“He said I could google him... but I already had” honestly same 😂
Helena every date I’ve been on
They are the same... very similiar
At least it wasn’t like when that one woman found out her mom was a nurse and she stole her from a hospital.
wait what? that happened?
divahakyeon Yeah there was a movie on it
@@GodZanko1231 OMG I remember that movie!!!!
Does anyone know the name of that movie?
Ashley Cortes Abducted: The Carlina White Story
3:11 “your mom have any sperm left” lmao these texts 😂😂
That is such a guy thing to ask 🤦🏾♀️
He explained in the video that he wanted to see if his dna had changed after stem cell treatments.
Johannah Waggoner *...or maybe if she needed some more!* 😉
That kinda bothered me because he already said in the interview that he wanted to know if any of his untainted sperm was left so he could do some testing on it. Then there was that text, and all I can think of now is that this dude's reason for wanting to meet up with her was just because of that damned sperm, not because of her.
hugs2003 same
She should have respected her brothers choice to not know anything instead of telling him information when he made it clear he did not want to know.
This series isn’t as juicy as i hoped it would be
She's so disrespectful of her brother's wishes... If the guy doesn't want to know anything about his biological father, then you let him have that ffs
You don't know in detail what occurred between them. And it was absolutely impossible for the brother to not know anything about his biological father, since his sister was searching and he would have picked up some stuff along the way anyway.
@@TheYasmineFlower But actively trying to tell him about it disrespects his wish to not know.
I know?! pissed me off
The girl seems like a serious nutjob...
The whole thing was selfish... she violated this guy's right to privacy by reaching out to his family to get in touch with him in the first place... I'm adopted and I have DNA matches on Ancestry and I wouldn't dream of reaching out to them, because I don't feel like it's my right to violate their privacy if the family doesn't know of my existence. I feel bad for her real father, the one who raised her... I feel like her mania over finding this guy who had nothing to do with her life would have to be painful to the man who raised her...
"does your mom have any sperm left" "omg ok"
"I'm gonna go and ask, one sec."
"What's up ;)"
That convo was so weird
That was cringey :/
I'm really hoping to see her dad that raised her at the end and his thoughts
Way to slow and repetitive nothing! 🤔
I need to get in contact with this dude, not cause he might be my father but because I need a knee replacement and have an autoimmune disease so I need to be his lab rat.
Spiral Breeze 😂
You can google him 😂
🤣
😆
Omg same with autoimmune stuff right back atcha😂
I feel bad for her real father. Imagine them all going out to dinner with the donor and the father feeling like he doesn't belong.
That is her real father. The man that raised them is dad. He made his bed, now he can lay in it
I was raised by my stepfather who met my mother when my bro and I were babies. I would have assumed he was my biological father as I had no memory of my real father (too young) but my mom was always super open with family stuff. She never hid any deep dark family secrets and I always knew. However, I still consider my stepfather my dad, he raised me and genetics had little to do with that.
Nobody says that the man who raised you isn't your dad just because you don't have his genes; it's mainly about giving you the information you need to allow you to make your own decisions, and respecting those decisions once made.
It seems YOUR parents have actually done that: you're lucky, and I'm genuinely happy for you, but that's not this woman's situation.
Same here. My stepdad is my father. No question.
You can call one your "nature father" and the other your "nurture father"
I use Bio-Dad and dad, but I don't know who my bio-dad is so I guess I just use dad.
I use Father amd Dad...my father created me but my dad raised me
I use dad for the man who raised me and dad dad for my biological father
@@jaymeeleighjx1x no, your father did NOT create you
Oh my gosh, she looks just like her aunt. I almost couldn't tell which picture was her.
She needs to meet her biological aunt and cousins!
Were both of them not her??
@@moniquewilliams3560 her bio-aunt is on the right
Idk why people keep calling him the Dad. He’s the DONOR.
😂 Well, If she fall in luv with him they cant get marrier CUZ he is still her father.
jammieecx and biological father
Yep. I don't call my sperm donor (birth father) dad because he didn't raise me. The man I call my dad raised me.
If your a jet black african and raised by a russian couple does it make you russian and will everyone treat you like one? DNA is DNA. Donor and father. The man that raised her is the step father he deserves respect but he is still not the real father.
Because the sperm is the the male side if her dad gave none their not related
Why was the thumbnail so scary
💀
LMAOOOOOO
Its a scary situation haha
Looks like a Shane Dawson documentary😂
MR. Cazoo it’s another Buzzfeed Unsolved. But less dramatic.
.......okay. ya'll stretching this out way too much...
Ciara Chang yeah it does!

The text convo between the daughter and the dad is a bit.. um 😐
Foodee Le don't think that's how their actual convo went down... it's just there for some laughs
Zee how do you know that
It's not a bit... It is Odd! Even if it was just for laughs I feel the director should have known better.
Its edited in for drama it's not there actual conversation
Zee. There would have been more conversations. Lots of directors do that for laughs
It looks like he’s about to sneeze and cry at the same 😂
Ana loml😂😂😂😂
Omg he does lol
I am donor concieved. Thank you for sharing this story. We need more awareness of everything that goes into this.... On every party's end.
I feel like the guy was using her for the possible frozen sperm
Shayla who cares
Meeee
So what? She wanted to know him and it just so happens to be that he needs the frozen sperm.
No I don’t think he’s using her for the possible frozen sperm. He wanted to meet his biological child. Nothing wrong with that.
ha? how? the frozen sperm is at the bank. She doesn’t have it.
Dad's immediate question-- "Your mom have any more sperm left?"
Jesus bruv, relax..
BuzzFeed be announcing in their offices like "ANYBODY GOT A WEIRD LIFE?!"
the thumbnail looks like it belongs to a murder documentary on netflix lol
I feel bad for her REAL dad... you'd think that'd hurt his feelings?
Totally agree... Its kinda egotistical of her... She didn't think of her father at all
@@NayaKusakabe I think iwould be egotistic for him to be offended that his daughter would want to learn about her biological family. It's her decision to make, not his. He is a grown up and can deal with the small feeling of jealousy or sadness, and then should also be happy and understanding that his daughter would want to know about her genetics. If she weren't surprised with it so suddenly, it probably would have played out differently. I can say from finding my own biological family (my dad was adopted) that it DEFINITELY didn't mean that I loved my grandparents less, I was just curious! I wanted to know if I had cousins, if I looked like other people,, etc. And I have no doubt that my grandma would be thrilled that my dad now has brothers and sisters to call family since they are gone (and he grew up an only child). I am positive she dealt kindly with her father in going about this process!
I think her main intention is to learn her medical history on his side. It's too much to expect that they will have an emotional connection immediately since he was only a sperm donor.
@@kginmyheart Medical history comes as a part of the DNA test. She was such being a creep. She had no reason at all to meet her donor, she's just creepy and obsessive.
You mean the same adoptive dad that was privy to the lie of her genetic origin? Yeah, I wouldn't care about hurting his feelings. I would care about my history, because my adoptive dad's genetic history isn't mine.
I love genetics, genetic history, etc. Every child DOES have the right to know where they come from. Their parents lied for their entire lives.
This girl looks so bored throughout this video and the other
So does the biological father. Being good at telling a story is not in their genetics.
Just like her bio dad!
She probably made up some fantasy in her head that he was going to be amazing and welcome her into his life and was disappointed when she actually found him. I seriously think that this girl is mentally ill and only reached out to him because she was trying to fill some hole in her life.
It was just a way to get back at her mother for being sneaky. The problem is, she is JUST AS SNEAKY.
She had a right to know but she should've respected her brothers wishes. She is hella determined but in doing so, it might ruin the relationships she currently has.
I want to know how the non-biological dad feels about all this. I understand that Sam was curious and whatnot, but her bro wasn't. She should have respected his wishes.
But, the father who raised her was at the dinner where they all met each other.
bro the text messages are not ok 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Thank you!
Can I get part 3 now? I've finished part 2😭😂😂
Please please 😢 🙂
It was privated idk why
Right now
@ANGRYWOLVES where ?
I found my biological parents through Ancestry DNA too! Super cool to meet the people who basically formed you as a tiny human
She looks like Dora the explorer
“They waited 21 and a half years... so I figured a month would be fine”😂
Your dad was a real pimp... 😂
Imagine how her dad feels. He couldn't produce any kids by himself (it is, for starters, is a very painful thing to any man to think) and now his children are found that dream bio-dad - rich doctor, living in New York, world famous and a star, basically. I am living in Russia and have heard of him, his star clients and that stem cells thing, he is really famous. And now that man trying to buy his son attention with the USA Open tickets. Uggggh. And an icing on the cake: his daughter releases the video about that, so many of his relatives, colleagues, and friends find out about him being just kinda step-dad.
@@mirofeya it's a choice. I'm donor-conceived myself and i do not wish to contact my genetic half but if i did my dad wouldn't be bothered about it. Stop trying to imagine how her dad feels when you don't know everything about her life. He might be totally cool with it.
@@mirofeya on top of that, you are assuming that her "step dad" is holding on to the old belief that men need to be fertile, rich, famous and overall, strong. Because his daughter was raised well and can articulate herself well, i can guess that he has good values which he gave to her.
If i am right, you would hurt his intellectual so do not think that far.
@@Princess-dn7mj I doubt that there are many people in the world, apart from those who feel bound by engineered social correctness, who don't still lean towards that "old belief" if presented with the choices of being or not being those in actual circumstance. Anna may have no knowledge of the particulars but still be well-grounded in her concern for some of the potential fallout for her dad.
That is rude! You obviously are very immature.
The way she speaks and sits is just like the dad. LOLOL
I don’t really get why she wants to meet him, is not like she was adopted and wanted to meet her parents, she was just the product of a casual sperm donation
Alex Vallex he is her biological father I would want to know too
i guess she wants to see what her actual dad looks like, you probably wouldn't understand
I don’t think you really understand. As a child of a donor, i and many others often want to know what our parents look like and how much they’re like us. It’s very important
I don’t understand either, but I guess it would be important to some people. I really don’t believe I would look for my biological parent(s)
@Alex You don't get it? Then you clearly know who your biological father is. How is it 'casual' sperm donation when EIGHT people are here because of it?
Yeah, I'm gonna stop watching this story from here. I was initially interested on the concept but unfortunately, I'm no longer enjoying watching this girl. No offense to her but her personality just makes me uncomfortable. I get that she's that focused on finding her dad and all that but the way she treats her family, especially her brother and mom doesn't sit well with me. It seemed selfish of her to tell her brother those details about their dad when he clearly didn't want it. It's fine if she's excited about her dad but did she consider how her brother feels? Yes, he has "the right to know" but he also had the right to choose whether or not to find out. And the way she was passive aggressive with her mom wasn't nice to watch either.
Sorry for the long rant. I'm happy that this girl found what she was looking for but I think I've had enough of the story. And viewers, don't let me stop you from following this story to the end. This is just my opinion and it doesn't have to change yours. Peace!
My heart is racing!!!!! I need part 3. So curious how your Dad feels about all this.
Was waiting for this to drop.
same
I am so fascinated by these stories of nature vs nurture, identity and the idea of “family.” Would love to see more of these!
I am glad you two got married. You sound very happy.
I love that he mentioned Delivery Man, because when I was watching part 1 of this I was thinking of that movie.
He looks like Kent brockman from the simpsons
I Magic John Keeeeeeeeeeeeeent Brockman.
Lmfao
Some of these comments are crazy and not empathetic enough.
Everyone is entitled to know about their origins. It is NOT disrespectful or selfish.
There's a reason that the ethics around adoption, surrogacy, egg and sperm donation, etc have changed so much in the last 50 years and continue to.
Their story is both beautiful and scary at the same time.
Looking forward to part 3! Wonderful story so far.
i actually love this mini series! great video idea despite the debatably traumatic circumstances. super happy it seems to have worked out for you all though
He didn’t want to be found, most of the time that’s the case for an DONOR.
Lol they have kind of the same tone and also they look alike lol
Yeah, their voices are alike.
They are related so... 😂
On Wednesdays we wear pink. Yeah she looks a lot like her dad lol
Lol love your name and profile pic💗
is it just me... or is that thumbnail image *eerily* similar to a very big youtuber’s recent docuseries branding........
Drue Q. More like ripped straight from making a murderer
it's a massive cliche in poster design, shane dawson didn't invent that
This theme of a split face is so common? U never seen a popular mystery movie poster before?
Drue Q.
Oh ..wait ..yes
Drue Q. MmmMMmmMmmm sounds like Shane Dawson
Daddy's fillers are so great. between his interview shots and older shots at work he looks so different. great work
Her dad's friends are dirtbags...worrying about if the kids are trying to fleece him. Let me guess, they're rich doctors who don't tip well.
Are you serious? It's hella sketchy for someone to randomly pop into somebody else's life claiming to be their child. Most people are going to be cautious. They weren't being "dirtbags" for warning him not to meet her.
Yes! No doubt! LOL
She obviously got her curiosity from her dad! Love it!!
I love when people think loving travel is something unique 😂
I feel bad for her actual father who raised her
There is a reason your mom withheld this information and personally I would try to figure that out.
naomi hollywood look at part 1 she says why
Most parents withhold it because a parent is a parent. I was in the foster system and then adopted. My parents are my parents. My mom is my mom. My dad is my dad. They're not related to me but I see them the same as any genetic child would. The point is, it doesn't really matter. I think out of respect for a child, they should know, but it's literally not the biggest deal if they don't. I've met my birth family, they're great and all, but I didn't gain anything I didn't already have by meeting them. My family grew, but I was already grown and given everything I needed as a child. I can go so much deeper into this but then you'd be reading a book and not a paragraph.
gurl!!!!! spill me some tea
She was so amused by that . that is terribile
Just because your parents don't talk about your genetics doesn't mean they're hiding something. I was adpoted at birth and my parents told me but they also kept a lot of things from me until I was an adult.
There are several cases of adopted children having a mental crisis when they are told about their adoption. Waiting until they're older is almost always for the best depending on what the child's situation was.
Very interesting and glad her and her dad both seem to be enjoying things!
Both narcissists. LOVE the spotlight! Same with her biological "mother."
why does he look like a old pink john krazinski..
omg!!!!!LOL
Favorite comment omg
He sounds jewish lol
Again, this whole thing seems disrespectful to the dad who raised her...
Yeah, God forbid she should want to know what her grandparents are like, find out what genetic issues she might pass on to her own kids and have a conversation with her bio father. How “disrespectful” of her.
Why? Obviously she spoke to her father first before trying to find her biological father
It's not disrespectful. She's not trying to replace him or anything, she's just trying to get an understanding of her own body; and frankly, I find her parents disrespectful to HER for denying her the right to control the information about her own body.
it was disrespectful for her parents to not tell her the truth
If her dad had an issue he wouldn’t of done it in the first place
Really good story. Thanks for sharing
Just gets better and better!
Extremely, Positively Joyfully ... Out Of Words
Thanks for your donation, Dad!
Beautiful story. Happy it turned out well for you all
Surprises like this throw people for a loop. If people tell you otherwise they have no idea. You can love who raised you…..and it’s a huge shock. Some don’t need to know and they can do whatever they want - just like you. 💛
You are such a brave woman I would be very much scared along with other negative feelings if I were you and wouldn’t dare to find out who he is. So glad everything worked out well. Life is good 👍🏼
I feel sad for the man who raised her :(
Why? He agreed and they kept it hidden
NOOO THE SUSPENSE PLEASE UPLOAD THE NEXT PART IN 10 HOURS PLSSSSSSS
I was told from the get go - I'm glad that's the route that was taken. It was absolutely the right thing.
My family had a similar story to this but he met his half siblings instead. It was throw 23andMe but my dad was aware already his dad was not biologically related. But when my dad met his brother it really showed the nature vs nurture. They had so many similar interests and they both even had weird Facebook meme pages that at times had the same reposts. They like the same sports, had some common hobby’s, but lived hundreds of miles apart and never knew each other.
I just finished part 1 and went to check if there was a part 2 and to my luck it was posted 13 minutes ago
Do you think the girls mom is just keeping the sperm in her freezer or something? He could just go back to where he donated to get the sperm he didn't need to meet the donor family.
She is so to tough how she didn’t even tear a bit during the whole 2 parts im sobing wtf
Can't wait for part 3..
Living for this rn
Aww he seems like a really nice guy. I think it's awesome that she was able to find him.
I think it's awesome that he actually studied about stem cells and is an orthopedic surgeon.
Very interesting story, can't wait for the next part
The text messages got me dying😂😂😂
They're personalities so much alike. The way they talk....so similar. So cute.
I'm so glad my mom was always honest with my sister and I. My dad and her divorced but I know who he is and I know my other family. I care about them all and I'm glad my mom didnt keep that from us. Everyone should know their history.
where’s part 3?! this is absolutely fascinating!
Adorable Story!
I love this series!
Loving this even more.
This is the content I signed up for Buzzfeed!!!
You are very fortunate. I will be 70 years old this year and will probably never know who my father is. Very distressing.
Debby Williams did you take the dna test
this was interesting... I never thought about this before
Gimme part 3 now!
So cool that you found such a nice genetic father like Brian. True, the more to love.
It’s so interesting how often this happens! My mom and uncle found their long lost brother this past Christmas through 23& me. My mom had been looking for him for years.
This is so cool she found him! I did an Ancestry DNA test a few years ago & never got anywhere. My dad was adopted, and passed away in an accident when I was a baby. My (adoptive) grandparents were the most amazing people I could have ever had in my life - but there’s definitely and obvious void where my dad should be. I did the test to try to see if I looked like any of his potential biological relatives, not to start a relationship with anyone. Plus medical reasons as well - since my dad didn’t get to grow old and experience what that entails. I guess it’s just not meant to be for everyone - but this story is truly neat & so amazing for them that they found each other and it went well.
Part 3! Part 3 now!!
Is this gonna be released on a daily basis?
oh my gosh, this is so exciting, i hope her mom and bio dad get to meet!!!
“Omg ok”
She seems glad that her real father is a popular doctor
The thumbnail is ....👀interesting
Aaand then the daughter becomes part of his science experiments... 😈
I had the notifications on just for this🙏
This confirms my want to get a dna kit. As a child of closed adoption I’ve always had questions of what makes me, me? I’m going to order my kit now. In hopes that I’ll find out more of where I came from.
Sam seems and looks amazing
Part 3 NOW! I just want the whole story right now don't leave me hanging
