Please take a moment to read the description. Anyway, I’m happy to drive my all time favorite car in ACC and the car in which I started my ACC journey, starting from Xbox one days. This is actually a handful to drive now and I’m using TC2 as well. Even with TC2 & TC 1 enabled, the car just slides like crazy. Of course, I haven’t driven this in over a year & after all the updates to the BoP, my old setup is absolutely not relevant now. Fun platform to race if you’re interested in driving the older GT3 cars.
ahhh Monza! where hot lappers, newbies and the crazy people hang out! I don't miss racing here! thanks for heads up on pitskill, might take a look whenever the rig comes out again...i dont think tc2 is used anymore and boy those brakes heated up quickly! ❤
Same here with Monza & Spa. At pitskill, this week was at Monza & I may have chosen the wrong week to give it a shot haha… Always the try hards at these circuits. No matter the series I think it’s the nature of this circuit which causes chaos. I felt like the driving quality here was decent with drivers being a bit cautious because of the penalty system. It’s far better than Monza public lobby tho 😂😂 Sometimes LFM is worse than public lobbies too 🤣 Yes mate, do race here when you’re back on the sim, most likely the quality will be better on different tracks 👊👊 Running 2 Brake ducts, not ideal 😱 & yeah Tc2 is not relevant at all now, but this car is a death trap 🫡😂
I have some mixed opinions about pitskill now. Let’s not consider my race at Monza, since it’s a chaotic track by default. After what happened at Suzuka, I think the player base needs to grow more and then we’ll have identical skill based lobbies. Racing can be much much cleaner at times, but I’d say it’s not as chaotic as LFM for now. It’s a good place for someone who has played enough offline and wants to jump into the online side of racing on ACC. Again, if you’re battling against drivers with poor racecraft, you’ll end up in the gravel. Do give it a go & you’ll probably find a decent lobby in the EU timezone. I wish they had one server for Asian & Oceania region 😅 Thanks again matey! 👊👊
Yes mate that is correct. Once everyone crosses the finish line & the countdown after the race ends, the next session will start. You stay in the same server. One thing I’d love to see in double dash is reverse grid for the second race. Would be interesting… 🤔
Nahhh mate, I wouldn’t recommend the TMX in 2024. It’s a super old wheel & I think it’s also discontinued. If you try the used market, people would’ve abused it overtime and the chances of it breaking or malfunctioning will be high. I’d say it was a good deal for beginners starting sim racing back then. If I were to recommend a wheel now, it would be a used Moza entry level R5 or Thrustmaster T300 or even T248. Doesn’t break the bank either.
@PitViper_1 I totally understand, budget can be tight and sim racing being a hobby, it’s not worth breaking the bank 😄 T300 works fine… you’ll get your money’s worth buying the t300 with TLCM load cell pedals as a starter bundle. I believe you’re just getting started with sim racing on a wheel coming from a controller. Make sure the wheel supports the platform you’re playing on.
@PitViper_1 That’s cool then. I had seen a few posts on Reddit that the wheel was not compatible or something. Probably it’s on the Logitech peripherals, the G29 or G920 something. Just gave a caution 😅 Don’t want to make a bad decision hehe…

@@SlicksandSlipstream you forgot Imola! oh look what's next race!!!
@natsamami good thing is hotlappers stay on spa & Monza. Imola is mostly filled with reckless drivers.
lol that has got to be so rough to have to go into that menu just to turn on blinker
Ugh true! 🥴🥴 It is a task and a half.
I need to try pitskill, already have an account but never tried, so what do you think? bit cleaner races than LFM or ti's the same? great driving

I've never done the double dash before do you just stay in the same server until it starts the next race ?

I see youre using the TMX wheel, how is it? would you recommend it?

@SlicksandSlipstream yeah i was thinking about grabbing a t300 maybe. Don't have moza r5 kind of money yet 😂

@@SlicksandSlipstream I'm on PC so they should all work fine, I dont think there are any non-pc compatable wheels if im not mistaken haha.
