    really nice track guide and reframed how i thought of some of the corners. Massive improvements in sector 2 and sector 3 was doing low 1:50s, now in mid 1:47s

    Newbie sim racer here and stuck at 1:55 in my 720S. Best guide I've seen. Gives me hope for knocking off seconds, not just tenths.

      Same for me, I've reached 1.50 however I can't get beneath. Maybe as a Tip, trail braking and exceleration at the apex are the most important things to know.

    Dude! I'm still a newbie, so i still have a lot to learn. But this guide made me cut my time with 1,4 seconds in just the first lap. Managed to get another 0,4 sec in the second lap.

    I have about 300 hours on Monza with the 720S. This is a fantastic guide that made me realize I can improve in a couple of corners still.

    I already did comment before, you do the greatest track guide of Acc. It's really impressive. I need to found 2 seconds to get on 1.45.9 and I know it's possible to do.

    I was getting a lot of oversteer in the exit of variante della Roggia and just now thanks to confronting my vod with your guide I noticed that I tend to slam the gas while I should be only coasting on that second sausage. Also in Ascari my speed on the first apex is good but I really mess myself up for the other two turns and need to lift all the way for a moment. And in the end in Parabolica you say: "completely avoid putting your wheels in the kerb"... also me in my fastest lap doing a gutter run from Initial D in that same place \o/
    This video was really well put together! Can't wait to apply what I've understood to hopefully breach that 1.47.7 wall :) thank you
    p.s. just noticed this video was uploaded the same day as my birthday so it must be a sign

    Thank you so much for this. Helped me immensely especially at Acari were I knocked off 6 tenths according to track titan telemetry. I got a 1:46.4 and a big part due to this video

    I watched a few other vids while coming back to sim racing and man they get the points right but glaze over them, but the wya you explained it in depth, I went from 1:51 like warm up pace to 1:49 race pace

    Awesome lap and great track guide, thanks a lot! Im revisiting it since im stuck at 1.47.2 and I have decided I have to get down to 1.46 before im happy 😅. I only have about 100 hours in ACC, so I realise I cannot expect to to be done too quickly, but your guide really is valuable (esp since im on Xbox and cannot use varius tools to analyse the laps). Cheers and thanks again!

      You can do it! Just remember the basics in lapping- maximise the track, get your braking right and keep the minimum speed up through the corners! Best of luck :)

    wow thanks for the track guide, specially in acari at the 2 corner, i didnt know i should have the weight to the left, usally just goes very wide, and losing the lap, but i will try that thanks mate :)

      @LukeMorris11  11 місяців тому +1

      No problem! Sometimes you have to rationalise why you do something before it starts to make sense and then you can apply that to the rest of the lap and other tracks, good luck! :)

    wow thx for the sharing but how to tune the car ? I cant come to the 280km/h at the striaght before the T1 and cant slow the speed able to turn 1 if i brake at the 150m

  • @SzwarcuKX5
    @SzwarcuKX5 11 місяців тому +2

    How the hell does your Macca have so much grip when turning and breaking? When I breake and turn slightly, the car does 360. I don't get it. I can't go lower than 1:49,8 with default "aggressive" setup and BB of 50,4%.

    • @LukeMorris11
      @LukeMorris11  11 місяців тому

      So I tend to brake in a straight line and as I begin to turn I start to come off the break. I don't know your circumstances but I would guess that you're holding your break too much so that when you come off it all the weight comes off the rear and you spin around, try getting your braking done before you turn and slowly start to feed the turning back in when you're comfortable. Hope that helps!

    • @SzwarcuKX5
      @SzwarcuKX5 11 місяців тому

      @@LukeMorris11 I can trail break quite well I think :) The way you enter the last chicane in 3rd gear is beyond me. My Macca can't eat last sausage curb, always bounces of to shadow realm, even when I load the right side. Generaly your car seems to have loads of grip and rotation, I don't get it.

    • @Gwayneeee
      @Gwayneeee 8 місяців тому

      @@SzwarcuKX5you should look into a proper setup for that car man if you still struggling with it, default aggressive does the job for the most part but it’s pretty standard and makes your life hard on certain tracks
      Pretty sure a Monza setup for that car is only 5 bucks on Go setups.

    • @LukeMorris11
      @LukeMorris11  11 місяців тому +2

      No worries! I use a mixture of paid setups, mostly the Go setups, sometimes I buy them from popo to test as well, I believe this one was from popo but with my own tweaks to my driving style as I prefer a bit of understeer
