i just bought my creami and i have truly fallen in love! there’s nothing like a post workout pint of ice cream. keep these recipes coming!!
Right!?!? It’s a game changer
Hi Rahul, have you tried adding casein or whey to this to boost the protein a bit?
@@RahulKamat
I also wanted to ask if this is significantly better in your opinion that protein icecream you can make in the blender? I'm trying to work out if its worth shelling out for another contraption!
Thanks heaps :) you're aweosme.
The recipes are great, but what actually draws me to your videos is your tiny sarcasm here and there. Really makes the videos fun fr😂❤️
Thank youuu :)
Finally more creami recipes ! Yay! Thank you!!
I got you!
These are better than the flavors you provided a while ago. My only complaint is that they are a bit tart, but adding sweetener can make up for it. The tartness makes it an easy ice cream to not want to binge afterwards because it isn't that sweet, but what I did yesterday was add a scoop of whey protein powder after making the ice cream. I had thin mint girl scout flavor at the time, but I think any of them works. It adds up to 270 cals, but it's still less calories than most creamy protein ice cream recipies out there.
I think I like the tartness bc I’m a fan of froyo. Also thin mint ice cream sounds awesome!
I made the chocolate coffee version. OMG i loved it. I have found i don’t like creamis too much with protein powder. So glad i found this video.
Next time i will make it a little sweeter or maybe try a different sf maple syrup. THANK YOU!
Why don't you like it with protein powder? does it make it grainy or something? I've just ordered a creami and am excited to try different combinations
Your right I just tried sorbet yesterday and it came out sooo thick and creamy too. With light ice cream it’s more like a frosty etc
The creami is the best! Thanks for making these videos, love watching!
I love this contraption! It’s fr the best
Great video❤️ 🍨❤️. You have such a great sense of humor 🥰keep more videos coming!!!!!! Thanks
I’m looking forward to this! Also you’re looking great dude!
Thanks bro!
She's right! He sure is a cutie!
I am now put off icecream for life. Thanks pal. Made my kids cry. Cheers mate. Wife's in tears. Nice one geezer.
Lol huh
I find smoothie bowl works the best for low/no fat or sugar recipes. It's certainly the longest running program and requires less respins.
Really!? I’ll try it out. Thanks for the tip!
FFFFFF ya ..I bought one months ago with 4 more cups extra to it ...Loving it ...made all the cups deferent ice cream & put it in freezer & eat it everyday different ice cream👍
Pint a day ✅
Man I feel like buying it. I love ice cream. I can make a ton for a whole week 😆
It’s honestly the best
I bought one the day I saw your first video. Since I have created over 15 flavors with and without protein powder. I'll share my most popular ones with you soon via Instagram so you can hopefully try them. But I always give you the credit for my creations because you paved the way! Thanks Rahul!
Love your creativity bro! Thank you sm! I’m so happy to help
please share!
please post it here in the comments!! thanks
OMG Ninja needs to pay you. Thanks for the vid!
Thanks for watching!
You do such a great job! People want to come back for your great personality & excellent recipes.
Best food channel out there. 💜
Thank you so much! 🙂
I am a pre-diabetic. I have been looking for a dessert that was low in sugar and carbs. I will need to try this. Thank you so much for sharing.
Hope you enjoy this!
Love the simple recipes. Definitely doing them
Thanks!
I agree that the creami is the best invention ninja came up with hands down! Ha! I’m about to have two creami’s any day now bcuz I’m going for the new deluxe model and keeping my old one! With them both side by side on my rack! So I can make more stuff at one time. That’s how madly in love I am with this thing. 😊
I love love love frozen yogurt! And that coffee one looks the bomb! But when I have to do re-spins, I put in a bit of something, like milk, water, cream, or more yogurt to ensure that creaminess on the next round.
I didn’t even know there was a deluxe mode!? What’s the difference?
@@RahulKamat More selections and features, bigger cups, and a new easier way to attach the cup that just slides straight into the base.
Oh cool! Bigger cups means more ice cream 😎
@@RahulKamat Right! And more ice cream varieties. For example, there’s a selection for frozen yogurt, Italian Ice, and more.
More ninja creami now that I have one 😱 🙏🏼
You ask I deliver 🫡
2nd'd!
when you hold it and scrape it down with a metal knife i dont wanna know how much you scratcht eh bowl and how many micro plastic will be in the ice cream
If you change to Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (30cal/serving) and NonFat Yogurt you can probably save 30-50 calories on that pint.
That’s exactly what I’m using!
I added a little bit of low fat cream cheese
You're booming as the next creami king. Keep it up.
Cheesecake ice cream!?!?
@@RahulKamat with the cheesecake pudding mix. Pretty much with vanilla protein powder and greek yogurt. 😋. Not a lot of cream cheese but like a couple tablespoons.
That sounds delicious!
@@RahulKamat so are homemade sorbets with vanilla protein powder. This machine is amazing the possibilities are endless.
why didn't I watch this video earlier? I had to learn the hard way about using the sorbet function and scraping down the sides! Low calorie ice creams come out icy as hell on the ice creaam functions.
I would have liked to see the other ones too
I’m going to try this recipe. Thank you !
Enjoy!! 🕺
Loved your video.
Will you please tell me the name of your microwave that also freezes & where I can get one.
Thank you so much
The day I get a Creami will be amazing!
It’s fr the best!
as someone not from America idk wht these r but I’m defo gonna try them
It’s a game changing ice cream machine haha
what type of microwave is this? That is super coolll
Microfreezerwave!
Great video! Soooooooo Creamy 🍨🍨🍨
Too creamyyy 🥵
Do you have a link to your micro freezer wave? I need it in my life ❤️
I think its facing production issues bc of all the shortages
Another good ice cream recipe is to take frozen bananas (without the peel) and blend them with a little sweetener and nut milk.
I’ve done that before! It comes out real good
.....if you want/can tolerate the carbs.
does your microwave really flash free your yogurt recipe? if so where can i buy one? and whats the brand or name of it?
It’s a microfreezerwave!
Does the dark cocoa powder tasting like Oreo
Have you ever experimented with cornstarch, just add a teaspoon to milk to stop it from becoming icy, it becomes creamy like icecream. Haven't tried it with almond milk yet maybe if you want to try it out.
I’ve tried pudding mix but never regular corn starch. Thanks for the tip! Gonna try it out
I have, it's a nicer thickener than x.gum imo. I cooked it first in the liquid tho.
Rahul just dropped an FYI! No seriously, a FroYo Information 😂. All jokes aside, great video bro and thanks for continuously inspiring by pushing creative boundaries!!!
LOL I’m changing the title of this video to FYI now
You remind me a lot of exercise for cheat meals lol
He makes great vids! He’s crushing it
Schönes Video und gut erklärt und freu mich das es auch in deutsch mit bei ist super.
🤔
Deutsch kann ich leider nicht finden
You are a magician! Keep it up
Thanks man!
You are so cute and entertaining! I found your channel because I was searching for healthy ice cream recipes for my Ninja Creami. I'm subscribing because not only are you cute and entertaining - but your recipes look amazing! And just where can I find that instant deep freeze? 😉 I do have a question for you since I am a newbi Creami owner. When you say respin, is that by using the "respin" button?
Welcome! I think they stopped selling the microfreezerwave. And yes I mean the respin button
Great timing, I was looking for something to use the rest of my expiring Greek yogurt on. I don't know if you have ever tried this, but I have this sugar-free coffee creamer, and I wonder if that would make for a good cream...
I’ve never tried that bc idt I’ve ever bought or tried coffee creamer before
@@RahulKamat it's ok frozen.
Hi Rahul your videos are great, I am a new fan of yours! Could you please let me know if these icecreams have any ice crystals in them? I have been making healthy ice creams in my blender and they are ok but I get quite a lot of tiny ice crystals, is this issue solved with the ninja creami?
Much less ice crystals than a blender, it’s pretty creamy!
I am wondering if I can use soy milk??? Because I never buy almond milk.. thanks!!
Yeah you can!
Can I use a blender instead or food processor or kitchen aid blender?
I don’t think so, it’s difficult for blenders to blend large blocks of ice. Maybe if you made this base and froze it in an ice tray. And blend ice cubes
I can’t find red velvet extract for the life of me. What other extracts would you recommend? Cake batter maybe?
Also I bought the myprotein flavorings after watching your vid about them, got all 4 but no idea how to use them for the creami. Any ideas?
And thanks for all these awesome videos I’ve eaten like half of your stuff, excited to try these two pints tomorrow 😊
Cookie butter and cake batter extracts are really good! I got some extracts linked in the description. Just add the flavoring into the creami bases (replace the extracts I use) and experiment to see what you like
@@RahulKamat just straight butter extract and nothing else? I mean I’ll try it bc I trust you but I think it’d might be weird. Cake batter did seem like an obvious choice I’ll def try that. I’ll hit up those links right now, much appreciated bro
Ooooh cookie butter you meant!! Wow didn’t know that existed till I saw your link, buying that right tf now! You’re the best
Cookie butter extract, not butter extract. Here are links:
Cookie Butter Extract: amzn.to/395UhTh
Cake Batter Extract: amzn.to/2ZKqQ83
@@RahulKamat yup yup bought it already lol and the red velvet 😊 probably end up going full basic and buying the pumpkin spice one they have too
Nice and easy
Simple 😮💨
Love your kitchen!
Thank you!
Can you share thr link for your flash freezer or similar. Thank you
I can’t find it rn, maybe bc of production issues/shortages
@@RahulKamat ok thank you
Is mixing it by hand to give it some texture an option if we don't have an ice cream machine?
I don’t think that’d work bc it’s an ice block
Any vegan greek yogurt substitutes that would work? 😅
Laughed way to much watching this 🤣
Ice cream is too funny
Is the micro freezer a real thing?
Do you know what we could use if we want coconut froyo/ice cream?
@6:15 - *Deep freezer? Never heard of this appliance. Anyone have any URL links to this? I'm really curious about it now.*
I think they stopped making it 😩
@@RahulKamat - who's the manufacturer? what's the brand? Can't find anything on Google.
I was looking for it, but I couldn't find anything 😭. Could you share name, brand, anything so it would be easier to look for.
Think I screwed up. Just made each of those pints and popped them in the freezer -- but I used non fat Greek yogurt. Will I get anything that worth eating?
I used nonfat too lol, you’ll be fine
Ok so I'm going to try this 1/2 cup yogurt and 1.5 cups Almond Milk to get this below 100 calories, but I know this won't be as creamy, but at least it will be creamier than Almond milk and Pudding mix.
Let me know how it turns out!
You are amazing especially in 2x
What is the name if The insta freezer you use?
I am still in awe how different you look from when you were heavier and now. You are such a stud muffin..now...A true diamond in the ruff...however at the end of the day..its whats in the inside..naw..its whats on the outside too...thanks for the videos cutie pie.
Thank you so much 🙂
can it be a powder sweetener like monkfruit or stevia ? or do only liquid sweeteners work ?
Thank you
Got you!
Oh man I want this machine. But I wouldn’t eat a whole tub in one sitting straight after making. If you store a mix in the freezer after processing it, does it retain the creamy texture?
It does once you mix it in the machine again
Hey Rahul, love your recipes!
Thank you :)
how about cheesecake froyo?
Ooh that sounds good
8:42 Lord have mercy 😩 we must stay focused brothers, WE MUST STAY FOCUSED!
👀👀👀
Can we add sugar free pudding mix to the base
Definitely!
Can you use pea protein powder?
I love this😂
DELINAAAAAA!
@Rahul What's the name of your blast chiller? It looks like a microwave.
It’s a microfreezerwave
@@RahulKamat where did you buy it?
I gotta say that I wouldn't test the machine in filling it above the line. I've read and watched so many reviews on this thing and I've learned the machine is sensitive (and NOT cheap). Lots of people have has issues with it processing the container and getting shavings of plastic in their ice cream. Reason being that the product isn't completely smooth as possible on the top, or is too full or both. Always scrape the bump that can happen in more sorbet/low fat concoctions so that when the blade goes in, it goes it level, otherwise you could lose both your pint (they aren't cheap either) or even damage the blade.
So rules for using the machine that I've learned are
1: Make sure it's as smooth as possible on the top before you process. Also best to wait 10-30 min before processing to have it be a little less icy
2: Do NOT use only water/water plus mix ins. This machine needs some fat or sugar for body or it becomes too icy and can damage the machine. For instance, you could use sugar free lemonade, but not lemon juice and water alone. Same for fruit only sorbet. Use some juice or syrup.
3: Don't go above the line for the same reasons as anything else. Don't want to break the machine.
3.5: If your processed product is powdery, use the re-spin function. It will change chalky/powdery product into a much more smooth and creamy finish.
I've been planning to get one of these for a while, just been waiting to buy it in my neck of the woods. I have so many things I want to try and since I don't live in the USA I will need to modify recipes a lot, but it's fun to watch for ideas! I think it will help me cut down on sugar as well as find a more fun way to have protein shakes/meal replacement shakes.
Thanks for the tips! Def think this machine is great for eating protein shakes instead of drinking them
If I leave out the sf syrup, will it change the texture?
Yeah it’ll be more a bit more icy
@@RahulKamat thanks!
is it possible to make this without the ninja creami? I cant buy it and i want to try this out
Maybe if you freeze the base in an ice cube tray, then blend it with a tiny amount of milk
Just had my first one the mocha…it’s good love the texture…I will tweak to get it more to my own taste …only downside is you get the brain freeze like real ice cream…haha...
Haha brain freeze is the price to pay for ice cream
You’re hilarious love ya!!!
🙂
What kind of chemicals are in the maple syrup that sugar-free?
Was that deepfreeze a joke or not? Where can I get it if it’s real?
I think they stopped selling it ☹️
Is the maple syrup needed???
It makes it better imo. Highly recommended but not needed
Thanks for the recipes. Even though it’s not a money thing, I just refuse to drop another 300 on a kitchen appliance plus I am already out of counter space.
I think the price has came down! But yeah I feel you, it’s not the most versatile kitchen appliance
I just bought a brand new one on FB Marketplace for $90 shipped.
Walmart got them for $160
Can you put a link for your instant deep freezer?
Yes Please ! I need that thing
Says "coffee" like a true New Yorker
LOL 😭
Do you think these fro yo are better/worse than the ice cream version of these you made? Or just different, and if so how do they compare? Like when would you eat 1 vs the other
I like them both, but I think the greek yog froyo one is my fav bc I have it more often. I just like eating greek yogurt in general
Amen
You read my mind 😁
Hahaha 🔮
What to do if I dont have an ice cream machine?
OK, What Instant Freezer do you have or am I missing something in this video. Is that your microwave or what? Thanks
It’s my microfreezerwave
haha
What brand is your micro freezer?..
I’m not sure it looks like it’s unbranded
Can you make this in a normal blender?
I don’t think so
Is there really a microwave that freezes food 😅
Yup!
You're looking better,o mean your covered,your hair😅 and your kitchen..❤someone is doing well ❤
will be making thanks................but that black cocoa powder you have there, is 71dollars on amazon, canada..........
Woah what!? It’s like 15 bucks for 2.5 lbs in the US
This is one of the best cooking shows I've seen. Funny as hell! "When you see a hole, you need to stick something in it." Hilarious!
🤣hahaha. Our videocaster talks so fast I don't believe he realizes half the time what he's saying. He's all good, though. I, too, like his enthusiam & lack of normal filters. Agree. Great recipes and excellent content. Love any guy or girl that doesn't follow rules. Every time, he gets it right. Yes to using almond milk, non fat greek yogurt, sometimes xanthan gum, allulose or monkfruit sweetener, set everyt pint on sorbet setting. Re-spin however necessary. Great tip on scraping down the sides of lower fat, lower sugar product, running pint with lid under warm water. 🏄♀
I really don’t know what I’m saying
F my life, now I gotta buy that machine 😂 my fiancée better love me after this 😂😂😂
Lololol no one can’t like ice cream!
Praying to have a ninja creamy 🙏
🙏🙏🙏
I would think the tang of the yogurt would be a little weird for the chocolate coffee flavor
It works really well actually cause coffee and chocolate are both bitter, combined with the sf maple syrup, it masks the tanginess
I followed the recipe and it didn’t turn out well. It tasted like maple syrup and slightly bitter. I did the Oreo one
Oh no, maybe you needed more sweetener?
Hi aren't pints like 473 ml? Your ingredients sum up to 540g
Creami pints are 500ml / 1/2 liter
I get a waxy film on the roof of my mouth when I make their recipe. Will it happen with this recipe?
With what recipe?
I've been dying for maple flavoured stuff, I might have to add maple extract... 🤔
Maple extract is solid
I'm going to test these recipes with the regular ninja blender because the creami seems inefficient 🤔
Keep me posted!
