I purchased this set, have made a card, but it did not look anywhere as beautiful as yours. Thanks for sharing, going to give this technique a try tomorrow.
Deborah Anne Water-based yields a very different look, like the example I showed, very muted and smears. You could certainly do this on another colored cardstock, but any move outside the lines will show up. Hope this helps!
Iam Scrappy i haven't had that experience, but only do this technique on occasion since so many options when coloring/stamping. if there is a concern, you could use the opposite tip you seldom work with, like the chisel for me? Just a suggestion!
I believe Iam Scrappy may be thinking of ruining the markers if you use them on glitter. I may be wrong. Thanks Melanie for another very inspirational video. Beautiful work.
Joyce B thanks for your input Joyce! we've been discussing this over on fb on Gina K's page! Consensus is just use light touch and common sense to maintain marker integrity, if any residue scribble off immediately and recap, many have done this the same way I do and did in this video with no problem :)
Iam Scrappy here is a discussion of embossing and alcohol! m.facebook.com/gina.krupsky/posts/10154467012983261?comment_id=10154467203288261&reply_comment_id=10154467634048261&src=email_notif

Thank you for showing most of your technique with the Versamark. I prefer it to the white ink. Gorgeous results.

Another way to use my alcohol markers. Very excited to try.

Does the white ink do ok with your pen nibs?. Doesnt fray them?
Would permanent markers work with this technique ?
Fabulous !!!!!
Thank you, Dorothy!
I thought that coloring over embossing powder wasn't good for your markers?
