Well I used to live in Gokarna over a decade ago. Paradise beach has a history. Used to be a cafe with foreigners staying there that wanted to get away from the "crowds" of other beaches in Gokarna there but the government came and tore it down to reclaim the beach

You'll have 2 choices - Walk back or at the starting point of Kudle beach you've multiple autos waiting for hire. If you want you can continue to trek till Gokarna beach and then pick up an auto from there as well.

I wouldn’t recommend going if it’s raining as you’ll notice in the video the trek is quite tricky. The cell network isn’t very strong either.
