    I can't find the right words to describe Nomaliso. She is just gold - invelakancane- rare breed. Those with ears have heard- hard worker, articulate, thinker, planner, good communicator- just an embodiment of all that is good.

    This was indeed a quality conversation. I love how she not only ventured into a new space and has done extremely well, her structured and analytical approach shows how important it is to have a strategy and systems to succeed in any business. Well done Noma and the fresh team.

    Trevor this is one person you have interviewed among many, she was well prepared and she was brilliant, knowledgeable and very good views in other personal issues.     After watching this interview all I could think of is how lucky Kuda is to have such an intelligent and hard working woman. She is a good communicator.

    Having been in UZ (not doing Maths though) in the 90s and also AFZ, yes indeed use of Shona as a language of instruction is quite common. It gets casually thrown in any time just like that. So only option is to learn fast, otherwise wasara wasara. Sad.

    Hi Trevor for your conversations to be more lively and inspiring just take a camera and get small videos of the farm so that we see for oirselves the tomatoes. We need to see the outgrowers she is talking about and the time you talk to a dog trainer film dogs if a mine engineer get underground and then infuse those in the conversation you will see amazing results

    Noma special and Trevor classic👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿welldone guys..These last 2 ladies Noma and Marvelous s' linguistic agility to transcend isiNdebele &Chishona is wonderfully Zimbabwean... the narrow-minded Maths professor needs take a lesson from these two ladies....and Heneri Dzinotyiweyi ..The great house of Zimbabwe is not a homogenous entity...and as such civil servant is obliged to to be both sensitive and accommodating of other linguistic groups...The professor is clearly knowledgeable...but haana kudzidza.Not educated..

    The issue of language at Uni has to be addressed. Further our schools should incorporate Shona and Ndebele from primary level. This is a great interview though. Thoroughly enjoyed the interview.

      She is such a liar. The issue of languages has never been an issue especially in the Math department. I shared some classes with her. She just was an average student and she struggled, that's all.

    language in Zimbabwe is a problem I think kutodzidzisa vana muchikoro shona nendebele zviri bhooo manje here in Canada vana vanodzidza English and French ndoma languages avo to avoid language problems and Noma she's intelligent and her critical thinking is exceptional
