    その意味で彼女は女性といえど伝統を引き継いできた証人と言える。

I suffered a severe back injury and it took me a long time to walk again. What pushed me was that I felt that I am older and how could I possibly get into it. Until I did. Age does not matter. Martial arts is a lifestyle. Take the Dojo with you every day, and commit to going to class. Even myself, am ranked lower then people younger then me, but martial arts is not about rank either. White belt, blue or black. The most Important part is getting out there and training.
