on your video it took 2min to show pending for a open channel request. IT's been about 10min for me and I still don't see a pending request. Could it take longer?
Another great video. Would you be willing to make a series of videos starting from making a lightning channel and explaining inbound liquidity, and all the nuances? I have been running a full node with MyNode for a year now, but still don't have the courage to start my own LN channel due to the complexity. Much appreciated; cheers!
@@CuriousInventor I did watch it, but still felt a bit concerned with the steep learning curve. Greatly appreciate if you can make a series of videos covering what important details to back-up, what can be shown publicly, how to properly set up without concern of scam/fraud. Thanks!
I see they got rid of this. Whether it was due to being a money loser or worrying about US regulators, or getting too many customer support tickets or all of the above, I don't know. Looks like the fee to receive money is >3%, so it must not have been a good deal for businesses to take a risk on a fluctuating asset and pay the same fees they would normally pay to VISA.

This video covers creating a channel: ua-cam.com/video/_rK4gYaEybE/v-deo.html but it doesn't go into detail on all the fees and options yet.
