Some interesting perspectives there. What we should learn and do with the intellectual capital in Zim is to preserve and pass it on. Our Business & Grad schools should expose their students through visiting lecturers from politics, commerce and business. MBA students should never graduate without interacting with business, scholars, policy practitioners etc
The thing that always strikes me is we have brilliant minds, problems have been identified and dissected but we keep doing the same old same. All the intellectual capital is worthless if people do not actually learn from it and implement it. I just hope we all take away something so we can improve in our personal lives and those we impact.
