I have visable for my phone and my ipad and i love it. Went from paying 130 a month for just them 2 on tmobile and now im paying $70 and the service with my vpn i use is the same as tmobile so the switch for me was a no 🧠

It’s definitely a great service from what I’ve experienced so far! Nothing is perfect, but the positives have definitely outweighed the negatives and I’ve saved quite a bit of money, so I’m very happy I switched. Thanks for watching and thank you for the support!😃
I have to say that that was a good video it’s s just one thing they actually do call you under certain circumstances like for example, if you’re chatting with them right and for some reason, you disconnect the chat in the middle of them helping you, they will call you or if they need to check up on a certain issue that you are having they will call you. I had someone that was higher up in the chain reach out to me. I had a customer service on the regular level call me. So they will call you
Honestly that is new information to me, which is good to know!! I assumed they did not ever call you since I’ve had a few encounters with their customer service so far and they never reached out to call me, but it’s good to know under certain circumstances that they do. They certainly do not advertise that, and I would still say that’s quite a bit different than just allowing you to call them from the start. That’s still a feature I know many people would appreciate, so I hope they make that improvement some day! Thanks for letting me know that in some circumstances they do call you though! I will definitely mention that in future videos!
Out of every provider I've had (AT&T from like 2013-2014, T-Mobile from 2014-2023 and Verizon 2015-2016), Verizon had the worst customer service out of them... And I don't think it was close, so I guess just cutting them out all together would be fine.
Sounds like Verizon in general doesn’t have the best customer service then, which is good to know! That is certainly an area which Visible (and it sounds like also Verizon) can improve on. They are the biggest cell phone carrier in the United States, so honestly there isn’t much of an excuse for them to not have a great customer service. Hopefully they will improve some day! That wouldn’t have been the case here, since I was signing up using an iPhone and do not have any ad blockers on that device. It was truly a little baffling why it wasn’t working correctly, but this issue seems to have been resolved the last time I tried to transfer over a number, which is very good anyway!! @ ah, mobile is always an afterthought in ux design. Often I opt for the desktop version on mobile but it’s hit or miss because sometimes it’s coded based on the devices display and forces the mobile version.
I understand that completely, and I had a whole section in this video dedicated to talking about customer service. I know that basically no customer service can be a deal breaker for many many people, which is certainly Visible’s greatest flaw. Nothing is perfect, and that’s where hopefully Visible will improve in the future! I also experienced a little bit of this myself when I was trying to help people sign up for the service when they were having issues and it was almost impossible to contact anyone about it. Hopefully negative feedback in that department will lead to some real change. Thanks for watching!
