This video helped me in a different way. I am grieving the loss of my husband from cancer. When Doris talked about lounging and looking good, that set off a bell in me. (Some days I do not feel like really getting dressed.) I decided I could put on a soft comfortable shirt along with my Freedom wig. I enjoyed how I learned how to really play with the wig and try different looks. What a perk up! Thanks to you and Doris for a lovely time.

Wow what a fun morning. I have to say she looked great in all the wigs and colors. It’s fun to see someone that has fun with her “hair” I love it when someone comes up to me and asks where I get my hair done. I had a stylish gal ask me that question and she was shocked that I said it was a wig. She said her mother owned a wig shop with only real hair in L.A. and she could spot a wig a mile away and she couldn’t tell with mine. Oh yay.

I am a new wig wearer due to thyroid-related hair loss, but have already started to collect different colors and styles of wigs. My 2 previous wigs... had names... "My Other Hair" and "My Harley Hair". When we moved from our mountain to our sailboat I let them go... BIG mistake.. sigh.. Doris is definitely an inspiration to try different things. I especially took note of the wig colors she tried with highlights. I have Freedom in med brown, and would like to try a similar color but with some highlights since I’m a lady of a certain age and people would expect a little greying!

Doris is the perfect model! She looks great in every wig! I loved Diana and Katie on her....even without being cut. My favorite color for Doris was Nutmeg F and Silver Stone (but every color looked fabulous) so I was excited that she selected a wig (or hair ) in Nutmeg F!!! Such a fun way to spend my lunchbreak!

I attended a function this evening. I thought I knew which wig I was going to wear. When I put it on I happened to consider if I had a better choice of wig, based on the colors in my blouse. I have about 19 Godiva Secret Wigs, so I started trying some on and it came down to Alana in Creamy Toffee. Then I remembered that I had just watched this video yesterday. I'm doing it!
