I'm feeling nostalgic. Back in the old days, Chef Bruno used to use kitchen implements as guns. Anyone remember the pepper mill gun? Well how delighted am I to see the immersion blender upgrade! Lol
Bad shoe? There is nothing bad about this recipe. As a home gardener I know the moment I plant zucchini I end up with a glut. So any delicious recipe for zucchini is a blessing. I think this would be the perfect dish to bring to a picnic.

One thing I gotta say, Bruno: you are setting the HIGH MARK for all those other cooks out there that are way overweight. Your recipes are superb BY FAR, artistic, healthy (mostly) and unusually TASTY and ELEGANT! KEEP IT UP! And thank you. I have an orchard of 260 trees on my acre and 1/4 in the DESERT, and these recipes make useful tools in the summer!
