You should watch my video "2012_03_My Textured Paintings_All Steps & Procedures" I use acrylic paints - Liquitex is the best brand.

Pam McMahon Thanks, I use 1/4" Masonite/standard board. I buy 8ft by 4ft sheets and cut my pieces on a table saw.
