I would do them in this order: 1. Shoulder Press 2. Barbell Rows 3. Curls 4. Extensions You always wanna start off with the compound movements first and finish off with isolations.
I agree, it's always better to work isolation last if you can. It doesn't really make sense to do an exercise that focuses on one muscle group and then switch to a compound exercise where you might work that same muscle again that is already going to be a bit tired along with a couple other muscle groups which could cause your form or set to fail sooner versus if you did it the other way around.
@liamgane4 shoulder press and Barbell rows are both compound. It doesn't really matter which one you do first. Personally, I would do shoulder press first because I find them harder, and I always like to get the hardest exercise out of the way first, but technically they're both compound exercises. You could do either one.
Do this at least 3 days a week. I do curls than go straight to over head tricep extension than i do shoulder press than go straight to traps than i finish with a set of push ups now that's all one set i do 4 to 6 sets of 12 to 15 reps
Chest didn't leave just finish with a set of push ups after all this than when your done the barbell workout just keep going to do push ups so all together you would try to get in 10 sets of push ups of 20 reps trust been doing this on and off all my life iam 41 and i blow up each time i go back doing these work outs but i use an ez bar also
Shoulder press actually can work the top of the chest a little bit but yea you're gonna need pushups or some kind of chest press or fly movements to really hit it

With good form they don't. They can actually help with your core. They are great exercise for yiur back just make sure to do them properly
