Hi kevin. During bench press, dumbbell press and tricep pushdown. Should we fully lock our elbow or just nearly lock up? when i see your chest, shoulder and tricep training you are fully lock your elbow. If i not wrong:)
No idea how you came up with that. Besides bio-mechanically one of those positions potentially being a superior movement for an individual, the volume from doing all 3 in a session is a shit tonne. In all three positions the pec is being engaged, so I don't see how it's useless.
