Lovely piece and turning, always enjoy watching someone use a Bowl Gouge correctly, and the step back you had to take with the big Gouge just showed experience. Glad you didn't use Resin as others have suggested, not everything has to have Resin.

When you were outside and did some chainsaw I didn't really see the thickness of it. I thought perhaps you were going to make a tray. When you were rolling on it then decided to flip it around I saw the real depth. LOL....loved the music change from the almost sorrowful to Hell Ya.
That is a gnarly piece of wood and you did a beautiful job bringing out the bowl.
I'm glad you didn't put resin on it. Once it's dry... ain't it exciting watching wood dry...and you finish it, it's gonna be sweet.
Thanks for sharing work with us.

😄 Thanks buddy! Glad ya liked it, I don’t like to use resin cause every time I do i usually end up making a big mess out of it 😄, sometimes I do though and ya just have to to keep the piece together.

I have been watching these types of videos for a while now, while they are very interesting and entertaining, they’re getting old. But putting music onto this video, makes it more a little different and very interesting and entertaining, thank you very much. Nicely done

Beautiful cherry bowl indeed! But I lost my breath when you tried the roughing gouge on inside. Is that whole pile of wood cherry? U must have got hold of the whole tree. By the way, I can’t tell on most videos because of the angle but do u ever wear a face mask? By the looks of some of the pieces I turn, it might be a good idea. Personally, I use one just because of the safety feature but I find it to be the most bothersome thing there is. Anyway didn’t mean to pick on u. The video was fantastic and the end result was worthy of a good turner. Thanks for sharing & be safe.
