Wow Frank. Tears are just streaming down my face. Your video just allowed me to release so much emotion I’ve been holding in trying to “keep it all together.” In your video I see the absolutely ineffable beauty of this world, the life, whatever this all is. Thank you for being in this world. Feeling so much love for everyone and everything. ❤
The conversation you had about vertical & horizontal growth explains why I’ve had trouble maintaining relationships. I’ve been magnetized to the source, & everyone in my life (who I’ve met so far) gets attached to experience. They don’t understand why I would want to go beyond that. For a long time I couldn’t identify the reason why my relationships go through this constant appearing & disappearing act, but you’ve cleared it for me. Thank you 🙏🏾.
My god this video made me weep. I’m doing all day retreat level practice right now and I’m starting to see what you are seeing. At the low res levels. Everything’s just one great soup stirring itself with no spoon…. That’s how it feels.
I’ve been subscribed and watching along on your journey now for 10 years. It’a a pleasure to see your enlightened journey alongside my own. I hope I can thank you in person one day for some of the insight and confidence you gave me.
These recent videos have a curious quality unlike anything I’ve seen before. Can’t put my finger on it. But that’s probably good. Also I’m not a big video game person, but I loved Life is Strange too! Very nice!
in my eyes, one way "enlightenment" can be understood as, is mastering the game of the moment through proper understanding and awareness, and realising that the character of the "moment play" is your very own and that of everything which is and is not. and out of this understanding, most of all i personally am able to develop a great empathy for those whose understanding i perceive to be more unfortunate than my own, which is why the way you keep speaking about others on the path, getting stuck here or there, rubs me the wrong way and almost gives off an impression of pride to me. from my position, one way human experience can aptly be described as is simply hooks the consciousness we understand ourselves to be latches onto. in my view, part of "enlightenment" is being aware of this and happily committing to and enjoying the hooks we've chosen to let ourselves be caught by, all the while never losing sight of the nature and implications of our hooks, since really there is nothing better than that. in your presentation of the spiritual journey i find a lack of empathy for those who are suffering from their hooks and perception, even though, yes of course, all suffering is ultimately self-inflicted. all that being said, i still greatly appreciate and enjoy your being here and your creative works, which is part of the reason why i allow myself to sound so harsh. something about the close ups of the beautiful people's faces in this video has touched me especially.
Frank these recent videos are seriously incredible, all your videos have been great but these recents ones have just been different, really enjoying them ❤

you are an enigma for me. ive watched so man of your videos and i am not sure if you are crazy. maybe it just seems crazy to be in this fine line of perception that you are in. ive never been a bodybuilder, but i can understand how you crossed from having this aesthetic in bodybuilding to achieving enlightenment in your head space. life is so limitless. you can just take the blue pill and stay in your comfort zone or you can really challenge your mind and body to achieve true happiness? i am 28 now but ive watched your videos when i was 18 years old and I can still relate to so many subjects even now. life is a mistery but the journey that you went through makes me think that you almost figured it out.
I think I'm beginning to grasp (I say "grasp" because "understanding" is too intelectual, and what he means is way beyond that) what he is trying to communicate. This videos surely could trigger awakening on someone who has been practicing for some time. I used to think how this close-ups on people's faces were meant to create empathy and compassion. But now it seems that he is trying to show also the selfless nature of "humaness", they are all different faces, and yet, they are just the same, the same selfless manifestation, devoid of an "Iness". Also, there are some other key moments were he seems to subtly show aspects of the mind (and I'm not talking about the obvious camera panoramic effects). But I'll wait to comment it on the next videos.

I have a few points to share. I don’t think it’s healthy to view the world in the manner of emptiness whether or not it be apparent in your direct experience. To say that “every moment the universe is arising out of thin air and that nothing exists outside of that” is very negating to each individuals experience. By deconstructing your experience to the extreme it seems to be a conflict of interest by denying the vulnerability and truths of others direct experience by seeing them as unreal or non existent. So when you eat at a restaurant, the moment you leave the restaurant, the people inside still eating, don’t exist. They aren’t having their own individual experience of eating because they are no longer apart of direct experience as they have dissolved back into emptiness. There are 7 billion people in the world, each having their own experience of linear time with past and future and a sense of self. It’s paradoxical to say that the universe “accidentally” caused that. Or that it isn’t true and “they don’t understand” Micheal Taft has a paper called “The universe is not one” in which he describes how non dualists should change their view of the world being “not real” because in actuality, you don’t know. Also maybe to point out how some who have experienced liberation through non duality, had it bite them in the butt as they felt disconnected and derealized from the world. UA-cam “TheGloriousBothAnd” Jessica talks about her experience with non duality and derealization. Obviously I am not denying your direct experience, but at the same time, you cannot deny mine. Imo emptiness is a word to reference the primordial awareness / the dao if will, that is present upon dissolving the ego structure. Its this panoramic pov frank talks about. Imo you can derive more meaning/value in connections with people in this emptiness because you aren't on the artificial level of egos but are authentically connecting with someone nakedly if that makes sense. Emptiness signifies a lack of attachment to anything external, and as a result, you are relaxed yet strong, like water. You are the world moving itself and there is no center. You may be mixing emptiness and nihilism. Just because something is empty doesn't mean it doesn't have value. A cup is only able to be filled if it's empty. And emptiness is not the end goal. It's kinda just a good state to be in to be able to experience life to the full.
@@Eriko480 emptiness directly means nothing has inherent existence and everything is just an appearance. thats why all of these non duality people say things like "not real" or "illusion" or "dream".
