- In a brutally honest conversation with Kuda Musasiwa he clears the air on a lot of misconceptions about him from Twitter beefs to political landscape in Zimbabwe. He reflects on his near death experience due to Covid and addresses gatekeepers in opposition politics. This is an eye opener into to the world of one of the most misunderstood figures on Zimbabwean social media.

Thank you Kuda for trying to make people understand the most important part of women in our society. Women play a pivotal role in our lives and they just deserve strong respect and recognition before looking at their weaknesses and wrong doings. As men and women, we were assigned work to do by God.
It's sad that the status of women in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 has been devalued due to people who post things online irresponsibly because they fail to understand the essence of digital community/environment.
There's a lot of work to do in our society because we have lost moral values, hence our standards of humanity have been eroded!

Alex. You need to tweak your interviewing skills a bit. There were so many follow up questions that you missed. You could have unpacked more. But instead you kept on introducing questions that deviated the conversation to other issues. Opinions of the guests are okay, but we want to know who they are first.

I think most African countries have the opportunity to grow even better than most European countries. People are migrating because Africa does not have ambitious politicians. It's true that despite the economic challenges that we are going through as a nation Zimbabwe is still a country you will never want to compare with most of our neighbors in terms of standard of living and peace. But what I would like to believe is never compare yourself with failures, and feel good about it. Nothing can stop us from comparing ourselves with UAE, Singapore etc. The natural resources are in abundance, and so is the human resources so why not. Strive Masiyiwa should be an inspiration to all of us to not have excuses that we can't do it. Kuda is very right when he says we are a people of excellence, and that must remain the culture. Zimbabwe must set the standard that others must follow. Yes we can.
But how many neighbours does Zim have ? And how many of them does Zim surpass in everthing..be it economic, development or standard of living?
We need less ambitious leaders, we need leaders who want to serve the people not their personal ambitions and goals.

When we talk about ambitious leaders, we are talking about ambitions to build their countries to world class level. Just to give you an example, we just don't want nice highways, we want dualized highways, we just don't want enough electricity we want to produce electricity for local supply and export, same with agriculture, produce not just enough for local consumption but for export to as far as Europe. The government must create an enabling environment for business to thrive. They must not take it upon themselves to feed the people, we can work for ourselves, we just need a enabling environment.

The current situation in Zimbabwe is as follows
1) The bigger number of people who are supposed to be our middle income have left the country for greener pastures. I estimate that about 30 to 40% of these people are building back home. Some are actually building nice homes on the land (plots) that they were given by the government ( cheap rural land)
2) The economy is now controlled by the informal sector. People in the informal sector are either renting a house from someone living in the diaspora or they built their own cash ( no bank loan) You will never find what they call Mkukwini (slums) in South Africa. We don't have such places in Zimbabwe. Poor people actually live in better houses than you will find in countries with better GDP than Zimbabwe. It's something we don't actually appreciate as Zimbabweans.
3) The current problem in Zimbabwe is the civil servants salaries which are too low, the roads, the hospitals, and our schools. Dirty water from our taps is another thing Chamisa needs to fix after 23 August because he is the next president. Mugabe did well on giving us land, Munangagwa also played his part. He increased electricity generation by 600MW.
Calling oneself a "salad" is corny.. Smart and interesting dude tho.

Average interview i would say, my reasons Kuda was ranting too much, over one question i wouldnt keep up with original question asked and its never good to interview muface wako, you dont ask the right questions
