Sorry to see this series end. Fishing has always been one of our passions. Great job. I appreciate your hard work. Someday my wife and I will be heading that way. Thank you.
Terrific series! I very much enjoy all of your many videos but this Washington Island series is one I am certain my family and I will watch many times. The boat house picture has special meaning to me, it belongs to a friend of ours and during a visit to their cabins last summer I spent many hours photographing it. Too bad it is underwater. Would love to buy you a coffee or tea some day and chat, we own a place not far from you. Keep up the great work, it is fantastic and your efforts to put out this content is greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Tim Mahaffey. You're very kind. You will be glad to know that the water level has dropped considerably (about 18-20") since I first photographed it. I was there recently and it is no longer under water. (See episode Milky Way on Washington Island). So happy to hear you appreciate the effort. Take care -
Washington Island is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Bill Kruger of Kaps Marina is a legend. We started going salmon fishing there in 1983. Some of the best summers. Wonder where Kanut, one of Bills sons, is these days.
