I had a client go into a induction at night and in the morning they texted me, ctx are starting! 3 hours later... baby flew out and I missed the birth! 😩

Oh man! :( How did you handle that with the client?

Clients didn't questioned me about this but I go over with them. I tell them that I will be in contact with their doulas to tell the right time to appear. I tell them that if anything happens to me I have a backup photographer.
