to delete cupboards, garages, but to have good big organized storage! They limit stuff to what fits. Because it's pricy to buy that stuff every time you paint a room or a wall or summer comes and the heavy bedding comes off the bed, or it's Fall and the outdoor toys for kids, adult sports stuff, etc has to be put away. A kiddie pool for toddlers, needs a home when they weather cools. The barbecue needs a home--this house has no patio, nowhere to sit except the porch. This may be a TV addict's perfect home. But there is not even room for bookshelves. So not a home for readers, gardeners, or people with hobbies. Imagine a 12-yr-old boy--or girl--leaving their sports equipment around the house? There is no hall closet, or garage for such stuff. Bicycles? They will be stolen.
Curious when you make your design for the bedrooms, do you base it on a double, queen or king size bed. Many times when I look at these types of plans, the bed looks like a double.
I would want an upstairs with a handicapped lift, a handicap bathtub in the master bath which is way too small, and room for a dryer! Who builds a house with no room for a dryer? I also need a butlers pantry. Also total overall lack of storage!
In Southern California. Our house was 2000+ sq ft and was the next to the smallest home in our small development. The others were slightly smaller (one-story) and 2300+ and 2400+ sq ft for the larger ones. But as soon as we were settled, put in a pool, gardens, roses, a new tract opened closer to town and the hwy. 3400 sq ft! This was not some high end development on the golf courses. These were just single family homes in Santa Clarita. Here in Oregon, many homes are smaller and even tho land goes on forever(all the way to Idaho), backyards are so small. Houses on the golf courses, custom homes, and ones with stables, east of town, where land is less expensive, no mountains except what you see, not live in/on, are larger.
Love the outside, green hasn't been done but you went way far overboard with it inside. The wall paper for both the house AND bathrooms was abysmal, I really don't mean to be rude but please send them back to the 1970's and leave them there. The set up for the handicap accessible bathroom was well thought out and you are to be commended for thinking of others. The only other thing that was a no go was the above the deck mounted sink. Just not my cup of tea.
Love this layout. Only thing - I didn't see a dryer. I don't use them often, but when your cloth freeze to the cloth line, they become important. Other than that, it has great storage and the layout is just about perfect.
I found no storage--ladders, lawnmower, sports equipment--even bicycles, luggage, Christmas decor, home improvement tools, supplies, bedding, shovels for garden and snow, rakes, fertilizer, compost, and indoors, no books, and no blinds and curtains. As a practical matter, a person living there would have issues with clothing, shoes, bedding, books, and hobbies. It's a perfect home for a window or widower, or a young couple who want to see a storage shed in the yard for just the necessary equipment, luggage and children's kiddie pool, bikes, etc. and who hire gardeners to do literally everything. Who watch a lot of TV or sleep a lot--no place to store stuff for hobbies.
Why build homes that don’t give you a choice to place the bed anywhere but blocking a window? And I’d hate to come into my house passing thru the laundry room.
Looks cute from outside, but I don’t like how all the windows are a different shape and size, that is a huge pet peeve. The modern furniture does not look right in such a traditional style house, that is another pet peeve. It needs a garage or at least the option to add one and I’m not sure where that could be, they are usually off the kitchen. Also the laundry room didn’t have dryer yet it looked big enough for one, and it should be open to the kitchen not the bedroom hallway. The main bathroom needs a tub for young children.
I love the exterior. My problem is once you get inside its disjointed. I'd make it a 2 bedroom. Too many odd angles that eat up a lot of space. The handicapped bathroom is great. But then the angles don't work. Being a handicapped person I'd find it difficult to get around the bath and bedrooms. One more major thing for me is the kitchen could stand an island. That way the oven and microwave would fit in better. I have to say I'd guess a man designed this house not a woman.
The outside style of the home doesn't match the inside. Cottage out contemporary in, but the wallpaper is busy and confusing . Even though personally I love green !
Love the exterior. The interior...the layout leaves a little to be desired. The fireplace in the middle of the house is a space thief. Not sure what exactly I'd do, but I'd tweak it a bit.
How much is this home, and does this come with any actual property? Or do you have to buy the property in advance make sure you can get water, electric, gas, etc Cute, but incomplete info on it. MOST OF ALL HOW MUCH IS IT?
Small or tiny homes werent for tiny living. They were meant for those who didnt want to mess with bigger homes of cleaning or werent home all the time. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to design a small home. So, design the home you would love.
Love the outside but the green inside is way too much takes away from the whole decor of the house. I put a like only for the outside inside thumbs down.
I agree with the others way too much wall paper and who wants a fake fire place that is more of an eyesore than anything. Give me floor space. Tile a backsplash and make the appliances match. Sorry who wants a stove with no fan? Kinda like the house but way too busy with the wall paper
Love the house design. Hate the overwhelming wallpaper!
I agree with you about the choice of wallpaper. Yikes.
The wallpaper has to go!!
I also like the fact that you have a bathroom for somebody who might be retiring or in a wheelchair
Absolutely beautiful. A little less wallpaper.
The AI liked it.
What a great floorplan - this looks like it would be a lovely retirement home❣️❣️
I wonder if that actually was a working fireplace, or one you have to put an insert into it.
А мне очень нравится, для меня это идеальная планировка, много воздуха, нет лестниц, замечательно ❤
I agree it's a two-story and it doesn't show us two story plan there could be a staircase going up stairs where the fireplace is also the background for the giant trellis is silly I like the giant garden if I had my choice it would be a two-bedroom total

Holy outdoor lights, Batman!
I know but somehow I like them😊
Muito ampla espacosa!!! Projeto ideal layout perfeito....combinacao com os tons de verde prabens!!!!!!!!
this looks so nice and cozy.
It’s a lovely home, and it’s not a tiny house.
I was looking for this comment! Our first house was 816 sq ft. Never thought of it as a tiny home, though.
Love this layout!!!!

It's beautiful, I love it❤❤❤❤❤
تصميم رائع

❤ perfect size home for my family 😊
What kind of price tag does this tiny house have? I really like the flow it has throughout the house. I really like the porch area.
I just love they did a great job very pretty 😌😮
LOVE the outside!😊

I so agree 👍💯

Is there a second level to this Floorplan.?
We are wondering because of the windows outside?
Very pretty on the outside but confusing on the inside
Almost exactly like one i've seen before. Would have to do a lot of tweeting to get to where i'd be happy with it. Love the exterior.
It's beautiful, but in what universe is a 1600 sq ft house considered "tiny" or even "small"?
In Southern California. Our house was 2000+ sq ft and was the next to the smallest home in our small development. My thoughts too! My house is smaller than this! And it is not a "tiny house"
Beautiful home.
Exterior pretty. Interior needs a total redo.

I agree with you on the interior!
What is the average time frame from start to finish?
I'm confused. The cottage looks 2-story but showed only a one story floor plan. Why show an exterior that looks 2-story??😮❤
It’s one story, they do not show an upstairs, how stupid are you.
I was thinking the same thing, where's the second floor??🤔
It's an attic. Homes have attics.
Because design wise it’s more pleasing and therefore more salable.
Too much green. And the wall paper is too much for my taste.
Aivan ihana talo ympäristöineen kaikkineen. Minun mielen m asemaani sopii täydellisesti.
Needs a back covered porch
Me gustó mucho pero tienen que enseñar todo lo que allá en la cocina y en la casa entera cada puerta
Sooooo Cute!
Love this layout. Only thing - I didn't see a dryer. I don't use them often, but when your cloth freeze to the cloth line, they become important. Other than that, it has great storage and the layout is just about perfect.

Don’t care for the wallpaper as is very distracting! Yikes!! Love kitchen.
The home was nice but where's the up stairs look like it has two floors
What is that big silver thing over the toilet in the second bathroom?
Cutr Design, and I love the little 😊😊
I like to this house please prices
Why build homes that don’t give you a choice to place the bed anywhere but blocking a window? And I’d hate to come into my house passing thru the laundry room.

Nice Color Concept, But To Much Greenery inside. & Could use Light Wood Ranch Style Shutters Outside.
Throw back to the 70s
Lovely space! If you need tips on improving indoor air quality, I'm the expert to consult.
The interior design should be redone. This could be a beautiful home if the interior design was better.
Nice house I would get rid of the fireplace dishwasher and the wallpaper and paint the walls
La puerta principal cual es ?
prefer open kitchen with island but rest is nice
Where is this house ? Looks like it’s raised up on a mountain or a high hill. Way too much wallpaper. It’s a beautiful home.
I love the exterior. My problem is once you get inside its disjointed. I'd make it a 2 bedroom. Too many odd angles that eat up a lot of space. The handicapped bathroom is great. Love this tiny house is perfect for me and my granddaughters loves the floor plan but the wall paper no
LOVE all the windows. Hate the wallpaper.
Fireplace is too plain. Needs a mantel
How come you don’t show bedroom closets..
Gorgeous outside but inside needs work. No wallpaper anywhere. Fireplace looks odd. Does it even work? Must be washer/dryer combination.
You don't want a washing machine positioned right behind the headboard of bed in principal bedroom
The green has to go, even on the outside. I would go with red tones.
I agree with the one story and looks like a two story....What is all the wasted space for on the upper floor?
Interesting design but this green color everywhere......is too much
I love layout but I really hate the furniture and wallpaper! Kill the green!
I love treen, it's my favorite color but one room that's got green wall paper is good but way way too much green wallpaper and too much green Yuck
Wallpapaer has to go!!❤
I'm in love. How much is this plan?
Needs a dryer also!
Combo washer/dryer
The wallpaper is horrible..
Love the outside.
How much is this home, and does this come with any actual property? Or do you have to buy the property in advance make sure you can get water, electric, gas, etc Cute, but incomplete info on it. MOST OF ALL HOW MUCH IS IT?
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️♥️🐈🐈
When did 1600 square feet become a small house. It’s larger than the house I live in that 3 bedroom and 2 bath, 1200 square feet.
Small or tiny homes werent for tiny living. They were meant for those who didnt want to mess with bigger homes of cleaning or werent home all the time. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to design a small home. So, design the home you would love.
The wallpaper is ghastly! So is the tile in the bathroom. Does the designer like green?
A billion colors and ya'll went with the green wow
Its a. Basement. Only. On top! 😁
Video it without the loop di loops ... My god no one walks thru a house bobbing around
cost??
I Love the layout but the wall paper is a big no!
I thought the whole floor plan had several things that I felt needed new thinking.
How much? I hate wallpaper..
I'm not thrilled about the interior wall covering choices and colors. Guess what? They can be changed. All in all, it's a cute house.
presentation is chaotic/looks like camera on a roomba!
Love the outside but the green inside is way too much takes away from the whole decor of the house. I put a like only for the outside inside thumbs down.
I don't like the wall the chimney I love the kitchen the doors I don't like the stove I love the room. And the rest of this
Where do they get that this is a small house? Everyone is correct. I love green and this is too much and the wallpaper is cringe.
❤❤❤❤❤your designs. So homey! Inside? Meh? I could do better than that
This looks like a computer designed this house doesn’t look real my opinion.
Did you notice it looks like the oven burners are on?
Piękny projekt ,ale niepraktyczny taras od strony wejścia i ulicy .
Green with envy, not!
I agree with the others way too much wall paper and who wants a fake fire place that is more of an eyesore than anything. Give me floor space. Tile a backsplash and make the appliances match. Sorry who wants a stove with no fan? Kinda like the house but way too busy with the wall paper
Очень много дверей.... Ну очень.....
Way too much wallpaper. Looks like the wallpaper Gods threw up!
I can't get past that nauseating wall paper!
