Excellent.
The secret of this wonderful performance ?
The phrasing. It's everything.
I would be even more specific and say ‘singing’
brass sections are the chillest of all sections
Guys, Anytime my mood dips I put your recording of Mr Jums on and it lifts me. I messaged Omar to say that I grew up near London and saw the Philip Jones Brass Ensemble (PJBE) several times in concert - they were an inspiration to me in my younger days. I also know many of the London Brass guys from their Summer Schools in the 1990s. But, whisper this, RCO Brass are better! Keep doing what you are doing and publish your gig list so we can come across to see you live. Bravo!
0:21 Such a nice tuba entrance.
Não foi a tuba mas sim o trombone baixo
@@alissonsantos2758 Both good. ;) But the entrance I meant is for sure the tuba... not the trombone...
That's so nice. Everyone is happy. Musicians and audience alike. Miss this...
After ending performance the second trumpet player from left, Mr. Miroslav Petkov, makes me smile. :) - Heinz
That warm a juicy pedal Eb from Martin was great!
Still the benchmark performance - and I saw PJBE when I was growing up in the UK - inspired playing guys
As an ex-piccolo 🎺 player I can only echo the smile on Omar's face when you hit the high E at the end and hold it in tune. Bravo all!
Especially he still hit it at the very end of a long and demanding concert!!!
Same, it's such a hard part if it's at the end of a concert 😅
Omar and Miro ....a great combination of two phantastic trumpet players ! Bravo
Chris Hazell's compositions are, as you can see, rich and rewarding to play. Great stuff!
The audiences applause said it all. Brilliant.
That was brilliant , wonderful , takes me back to my band when we played the piece.....just lovely ,.
Marvelous, if it sounds so great on UA-cam, how would it sound in real? Must be heavenly.
Great to see cordiality amongst the players
Superb sound and played with real feeling
Incredible musicians. Thank you. Dec.7, 2023, St. Joseph, MO, USA
Bravi. ...fantastic i like this music thanks😍😍😍❤
Is Miro Petkov the world's coolest trumpeter? I think so. He's totally blown away by Omar's piccolo trumpet playing (as we all are)
Great playing!!!
Fantastic.
Superb!
This is the benchmark performance guys - love it
Bravi !!! I love it ❣️
Thanks enjoyed this.
Wonderful!❤

Bravi!!!!!
@DaveKutz I heard a bit of improvising with some octave drops. Such nice contrast and a bit of style to bring life to to the base line even more.
Made its first recorded appearance on PJBE's Easy Winners.
Bravi👏👏
I cried.
It wasn't that bad....
Notre
very pretty. excellent ensemble

Mooie sound, goed uitgevoerd.
Every time I watch this I can’t stop thinking, “Mna, I didn’t know Steve Buscemi could play flugelhorn so well.” 😂 (sorry, Bert, but great playing!)
@ 2:00 the lady in the middle*
“There’s always something wrong to you about everything Julia.”
Finally, a performance that tops PJBE. But just barely. Because PJBE is phenomenal.
the recording equipment used for the original performance by the PJBE , was not as good as modern recording equipment.

Wtf is this
🎺🎵📯🎨🇺🇸
he was a REGAL KITTY
GOOD KITTY!!!!!!!!
Huh, are the two tenor trombone players in the middle siblings or something? They’ve got the same last name and actually look relatively similar
They are!
is Jon Snow the 1st trumpet? winter is coming...
No, that last chord didn't do anything for me, why do you think it did? It didn't give me goosebumps. At all.
Great playing; not great music.
