Well, this was actually the FIRST underwater laboratory (of marine biology) founded actually by four women who lived there for almost four months if I recall correctly by them selfs to study the environment and do science. So you actually lived a REALLY cool experience

Interesting theory: He had the lights on while it was dark. Many fish go to places where light shines when it is dark because those places also have more algae for the fish to eat. Thus, there were likely many fish staring at him during the time that he had his lights on at night.
