VINNIE: No, Sarah & Brian Boone did not have a 10-year old son together at the time they decided to split. He was only 9 years old when Sarah was arrested for murder, and the divorce had happened years earlier, if I'm correct.
She has lied and contradicted herself so many times! How can anyone believe anything that comes out of her mouth! If she was so scared of him, was so scared of retribution after zipping up the suitcase; why would she leave the suitcase open enough for him to get free, whilst going to bed to sleep - leaving herself completely vulnerable ???
"Now she's saying his arm, spine, and his whole leg were out - kind of like how a baby bird hatches from an egg - and she was so, so scaaared! Sounds legit. Not guilty, your honor!"
Why would anyone fearing for their life,go upstairs and go to sleep with the possibly of the "aggressor" getting out and taking retribution on them? Unless she knew he was already dead in that suitcase.
@StandingStrongWNC She's not a victim of dv or bss. She's evil and I believe it wasnt over with her ex-husband. How many people's ex-partner runs to their exes beck and call? Give her money? Pay for her life and her booze under "it's for our son."This is why Jorge broke the TV or possibly the TV was already broke.
@@StandingStrongWNC I've had a falsifier. It's obvious to anyone who thinks about it [mine] that she was indeed bullshitting. The problem with where we're at with progress and men being 'guilty till proven innocent' and women being believed by default until caught out, is [to me] why this woman even considers that she is at no fault here. It's potentially murder, but definitely manslaughter, deliberate or otherwise. The fact is, she went to sleep when she could have had him dealt with and/or escaped her life's alleged woe and didn't. My accuser [not of physical violence, untill weeks later] attacked me, left the building via unlocked door, yet claimed to be in fear, even though I'm a disabled wheelchair user ... in bed [she stated so] and she attacked me with a bat [she stated], from the hallway right next to unlocked door. SO, I won't be shocked if she walks ...
FTR, I think she's a victim as well as a perp here, evidence shows she's not falsifying having been a victim, but also that she's quite capable of battering her victim [the bat]. I don't see murder, but I do think manslaughter.
@@TT-dv9er I’m wondering if she was a tough guy instigator instead of battered woman. Who knows, neither of them should’ve been abusive or abused of course. Terrible!
I would say at least one of the videos showed today during the states rebuttal, that was recorded by Sarah, fully displays that she was an instigator. Jorge was _sleeping_ then she literally woke him up berating him, calling him names and even told _him_ to get away from _her_ even though he was just sitting on the floor, curled up and didn't move the entire time until she said that. She keeps berating him until he finally becomes upset and then she's says "i'll scream bloody murder." After that he walks away from her and down the stairs but she STILL continued to talked trash to/about him. She's done son lol I was worried about how the jury might see this but after this afternoons videos i'm pretty sure they see right through her facade. She also called the police to scare Jorge when she got mad at him. She called the cops on him but then told them not to come over, which they did go over there because OF COURSE THEY WOULD THATS THEIR JOB and then she got upset that they showed up to take him away, like what the heck dude?! tldr; I think there's evidence that shows she's an instigator. If you watch Emily D Bakers livestream from today the timestamp for the specific video is at 7:39:05 at the section titled _Video File #10_ but that is only one of many videos. Sorry for such a long response, i'm still reeling from the evidence showed in the states rebuttal this evening.

He's defending himself against women, its fake, she did them herself and so on he is some perfect angel lol she can be guilty and him be a dirtbag they aren't mutually exclusive alot criminals go to prison for killing other criminals in fact that is most often the case very rare is it completely innocent victim usually as this case and most dv murder it could easily be other way around and jim on trial
I do theatre makeup and have a binder full of real bruises. No one bruises the same, similar, but not the same. Each day is a journey through swelling, colors, and size. So let’s not demonize her by assumptions. She is guilty of killing him, but he is not a perfect victim. Clearly they were very dysfunctional. And if u don’t believe the bruise, did she fake the stab wound too? Come on! He can be a victim without being a hero.
I wouldn't say that's the case. I believe that was caused by him. But most likely in defense if you see all of the other videos of them. She was the main antagonizer and abuser in the relationship. He was the loyal one that wouldn't tell the cops what she did to him. He was arrested although he had deep non defensive scratched on his neck while she wasnt just because he wouldn't speak to the police. Go watch the body cam.
@@Marigold502crazy the excuse some are makin for an obvious women abuser, from it was self defense against women to he only weighed 103lb can't abuse a women than, to fake injuries to she did them herself to he hit tv with bat because it was broken or she told him to. Never seen nothing like this they all had already hated her and decided long before trial she was guilty, she could be but he was also guilty to pretend other wise is weird. Every abuser will say that. And I've seen dv case with way less evidence and everyone believes them.
Again, let me state, that everyone bruises differently, similar, but different. Some people swell more, some have different colorizations. But why are u going so hard for him? She can be guilty of killing a dangerous abuser who seems like an evil drunk, and yet not deserved to be killed. And if that’s fake, how do u explain the stitches, breaking the tv, etc?
Why was she filming him smashing the tv? If he abused her would he let her film him? How about the video of Sarah coaching Jorge about dropping her case?
Jorge was telling her to film him smashing the TV, to send a "message" to her ex husband, Brian. It was his way of showing his power to Brian - don't come over here, my woman, my TV, my place, etc. Shows he has mental health issues. Jorge and Sarah = toxic.
Jorge thought Brian coming over to watch TV with hi def was a flimsy excuse to come over to Sarah's place. Do you think Sarah and Brian were still boning after the divorce?
Maybe he didn’t know or was too drunk to care. Clearly the abuse went both ways, but we don’t know everything. I’m more worried about the son who was allowed to be there after all of this. If my ex’s partner beat a tv with a bat and stabbed them, u can bet I wouldn’t be there.
I want to know more about the suitcase. I think this murder was premeditated. If Sarah decided to get rid of him was it then she decided they should get rid of the suitcase? Did they dig that thing out of storage before or after her text messages? Where were the other items going for donations? Just that big old broken down suitcase? It just had to be drug out and put in the living room? How long did it sit there before she finally got the guts to play "hide and seek". She planned this from the start.

Her story changed after that. Apparently now she was afraid for her life and that she thought he could get out of the suitcase. She left him in there because she was "afraid for her life" and went to bed. Yet, if she thought he could get out by himself and was worried he would get out and kill her? Then why did she leave him and go fall asleep upstairs? That's the last thing someone in fear would do. "Oh yeah, let me go fall asleep and be in a vulnerable position while he can get out and come kill me in my sleep" - Sarah Boone

Hitting a women is not self defense no matter what she does, hitting tv with bat isn't what it is although suitcase video is 100% what happened lol photos of all the injuries she had he got arrested multiple times fake or she did them herself to he defended himself lol
She didn’t love him that much if she just left him in there and went to sleep. Didn’t seem to be worried at all imo. If she was scared she should have called police obviously. Guilty! Manslaughter at least.
The biggest eye roll ever 🙄🙄🙄 if you are a battered woman LEAVE and STAY gone. She willingly put herself back into that RL knowing he put hands on her. She's not a victim, she CHOSE to go back to him and deal with it. That's a HER problem and the answer is not Murdering someone. She's a victim of her own stupidity. You can't pity the FOOL.
14:03 feels like she’s quoting a passage from a book she’s read. After watching trial so far I do have empathy for her and I do believe it was a toxic relationship where they were abusive to each other. I think she was drunk out her mind, felt she had the upper hand and didn’t want to offer him any help cause she just didn’t care.
A guy should never hit women even if she attacks him thats just ridiculous people saying it was both them at least some tho say that because others claiming guy they don't know at all and just seen how he died is some innocent perfect angel
@@phillipmartinez9232 no one says he was perfect. And maybe you should watch the videos she recorded being cruel to him. I’ll be damned if a girl were to treat my son that way. I think she lied about some of things that happened. He doesn’t get a pass to be abusive but if a man is being attacked by a woman physically, why shouldn’t he be able to protect himself? Your logic is flawed. Everyone has a right to protect themselves. To be abusive I don’t agree with but if you put your hands on someone, anyone, you may get the same treatment in return.
The defense’s strategy is all over the place. They set up this picture like she was really drunk and forgetful, but then also showed evidence of his abuse toward her to somehow plant the seed that she was acting in self defense. Like…. Which is it… self defense or drunk forgetfulness. My god I can’t believe she didn’t take the plea deal
@@Michelle-cp9un You only say that because Sarah said she was 97 pounds on the stand. You go back and look at the interrogation and tell me shes 97 pounds. She was probably more like 130-140. When Sarah opens her mouth shes lying
I cannot understand living like that! They did not have amy children together, they were not connected with finances. Why would amyone continue to live like that? Not to mention that they continued to drink together! I am totally confused!
A prosecutor is always aware that there can be a backfire on cross-examination. He'll knock it out of the park in summation. Either way a hung jury wouldn't surprise me in today's society.
This video of busting up the tv...word has it that it was already broken, they were getting rid of it and just having "fun" while he smashed it and she sat quietly recording it. I do not know this for fact..just what some have said in other comments. At least it was an inanimate object and not the defendant. Whole thing is sickening.
It’s obvious that many are feeling differently about the entire case than they did before the trial. She has receipts, in the form of pictures and hospital visit notes. I went into this feeling like she should get the chair and now I’m taking a step back to reassess the entire case. Not saying that she is justified for her actions but rather I feel I need to look at this with different eyes and under a high powered microscope.
His brother is awaiting trial right now for stabbing wife to death maybe it was self defense like all the times he hit her. Sarcasm, or fake the injury or don't weigh enough to abuse a women. And other brother alos beats women
Here is what I think. Drunk out of her mind she accused him for cheating on her with another woman. She got so mad that she knocked him out and shoved him in a suitcase as a form of “punishment”.
I Sarah Boone walks on the brutal murder of Jorge she will DV victims back decades!!! If Sarah Boone is found not guilty then the Menedez brothers deserve the same justice as Sarah Boone and the boys should get an IMMEDIATE RELEASE!!!
I agree Vinnie, no way it was unzipped that much! In the interrogation video, she told detectives he could put 2 fingers out, not his whole hand. So many inconsistencies with her testimony! I'm disappointed with the prosecution.
She wasn’t married to him, just because you say yes when someone asks you to marry them doesn’t mean ur married and l understand she had previous bruises but she allowed him to come back and back and IMO she’s diabolical and has had how many attempts to get her child out of this boyfriend/girlfriend. It’s a disgrace for women that are going through this and can’t get out or she’s had many times. I understand they were drunk but she it’s to pick and choose what she remembers and doesn’t, what about this man’s life was taken, idk 🤷♀️. Sad, sad case!!!!
Just imagine that happening in your own home.. your 10 year old child has to deal with that…. What would you do…. I’d probably do the same thing… sorry but this is disgraceful and disgusting behaviour from this so called man
Exactly she could still be guilty of crime but he's not some innocent angel like some are makin it out makin excuses for everything he did. When they know nothing about guy except how he died
When she said.. she thought he would be ok. I believed her. I said LIFE the other day but today 🤷🏾♂️ negligence maybe. Ladies/men please leave when being abused.
Speaking from experience, I would leave the apartment or put the suitcase outside and call the police! I would be afraid of his response once I let him out so calling police would protect myself.
No he was murdered. You have to accidentally lead to your own demise through your own actions to qualify. He was intentionally locked and left in a suitcase. He didn't lock himself in there. You could argue she won the Darwin award for him for his murder. But that just makes her a murderer.
To me, if she left the suitcase open as much as she says she did, Jorge would've have been able to breath. And what I heard and seen in the video's this was never in fear for her life. To me she was always in control of the situations.
She beat him, stuffed him back in, & went to sleep. How could she be in fear of him? ..she expected him to get out, but also felt safe enough to go to sleep?
If I were on the prosecution team, I would argue battered spouse syndrome because Sarah and Jorge were NOT married! She had the opportunity to leave or evict Jorge!
Any doubt I had about her was taken completely away today when the Prosecutor showed many videos Boone took of him. I saw one where she was chastising him while he had been sleeping on the floor in the bedroom. She was filming him and chastising him, and he called her ma'am twice. He looked a little scared. Then the bodycam where she was so drunk and while Jorgje was arrested she put on a little girl face and asked if she ;could have a hug' from the officer, and when he asked her to step bacl she tried to be cute and then suddenly almost skipped around - calling to the neighbours across the street and skipping around like it was alll such fun. Grandiose sense of self x 100!!!
0:46 That 'black eye' looks more like Jorge pranked her with a trick, ink telescope. Or she was very drunk when she applied her eyeliner!! 🤣🤣🤣 That's the fakest black eye ever.
It's horrible that he behaved the way he did and treated her the way she alleges. But tv's can be replaced...with toxic violent relationships, the person who wins the title and right to be called a "victim", is the one who loses their life. If the roles were reversed, he wouldn't be afforded sympathy. She shouldn't either.
Yrah they have been very biased against her from start just like alot based on the 1 video before anymore came out in glad no 1 could jeep portraying guy as some innocent angel although some still are but shows how delusional some can be
Your experts who obviously have absolutely no EDUCATION on battered woman syndrome would have concluded why she didn’t let him out. The entire puzzle is based on battered women syndrome. It amazes me how UNEDUCATED your experts are and it’s shameful

Hitting a women is not self defense no matter what she does, hitting tv with bat isn't what it is although suitcase video is 100% what happened lol photos of all the injuries she had he got arrested multiple times fake or she did them herself to he defended himself lol
@@phillipmartinez9232He beat the crap out her often.
She didn’t love him that much if she just left him in there and went to sleep. Didn’t seem to be worried at all imo. If she was scared she should have called police obviously. Guilty! Manslaughter at least.
They’re both sloppy drunks who made really stupid decisions.
Battered spouse syndrome it seems to me more like revenge
SHE was NOT his SPOUSE, so that does not work for me.
If you ask me jeorge and Sarah both were a little off I mean he busted up that tv
The black eye is like the time I put the thermometer in a flame to pretend I had a fever once as to not go to school that day.
Priceless defending a guy you know nothing about literally except how he died
@@phillipmartinez9232 Who's defending HIM?
Dr. Harper reminds me of a woman in the movie,The Devil's Advocate, where K. Reeves rejects her during jury selection.
@@jezzukahm284 so what if your daughter was getting abused? You think its ok for man to hit a women?
@@phillipmartinez9232 did you even read what I wrote? I’ve told my daughter keep your hands to yourself.
@@phillipmartinez9232 based off your logic you are saying it’s OK for a woman to hit a man. That’s disturbing. Abuse is not acceptable in my book.
The 'doctor' was a joke.
Can we stop with “Here’s the thing…” please
Need some experts, these 3 aren’t them. lol
seriously wtf!
Right??!! I usually skip right past this panel
I think this could have just as easly been him on trial for her death. This was never meant to end well
That's precisely what I've been saying for the longest time. 👍
Exactly what I think, nothing was going to end well for those two idiots
The defense’s strategy is all over the place. They set up this picture like she was really drunk and forgetful, but then also showed evidence of his abuse toward her to somehow plant the seed that she was acting in self defense. Like…. Which is it… self defense or drunk forgetfulness. My god I can’t believe she didn’t take the plea deal
The defense doesn't have to proof what they are saying just raise enough reasonable doubt
Maybe I am wrong but I dont think it was on purpose. All the history of abuse and then the alcohol always ends really badly.
For Jorge, her victim, yes!!!
That’s why she should have taken the plea deal instead of pushing to be totally acquitted
Afraid of someone who is 103 lbs?
Size has nothing to do with abuse. Let’s not minimize anyone’s experience.
@@Michelle-cp9un You only say that because Sarah said she was 97 pounds on the stand. You go back and look at the interrogation and tell me shes 97 pounds. She was probably more like 130-140. When Sarah opens her mouth shes lying
@@shiba1222you are right...obviously size did not matter when she killed Jorge!!!
@@Pozorrogomy thought too. She DOES NOT LOOK 97 POUNDS!!!😂😂😂
@@shiba1222he was 46 kgs. He didn't eat. Lived on alcohol. He looked like he was dying before he died.
I thought this prosecutor was experienced and he really had a chance to bring up Key Key points with the suitcase and this panel 🙄🙄🙄🙄
He has been useless!
Not sure this defence surely shows she was fed up with his violence and deliberately murdered him!
Beautiful tie, Vinnie. Very nice. 😊
She is diabolical.
She thinks she’s the smartest one in the room and now she wants to claim spousal abuse and their not even married and he didn’t live in the apartment
This video of busting up the tv...word has it that it was already broken, they were getting rid of it and just having "fun" while he smashed it and she sat quietly recording it. I do not know this for fact..just what some have said in other comments. At least it was an inanimate object and not the defendant. Whole thing is sickening.
I'm thinking the same!
Lol ok stop making excuses for every thing he did thats crazy
@@phillipmartinez9232 lol ok stop making excuses for everything she did that's crazier
@@vivianchomp7379 i haven't once actually i said she is guilty of crime but he's no angel
@phillipmartinez9232 true, he wasn't an angel, but between the both of them, Sarah is an abusive monster.
lol this defense it tryin very hard to save this killer
It’s obvious that many are feeling differently about the entire case than they did before the trial. She has receipts, in the form of pictures and hospital visit notes. I went into this feeling like she should get the chair and now I’m taking a step back to reassess the entire case. Not saying that she is justified for her actions but rather I feel I need to look at this with different eyes and under a high powered microscope.
You are reasonable thats why not making up excuses for the women beater and stabber
His brother is awaiting trial right now for stabbing wife to death maybe it was self defense like all the times he hit her. Sarcasm, or fake the injury or don't weigh enough to abuse a women. And other brother alos beats women
She should have just left him not redrum him
totally premeditated and she used the booze as liquid courage to go thru with it
Here is what I think.
Is her Lawyer going to name the book he is going to write for payment for defending her Hide and Seek lol,
I agree Vinnie, no way it was unzipped that much! In the interrogation video, she told detectives he could put 2 fingers out, not his whole hand. So many inconsistencies with her testimony! I'm disappointed with the prosecution.
Thats eye liner...she really talks to him in a demeaning, taunting bullying anusive way.
Omg your sick in the head ! You need help
When she said.. she thought he would be ok. I believed her. I said LIFE the other day but today 🤷🏾♂️ negligence maybe. Ladies/men please leave when being abused.
She said they shared her phone but Jorge is seen with his phone in one of the videos - wonder what was recorded on there & where it went to!? 🤔
Speaking from experience, I would leave the apartment or put the suitcase outside and call the police! I would be afraid of his response once I let him out so calling police would protect myself.
They’re two train wrecks with one who lost the Darwin Award.
No he was murdered. You have to accidentally lead to your own demise through your own actions to qualify. He was intentionally locked and left in a suitcase. He didn't lock himself in there. You could argue she won the Darwin award for him for his murder. But that just makes her a murderer.
I cannot defend this woman.
To me, if she left the suitcase open as much as she says she did, Jorge would've have been able to breath. And what I heard and seen in the video's this was never in fear for her life. To me she was always in control of the situations.
I find the doctor for the state seems to be making facial expressions toward the jury as the defense attorney questions her.
This is going down now! Exact equivalent to the Michael Dunn case. Same lies and bad judgement by the defence.
Watching the doctor for the state leads me to think that her Expressions could be damaging for the defense.
🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
🎪 🎭
She beat him, stuffed him back in, & went to sleep. How could she be in fear of him? ..she expected him to get out, but also felt safe enough to go to sleep?
That TV was already broken 💯💯💯💯💯
LE stored the suitcase for 5yrs. How many times have you stored suitcases and not have to oil zipper??
How could he possibly FIT in there?? NO! 100% Vinnie! It was all zipped.
He was like 4 feet tall poor little fella 😂
There were no jealous accusation remarks by Jorge in those videos.
How many times was Jorge hit with the bat Did the Prosecution ask her this ?
What has not been mentioned is that she also could be suffering from Stockholm Syndrome...
Do we know the TV was working before he hit it and she didn’t give him permission to bash a nonfunctional device?
Why are some saying that weird like all the other excuse he's accusing her of cheating on him
How many times has Jorge been put in the suitcase.
No loss to the world.
0:46 That 'black eye' looks more like Jorge pranked her with a trick, ink telescope. Or she was very drunk when she applied her eyeliner!! 🤣🤣🤣 That's the fakest black eye ever.
What about the stab wound, 2nd degree burns and all the other Injuries come on man
@@phillipmartinez9232I think stuffing somone in a suitcase trumps everything dude
She did NOT have to defend herself that night! Silly.
IF she was always afraid and scared, She should NOT have had him come over!! End of conversation!
She made herself GOD and was going to change him. She needs to go to prison
Bingo
I believe that Sarah will Walk!
I felt this on October21,2024, I haven't changed my mind !
Walk where? Maybe in circles in her cell
W-O-O-W-W-W...I am seeing this case in an entirely different way.
Me too.
look at the video again it was only open on the corner
I think the suitcase was zipper down; making it hard or impossible to get out.
Your panel of experts on this were super annoying.
shes a liar and never let him out on purpose just another drunk murder shes quilty and belongs in prison
“Pay me to be able to talk in chat” 🤓👍
Courts are impartial, Court TV is not.
Yrah they have been very biased against her from start just like alot based on the 1 video before anymore came out in glad no 1 could jeep portraying guy as some innocent angel although some still are but shows how delusional some can be
I hope she rots in jail
It looks exactly the kind of thing what would happen with two drunken idiots..
Your experts who obviously have absolutely no EDUCATION on battered woman syndrome would have concluded why she didn’t let him out. The entire puzzle is based on battered women syndrome. It amazes me how UNEDUCATED your experts are and it’s shameful
Awe and you wonder why she humiliated him during the tape?! Please. GEEEEE I wonder why. Grow UP . It doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.
