@@MrShanester117 What’s embarrassingly dumb is you thinking a man could fight back after being beat with a bat and suffocated in a suitcase for 20 minutes. Way to skip over the other key points to try to talk down on someone. Absolute degenerate goof.

Wth difference does it make. He told her he couldn't breathe. He obviously was truthful. She left him. Thats truthful AND accurate..and torture. She said she didn't want him to get out and pushed his hand back in with a bat because she was afraid of him..yet in same breath say she assumed he could get out so she went to sleep. She didnt care one way or another what happened to him. She left him to die. And apparently with 2 of your panel members..thats okay. Interesting. So if a parent leaves their 2 yr old in a filled tub, pushes them back in when try to get out, then leave the room to go to sleep and say they assumed they could get out..that wouldn't be criminal either when they drown instead?? Same thing.

In any event that Sarah a minimum of over-estimated the extent to which the zipper was open, then such a misestimation could've had somethong to do with her fear of Jorge's escape and thus having access to retaliate. Thay said, there being a considerable chance that he stuck or even borderline threw his hand out of the suitcase quite suddenly in a fit of rage, then Sarah would at least have the potential to become suddenly frightened (even grabbing a bat to prevent Jorge from proceeding with an escape) and somethong of exagerayed the gap of space in which Jorge had to work with. This is somewhat similar to how people can tend to exagerate the size of scary wild animals (such as 10 plus feet tall bigfoots ... when it might be a bear distinctly smaller than that for example) that they witness or are attacked by.

She zipped him up and then flipped the suitcase over. The weight of his body and the bigger part of the suitcase almost pinched the zipper making it almost impossible to open. By the time she flipped him back over, he was probably exhausted and running out of energy to get out. She knew that. She could see it. If she could take her phone, turn on the camera, point it and hit the record button, she could dialed 911. Better yet, she could have unzipped it. She was on a mission to torture him, and she tortured him to death.

And I am pretty sure Owens is from Milton, a town of maybe 11k, he did this for publicity. This is his Jose Baez moment. If he wins he’s a king for the moment, if he loses he’s a stooge. She is guilty because she zipped him in the case and prevented him to get out. Body cam and her own videos showed that she actually abused him. I feel her “wounds” were from him defending himself. We would all know from basic common sense how to zip someone up securely in a suitcase. It's not rocket science. Obviously you just use one zip and zip it to the opposite extremity. You wouldn't leave even a one inch gap at the corner. Those guests are naive.
How can you possibly forgive Sarah for leaving that man to die in terror? Imagine the cramps that would set in, and the claustrophobia. She needs to be punished. She put his life in her own hands then abandoned him. She was therefore 100% responsible for his life, and then acted irresponsibly. Any reasonably intelligent person would know that involved a very high risk of death, or if not that of severe mental trauma. Maybe the defence should have claimed that Sarah is a m0r0n, or whatever the scientific term for that is. Maybe a grade-A student, but with no common sense.

SHE WASN'T AFRAID OF HIM OR SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN LET HIM OUT...ABUSED WOMEN WOULD NEVER GET THEIR ABUSER ANGRY LET ALONG LET THEM SIT IN A SUITCASE ALL NIGHT KNOWING THE CONSEQUENSES WHEN HE GOT OUT...SHE WAS NOT AFRAID OF HIM AT ALL.....I THINK SHE WAS THE ABUSER THAT'S WHY SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CUSTODY OF HER OWN CHILD...SHE'S A NUT JOB
