- This is a video I made of my first attempt to fly my T-Series T-34 model helicopter. I not very good at it as you can see, I had quite a few hard landing. I am just learning.

MJX probably makes THE TOUGHEST heli's on the market today. I've had Syma's fall from that height and even HIGHER and just break like no tomorrow. However, these MJX's are VERY VERY forgiving for the newbie heli pilot. And i always strongly encourage anyone just starting out to learn on a coaxial but especially these coaxial's. They take a beating and just keep on truckin awesome heli's for sure.
@T34Helicopter Yeah - we crashed I think because we were too close to the road and were nervous of it going to close to the cars.. It would not fly into the wind (which was so light) that we were spinning it trying to get some sort of reaction out of it. We dropped the throttle too fast, but I guess that's also mostly because it's brand new. Thanks for your helpful comment. PS: I'm one of the other guys in the vid. :P
Your doing ok for 1st attempt, i have mine set at L 40, R 40, F 80, B 80
@T34Helicopter I will try that. Thanks for the advise
Hard landings , but for the first time not bad ...
@Deezel69 Thanks. I will try those settings
If you're planning on getting serious in this hobby, forget about this helicopter. It's 3-channel and the controls are backwards from real helis (4ch/6ch) so you'll learn them backwards and have lots of trouble switching when you're ready. You can still find coaxial (double-counter-rotating-blades) helicopters of the 4-ch variety for beginners (look up Blade's CX line)
That's BS MJX has a solid reputation and always has. For any newbie pilot sometimes 3-3.5 channel is the "safer bet". And i dare you to put a Blade product up against the same punishment these heli's can take and KEEP flying perfectly fine...!!! The answer is you CAN'T.
Hi psjdsyu you did not do that bad for your first attempt a few teething problems but look forward to your next video, to see how you have improved.
@T34Helicopter Thanks. I was told where I bought it, that the first few times I use it I will crash it. Any advise on the setting for the control lcd display
@I3EANHEAD hi i am thinking of getting the heli and from what i can gather it is a chargeing lead so you dont need to take the frount off (i might be wrong)
Hi psjdstu,
Like I said you are doing just fine, may be a little enthusiastic with the left and right turn,
dropping the percentage down to about 25% you will be able to concentrate on forward flying ,
the only reason you crashed was because you dropped the throttle to fast.
T34
what company made this?
your scaring me man.. ive just bought the new T-Series & am planning on taking my first flight later.. any advice??
just to say if its ur 1st attempt, y fly so high, get use to a certain height :)
cool heli though
@Peter Hollett You will crash it, so my advice to you is to find a nice big field with lots of space and nice soft grass.
Don't Fly It To High Or Else It Will Loose Signal LOL I Did And That Shit Landed In The Street And Now My Launch Legs Are kinda broken
I brought one for three dollars at a dump and it still works it came with charger batteries everything I'm going to make a video about it on my channel
And it has a camera it's a t40 t series
mine has a camera
I cant fly my plane
I said that's crap didn't I
