Thanks for sharing man! I found though that when the glitch is happening it may reveal some of the "non glitchy" subject underneath, if that makes any sense. So the way I improve that is to scale up just 2 or 2 points % the masked subject... I am preparing a tutorial on that and I hope I will be able to publish it soon!

An easier way to do this is exporting one video frame, taking it as png from Photoshop and then working with that. Then applying the same AE workflow to the png. You can avoid massive amounts of key frame masking. And you could just scale the png for motion

When adobe after fx 2018 realeased they showed a feature that while making mask you can hold s to make it sibtraction mask so you should show that while masking out so that people get aware of it
which music do you use in the start ?
Do do the door switch glitch did you mask out the original background then place the new layer?

How did you do the Glass overlay effects at the beginning of the video? Those are pretty cool
actually I think he duplicates the video layer where the glass effect will be and then uses masks to control where the glass like effect will be and then scales the masked to make it look magnified and then adds a subtle blur effect...and animates the masks.....I think thats it.....maybe??
