Cannot even describe how helpful this was. Made two creami batches so far of cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk ice cream and both were absolutely banging. Only two speed bumps were the hump and cleaning the damn milk frother. Both of those issues now taken care of. Great content looking forward to more!
Man I'm so happy you're back. The air fryer breakfast burrito video you did a few years ago forever changed how I viewed burritos and I'll always remember you for that!
He takes care to put chapters so that we can directly access the parts we want. Honestly I don't understand the complaints of those who find the content too long. Plus I personally enjoy these parts 😊-> By the way thank you Zach for the tip about the lids and for taking the time to explain the phenomenon. Keep it up, you're making the world a better place, one dish at a time 👍❤️
It's way longer than it needs to be. Not suggesting he should be making 1 minute videos of sentences barely connected in order to make it as short as possible, it can be expanded specially if the additional content is funny, informative or entertaining (preferrably all). But it's clear many people did not think it was the case and it's valid criticism from the audience. As a content creator you can choose to ignore it, but I'd argue it's not very wise. Of course, you enjoyed and I'm glad for you, your opinion as an audience member is also valuable.
@@MasonMNK Once you grow up you'll realize feedback is helpful and makes you grow. Until them keep taking everything personal and see how that goes for you, lil bro
Say thanks to platforms like YT putting minimum requirements on you to get any sort of profit. So basically you're right, nobody gives a shit about you as a viewer, only as a number in a flow of other numbers dictated by the algs.
So i didnt want to spend money on the protein cookie butter, but i did use the flex protein. For the cookie butter i subed the same amount of the lowest calorie brownie mix i could find and because i didnt have pudding mix i added half a tbs of heavy cream for creaminess. I was going to replace it with some xanthan gum but i was out of that too. Similar calories just slightly less protein. Still easily one of the best recipes to come out of my creami full fat or not!!!
Just discovering your channel. Halo top didn’t change the game for me due to the pricing outside of the US. I also hated the texture but the creami? That has changed my ice cream habits. ❤
Correct me if I'm wrong, but by the listed order of ingredients on the flex protein container, the whey/casein "blend" has more acacia gum in it than it has casein....
Thank you for pointing out the issues with erythritol. I see so many recipes that want you to put an insane amount of it (usually 20-30g sometimes even more). People need to stop being afraid of sugar. Having a moderate amount is key.
Wow! So glad you’re back! When I discovered your channel for the first time, you had been gone quite a long time. Lately, I’ve been getting emails from your website, Flex. And now, here you are! Yay!
Just want to clarify something. You say to use a whey/casein blend for these recipes, but looking at the protein powder you're using in this video is just a whey protein, correct?
I can't wait for a vanilla based one. I've got a chocolate base that I like, but every time I try to make a vanilla one it just tastes like protein powder.
Ive loved the Ig stories and reels to just knock out recipes. Boom ingredients, process, done. But i really appreciate the long form, in depth highly edited productions. UA-cam is also easier for me to save and search when i got a craving.
What I love about even these "higher calorie" recipes is even if you eat only half its almost the same macros as a good protein bar, but gives you variety from the same ol protein bar.
Omg this looks so good and I want a pint of ice cream every day too! I don't even own a creami but you convinced me that I need one in my life but also... I'm vegan. I know that casein protein makes for fantastic textures. But please... You have clearly mastered the art of the ice cream pint, share your wisdom with your vegan friends as well! ❤😂
You’ve been one of my favorite UA-cam channels to watch for years. I miss the old vlogs and day in the life…. A lot of us don’t care about the highest quality of videos and just wanna keep up with where you’ve been bro
The faster blade speed and longer run time is better in every way. If you're getting "fluffy" or "airy", you didn't freeze the substance long enough. On my deluxe, I use the frozen drink setting, and stuff comes out like gelato.
I did a cost breakdown for this if anyone is interested. The only ingredients I didn't count were the cocoa powder, salt, or sugar free sweetener because they're either super cheap in these amounts, or most people have them. I don't have it itemized, but if you used the cookie butter mix-in stuff, the total cost per pint would be ~$4.55 before tax if you used the protein powder he did. If you skipped that cookie butter mix in, the cost would ~$3.70 per pint. This includes exactly what he used in the video based on prices at my local grocery store in Colorado.
i tried this but without the cookie butter powder and instead just coco but wow it’s amazing, i crushed up 1 oreo and added it in too. i just used semi skimmed milk, not almond as i prefer semi skimmed texture but still under 500 cals and so filling
Wow I only ever saw you on instagram and just found you here in my recommended! This was great! So many more details with the Creami!! I also had no idea you had all that hair! haha! love that too! :D
Shave down the little volcano with spoon to make it flat. Cover the top with a small amount of cream. I use 10%. It will spin down smooth on first try with no respin. Real smooth.
Loved this! Thank you. It was pretty easy to follow. I'm not on keto but I am mildly diabetic. Just take an old school tab once a day. I need to change things up tho. Started gaining weight back and my Doc and I figure if I just lose some more I'll probably be off the meds. I love my ice cream tho. And I need more protein as I don't eat a lot of meat. Btw you oughtta see the crazy hair game in my fam! All of us, me, my daughter, granddaughter and 2 grandsons all have the curlies, but especially us ladies the hair is VERY long as well. Mine too. My granddaughter is only 4'11" and about 95lbs. Her hair is SO long and SO thick it is starting to literally almost knock her over lol. She braids it and both her and her Moms hair is dark and beautiful. But she says it's gonna have to be trimmed at least. Mine needs help too as my arms bother me now and it's hard to get at the back. My one grandson does all kind of crazy stuff with his. Dye jobs and wild cuts but it's mainly long and crazy wild curly. Subbed so I can see what else you come up with. Gave my Cuisinart away so I've looked at the Ninja.🙏🏼😉🍫🍨
Oh gosh no wonder it comes out so watery I've been using lite ice cream whole time I should be just using ice cream. Game changer bro and I've been making fries all the time since your post on IG excited to have you back
Just get a stainless steel paint scraper to chop down & level the froze mixture. Its ALOT easier, plus you dont want creami containers open in a freezer, spill risk & also picking up scent from other things in the freezer ie garlic chicken kieve's.
I do a chocolate frosty imitation that's 325 calories, 62g of protein, and is the exact taste and texture of a chocolate frosty from Wendy's. The Creami makes some cool frozen treats possible. Love it.
Bro I made this just now and tasted the liquid form before freezing it. It was the best thing I ever tasted on my diet rn. Can’t wait for it to finish freezing so I can enjoy it tomorrow night
I did exactly same ingredients, exact same brands, same amounts and it turned out just the pint at 323 not including sweeteners that are just virtually no-calorie per packet but still have calories when using lots of them
Pretty sure my first Creami broke because of the hump -- it started scraping plastic off the sides of the pint container. After I got my replacement under warranty, I started scraping off the hump after leaving the pint out for 10 minutes, and it's been fine. So you are definitely right about that, most UA-camrs don't talk about it! Your trick is interesting, but doesn't really work with kids in the house as they won't (can't?) be careful about open containers in the fridge/freezer.

297 Calories in the thumbnail for the clickbait. But then admitted it’s 440 Calories in the video. Niccccccccce
I think the pint itself is 297, but the mixin adds the calories to 440 which is optional so not really clickbait lol

I suspect that the air in the space between the lid and the liquid condenses when chilled creating a vacuum effect that lifts the product upward.
