In any event that Sarah a minimum of over-estimated the extent to which the zipper was open, then such a misestimation could've had somethong to do with her fear of Jorge's escape and thus having access to retaliate. Thay said, there being a considerable chance that he stuck or even borderline threw his hand out of the suitcase quite suddenly in a fit of rage, then Sarah would at least have the potential to become suddenly frightened (even grabbing a bat to prevent Jorge from proceeding with an escape) and somethong of exagerayed the gap of space in which Jorge had to work with. This is somewhat similar to how people can tend to exagerate the size of scary wild animals (such as 10 plus feet tall bigfoots ... when it might be a bear distinctly smaller than that for example) that they witness or are attacked by.

I believe she will be convicted but it would be easier for the jury see it as involuntary manslaughter i.e she didn't intend on him dying but she could have prevented it and didn't.

SHE WASN'T AFRAID OF HIM OR SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN LET HIM OUT...ABUSED WOMEN WOULD NEVER GET THEIR ABUSER ANGRY LET ALONG LET THEM SIT IN A SUITCASE ALL NIGHT KNOWING THE CONSEQUENSES WHEN HE GOT OUT...SHE WAS NOT AFRAID OF HIM AT ALL.....I THINK SHE WAS THE ABUSER THAT'S WHY SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CUSTODY OF HER OWN CHILD...SHE'S A NUT JOB
