    What I really LOVE bout Kevin is, his memories and rethink when he is drive car. The way he talk makes me feel like a little boy listening grandma memories. My ears grown to size of elephant ears :) Keep it doing Kevin pleaseeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

      +Simon Beaulieu It is best for growing natural. So you dont get in to catabolic stage. It 's just the most efficent way to grow in a shot amout of time ;-) you 'r' welcome Bro

      it is not. the day and human energy is limited. U just cant grow workin' by training for 2 h and fulltime. I tested is over 20 Yearz Bro ;-) just grown by not workin period and 1 h Gym

      eat less then you burn. I just lost in 8 weeks 8 kilos. The same is for gain. But 1st: get aktive. Live your live. dont miss time. Move!

      @Dan maybe Bro with steroids and great genetics. I am weak body guy. 100%. It s not the idea to brake your self. Instead ist to keep and if possible get stronger as long as possible.

    Kevin, I have always been your Fan i picked up my first set of weights at the age of 14 because of you...but to see you at that 2016 Olympia with the set of legs you showed up with. I have to say, WTF were you thinking man, was that a publicity stunt or something? You took us for fools man, how dare you show up with those legs at an Olympia stage, I was very dissappointed and if you were truthful about your "unfinished business at the stage" you better show up next year and you better start squatting ronnie coleman style or my faith in you and what you can do is really going to collapse...Like dexter told you at that pre judging cofference you cannot train 6 months and expect to even place man. I was very dissappointed at your legs and i cant stress it enough....nuts to the ground with them squats or just go back into retirement dude. loves you and continues to be a fan. Ceph

    Theres only one way to grow, train heavy, sleep hard, eat good clean healthy food .....AND take anabolic steroids.

      You can still grow like a beast if u train hard :) just eat a lot clean foods and do cardio not to get fat.
      Ive been training light the past year and now im doing heavy training again. And im growing fast.. so will you champ!

      @@pratiksengupta3534 I never said I would, so your comment is addressing something that is irrelevant. All the pro body builders hit the anabolic steroids hard and when they get off of them they look like every day normal people. So the anabolic steroids are a big factor why they look like that.
