    用李锦记的生抽和李锦记老抽、天津玫瑰露酒,太古黄砂糖粉,晒出来的腊肉颜色更加漂亮.我上个星期做了五斤腊肉,腌3天,晒了第五天就吃了,送了两条给朋友,剩下4条我们家人天天吃,吃完了.今天又买了五斤五花肉,但我买的是黑毛猪五花肉,香港卖105一斤,好贵.普通猪90一斤.

       不用謝,我這個是廣東臘肉的做法,希望你不要弄錯了!冬天蒸臘味飯超好吃,我一般做臘味飯都是用(乾香菇、小蝦乾,廣東腊肉和臘腸)切小粒粒,然後不用放油,直接炒香調味,鹽和糖、雞精,醬油、老抽一點,加半小碗水就可以,然後飯蒸🉐️差不多收飯水倒進去臘味,鋪平,然後在蒸,蒸好攪拌均勻撒上蔥花即可.你也可以用糯米,生炒糯米飯,也是用這個些材料的,不過糯米很難炒的,要有技巧的,糯米可以泡2個小時直接蒸熟,攤涼,然後炒好臘味調味,在把攤涼的糯米放鍋里炒,攪拌均勻撒上蔥花即可.

    I dont have a heater can i hang it outside using sunlight

      Yes, you can but please make sure that your area allows to hang meat outside and the country where you live is very hot with a lots of sunlight. Also, don't hang them out for too long (around 3 days). However, I strongly recommend you not to do so with the current Covid-19 situation.

    How long do i have to marinate ?and how long do i have to hang dry?

      Marinate for 2 days in the refrigerator and hang in front of the heater for 6 days.

      use vodka and some rose water, it will be similar. I get my rose water from a middle eastern store.

    Can I slice the meat thinner and use a dehydrator? If yes, for how many hours and temperature ?

      yes, use a dehydrator, much cheaper electric bills. dear god, 6 days of running a heater is insane. I would set it somewhere around 160F or below.
