Your English is just fine. Much appreciate that you do it in English!
Thank you, glad you appreciate it
Your Swedish-English is much clearer than the English we get to hear on some UK-based Electric car channels on UA-cam...
@alexis1959 the good to hear! Thanks 🙏
Me too. I’m from spain and i understand u perfectly. Well done and thank you!
@borjapinera8177 great to hear! Greetings from Sweden
Ignore these haters , your english is absolutely fine and everything you say comes across clearly . (native english speaker here). Also liking your review style with the detail. Unfortunately I dont think we can get Nio in the UK yet or at least dont think ive seen any.
Thanks! It's not available in UK yet, no right hand drives yet. But think realease is planned på 2024.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with your English. I don’t understand why anyone would comment on that. I really appreciate you making these videos in English as your English is so much better than my Swedish, even though it’s the second official language here in Finland 😊
Keep up the good work! 👊
Thanks for your support. 👊
Greetings from Sweden
I'm British, and I completely understand everything you say. Your English flows excellently, buddy. A Swedish accent (when speaking English) is lovely to listen to generally, including yours. Love the review and a beautiful-looking car, too.
Great! 🙂thank you mate!
I am from China and I understand your English without any problem. The content is what matters. Your professional reviews on EVs are appreciated. Thumbs up! FYI, the monthly sale of this car is around 2.5 thousand in China.
Thanks. 🙂 2500 a month. So guess station wagons are popular in China too. Do you know the production capacity?

@@ItsOnlyElectricnot really 😂. Chinese people like big car. SUV.
You’re right, ET5T is from design point Top of the Art 👏⚡️🔋🏁
The beautiest car I have ever seen!!! This NIO cars are amazing😍😍
Just the second video, and before I watch it, I will subscribe now. I'm German and your accent is typically nordic, and it's sympathetic and absolutely fine! Just let the haters hate, they will never stop. Instead of enjoying your videos for free, they are just complaining. Some people just seem to have a boring life. 😆
😂😂 you are right. Thank you for the nice feedback.
Visited Tegernsee, south of Munich, two days ago. What a great place!
Totally gorgeous !
NIO is for me one of the best.
A bit pricey but look how gorgeous is the car...🤩
And yes your English is absolutely fine 😉
I always enjoy your videos buddy. Also it's clear that English is not your first language but your grammar and vocabulary is better than most Americans I talk to. Thanks for putting yourself out there and sharing!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for taking your time to comment. 🙂
I cannot understand why anyone would critique your English or grammar. It sounds perfect to me. Congratulations on your channel's success. Your reports are very good indeed. Thank you for excellent reviews that are useful.
Thank you 😃
Beautiful car 😍 and your English is more than fine.
Thank you. I'm still amazed by the design even when looking at the video myself.
This is a great range. This means that the range in good conditions but on a 100 km/h freeway is like 430 km for the small battery, and over 550 km for the big battery. In terms of noise, it's not the quietest car out there, but it's still quiet enough for the average person. The acceleration from zero to 100 is excellent , better than a performance Model y, and certainly better than a long-range Model 3. The efficiency is actually quite good. The efficiency is similar to the efficiency of sedans, which have almost 500 horsepower. Because of those wheels, you've lost 10 percent of the range. 18.7 minus 10 percent equals 16.8, For a speed of almost 100 km/h. Great review! I would love a head-to-head comparison with the Model 3 Highland.
You are exactly on point! The efficiency could be a tad better compared to tesla and BMW with similar power. But still not a bad range.
Why comparing a low quality mass market product to a high quality car?
Your accent is great and you speak very clearly.
Thank you! 🙂
Your english is perfectly fluent. Keep going on and great review. Greetings from Finland :)
Will do! A lot of cars on the way. 🙏
Fantastic video! Great job uploading content about NIO. I can not wait for NIO to enter the U.S. markets soon! The ET5 Touring is practical and awesome looks! Could you show us how the instrument cluster (driver side) when you did the launch mode? It showed some pretty cool graphics, similar to a plaid graphics. (12:58)
You are doing just fine. I worked in a hospital full of people from all around the world. I'm so used to different accents from most people. I noticed your accent but not interfering with your shows. Certainly not Swedish that I can detect. Keep up the good work. Bra jobbat ! Tack !
Tackar! 👍
Like the video. Your English is fine with me and as long as I can understand your description of the vehicles you are informing us about, then that is what is important. More importantly, a song as your reviews are accurate, which they are from the few Ev’s I’ve read reviews on, then that is the point. People should be grateful for the honest reviews and content put out for consumers like me in the market for an ev.
I appreciate all your videos, and please keep them coming. ❤. I wish nio can come to the North American market, but due to politics I don’t see that happening any time soon.
Thanks for your nice feedback. More on the way for sure. So stay tuned! 👍🙂
The content is excellent, beautifully worded and a pleasure to watch, the tests are not too fast and you talk about what is important to the end user who wants to buy that car. Don't pay attention to the haters because they are not there for the content but to vent their frustrations. Just ignore them.
Thank for your kind words! 🙏🙂
Great review, I was really waiting for this one!
Thanks 🙏 glad you enjoyed it.
“if people can get over the threshold and buy a chinese brand” - well said, sir. the prejudice is real.
love the review. i’ve been waiting for an ev wagon, et5 touring checks all the boxes. hope it comes to the netherlands soon.
Yes, it's not a joke sadly..
It's a beautiful car.. Finally NIO is catching up and in fact beating lots of legacy automaker's electric cars!! and Honestly, It'll take some time for other automakers to improve on efficiency front.. but getting there..
Agree! The new companies building EVs from scratch tend to have another mindset but also not a big back pack full of heritage and legacy.
Awesome review as usual. Always well reasoned and fair. Are they giving you a shot with the el6 soon? Lets hope so, your videos are great and thorough and arent full of anti china hate....and your english is great.
Thanks 🙏 yes, El6 happening next weekend. Stay tuned. 😉
@@ItsOnlyElectric oh wow. I will.
Beautiful looking car!
Following you from Lebanon. All the best.
Nice! Greetings from Sweden
Your English is better than native English men. I bought a ET5 sedan after watching your videos. I am also living in Sweden. NIO har snygga bilar bättre andra EV bilarna. NIO behöver göra mer Reklam Keep the good work
Kul att höra! Har du fått bilen?
@@ItsOnlyElectric Ja har fått bilen super nöjd
@dilshanabeysekera4785 kul att höra!
Love your videos and I like your English!
Bra test!👍 utmärkt engelska. Lugn och vältalig. Kanon, tack🌹
You do a fantastic job of reviewing cars. You give great information in a way that that is easy to understand. It must takes a lot of work to make each video. Don't worry about your English. You speak better than me and English is my first language. Keep up the good work. 🙂
Thanks man! Glad to hear that. 🙂👍
Your English is just fine, great videos
Good review! Keep it up
Thanks 🙏
Wow! What absolutely beautiful design from nio !
I'm an English teacher - I think you have a very pleasing style. Grammar is just not important to me - your video is informative, the content is useful and you communicate well - so you've succeeded ! Also, I don't speak Swedish, so I'm grateful for your English expertise !
Great review - keep up the good work !
Great feedback. Thanks!
Great video, Sub made.
I’m English and live in Norway, your English is perfect!.. Thanks for sharing this video.
😃
Your English is good. Also this car is beautiful.
Thanks! 😃
Thank you for the review! As for the acceleration test, the phone is lagging around 13mph behind the actual car speedometer, hence why it may be taking longer time to register. Great review overall!!!
Yes, but it's a real track meter (racebox mini) so the screen is actually not important and doesn't effect the result.
Glad you enjoyed the video
lagging or not it doesnt really matter when he tests all cars like that using the same device
I'm from NJ (United States) and fully understand you without any issues.
Thanks! 😉
Shame that we cannot have it in North America !
Hopefully it will. Crossing my fingers
This shame should be directed at the U.S. government, but even though NIO is better than Tesla, Tesla is better than gasoline vehicles.
Looks great
And your English is just fine👍🏻 better than my Swedish anyway 😅
Yes, really great looking car.
🙏
Your English is just fine. I don’t know many English people who speak a second language. Keep doing your job, it’s technical, you do not need to speak like the English royals.
I think your English is excellent, very Pleasant and clear to a Finnish viewer. Never need to rewind for unclear mumbling.
Glad to hear that! 👍🙂
Nice video, nice car with lot of promises and last but not least, good accent and most important for me is that I can understand you ! 😉😉
Right on point. Thanks you!
NIO IS THE BEST!!!!!!!
Your english is perfect for me. I am spanish and I understand you without a problem. Great car....a little thirsty may be
🙏 Greetings from Sweden
Superb test !! Hope you can do the same range consumption with the XPeng G9 ! Greetings :)
G9 will come. Probably in early November so stay tuned. 🔥
@@ItsOnlyElectricThanks so much :)
❤ great video, great car.
My girlfriend ordered the ET5T🎉
Nice, hope she enjoys it
Dream Car!
Stunning car, beautiful country view and very insightful review. Look, your English might not be flawless, but like you said, it's not your native language and you're not here to teach English. What the viewers should be focused on is an unbiased review of the performance of the vehicle. Thanks, you've done a great job.
Thank you.
Such a great car, wondering why sales are not increasing...if I would live in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands....I will not have any doubts. 500km...i think its a pretty good autonomy...and if everything goes well, once the battery swapa stations grow in number ...
It's just released, think this model and the EL6 will increase the sales numbers.
your english are perfect, don’t worry bro, keep it up
Thanks man
Awesome review and your English is fine. Yes please continue to review in English. Thank you.
Thank you! Will do!
Your English is spot on and I really enjoy your practical and informative reviews. PS Bry dig inte om dessa språknazister. Hälsningar från en svensk talande rumän.
Haha ja det finns många som ska peta i språk.. 😂😂 kul att du gillar mina videos. 👍
Interesting car from Nio, and I understand your English perfectly well.
Thanks
I am ESL (English as a Second Language) certified. Your English is just fine, especially for the context of this video.
I just got certified! 👑🙂
I got my 75kwh ET5T with 20-inch Michelin e primacy tire last month. Avg power consumption is around 18kwh/100km in city. 400km+ range is guaranteed. Absolutely amazing experience.
Thanks for sharing and congratulations to a great car! What color did you go for?
my dream car.
我刚定了et5,期待早日见到
Nice! Hope you enjoy it
This car is BEAUTIFUL.
your english is great no need for improvement I understand everything
Hey, nice I really like the tests that you are doing. I would be curious if you can get your hands on an ID7 and compare especially the noise level. I can not find a decent comparison and from what they are advertising it should nail noise and range.
I will do that as soon as I get hold of one. No press cars available yet.
Was going to buy the es6 in China but seeing this I'm thinking of changing to the et5t. The es6 is more practical but this is more fun.
Yes, this is more fun since it's more agile.
ES6 has many advantages. I recommend purchasing the ES6, unless you're really a serious sports car fan. In any case you will not regret of choosing to purchase NIO.
I have NIO ET7 ,It's a really good car。
Nice, that's a good car. A lot of comfort but also performance..

Nio is super
Always like yours, a good review just about everything. Dont worry about the English.
Thanks 🙏
cant wait to see you review of zreek brand
Will come. 👍
You know what? The more older I get the more I don’t care about the English accent. In the past I strived for perfection (never achieved😢) but at almost 50 now I can really relate to my Spanish/Italians friends and the way they speak English. I asked some of them why they don’t care about it and their answer was always the same: why should I care? It’s not my language. I am right there now😂… and I am loving it!❤
Haha...agree! As long as we understand each other
😍
Thank you for a very interesting test. Nio ET5 Touring is a very nice car. The boot is a bit small, Otherwise it is realy good.
Yes, 490liters with i compartment under the floor is a bit small but would be suitable for most cases.
Thanks for watching
MATE yes from Australia you speak better english than people who are born here
ignore the comments your english is fine .
Thanks mate! 👍
👍👍👍👍👍
Omg that is a nice car 👍
Very nice car went come to America I buy it with the batteries swap is perfect
I think a lot people buying
Thank you for measuring noise level in the cabin. It of course depends on the type of tyres, the road and the outside conditions. It is hard to do comparable measurements. However, I do agree that the Nio ET5T is more quite then the Tesla Model Y, as this lines up with my own measurements. However, its more noisy than the Volvo V90 CC (most are) but still ok. I will test again.
Yes, hard to create compareble result's. I do all my tests with the same tools, same strech of roads and during times with minimal or no traffic.
@@ItsOnlyElectricNow I have test driven the Et5 Touring again, same road, same weather. Comparing a V90 CC with 18" winter tyres and studs, the Volvo is at the same dB level as the Nio on 19" summer tyres. It comes in at an average of 67dB driving at 80-110km/h on Swedish asphalt.
The Nio is somewhat dull in the cabin noise. But I think that the Nio is more quiet than most electric cars.
He ET5 is a smaller car and not top range from nio, the ET7 is a lot more silent and the moste silent car I have ever tested. The the et5 should be compared to a car in a similar class, maybe the V60 is a better match since the v90 is top range Volvo.
But with that said as you say, it's more quite than both the model y and the model 3.
Yes, this is true, the comparison is not fair, but I am comparing my own car, which is why I use V90 CC as a base.
It is also true that the NIO is more quiet then both Tesla Model Y and Model 3. The Model Y has about 76dB in average on the same test road and weather, though much bigger 21" wheels.
I wish the panorama roof could be an option instead of standard, as it contributes a lot to the noise level.
Remember, 60dB is half as loud as 70db, and 80dB is maybe harmful in long exposure. Tesla is very close to the upper 70s in my measurements.
Again, thanks for great videos and reviews! @@ItsOnlyElectric
@hugolm84 ger your point!
Thank you for watching and glad you enjoy them. 👍
Great clip, does this have V2H or V2L capability?
I know that the EL7/ES7 has V2L with 3.3kW load. Not sure about the ET5T, can't find it in the specifications. But I can check.
Thank you 🙏
Your english is fine.
never heard of those manufacturers
will u test the BYD SEAL?
Hopefully soon. Planning for it
Please review the MG4 XPower!
Will do!
If you can please add curbweight and total weight to you reviews, specially important on wagons and suvs. Heavy EV’s can sometimes have very low max cargo compared to ICE. This is important to me atleast.
That is a good point! I always communicate kerb weight but will add total weight going forward.
What a beautiful car! Absolutely stunning apart of front logo😂 I don’t get large wheels though. You are driving the car not looking at it and others don’t care about it. Why spend more money on something worst? You are not racing it. Human nature.
The trend going for big wheels. Maybe it will change in the future, who knows. But it gives the car a better overall look. So I guess brands with focus on good exterior design will continue until consumers says something else
Great video, great car.
I don’t get what you mean with the launch mode, AFAIK there is none. Further, your 0-100kph time is kind of slow compared to the results of other UA-camrs tests.
There's is no launch mode as such. I tried to launch it with break pedal pressed to see if it would make any difference. But it didn't. Did 5 runs in total and measure with a racebox, so this is real result. Maybe could be a bit lower times with SoC over 90% and a couple of degrees warmer.
@@ItsOnlyElectric a launch mode where you would step on the brake and throttle does not make so much sense in an electric car anyways, IMHO
@fleet2523 agree but there is EV that has that approach: BMW I4, BYD etc.
As an Englishman,I can assure you that your English is fine. Regarding accents, well, everybody has a different one, even amongst the English ! 😂
Thanks for taking time to comment on that. 🙂
Keep doing the reviews your English is better then a carwow 😂
Haha... that's not bad!! 😂
NIO blue sky coming
We own a ET5 Touring 75 kWh battery. I drove this week to Berlin from my home and back (624 km). I Drove in ECO-Mode with 120 km/h cruise control with mediums speeds of 109 km/h down to 78 km/h. The consumption varied between 25.7 and 23.4 kWh (19" wheels - 11°-14° temp - 20° cabin temp). I have no idea how you managed it to get such low consumption values......
Very big difference in consumption between an average speed of 93km/h and 109km/h. That's 18% higher speeds and will increase the consumption with +20%. On top of that the 100kWh pack seems to be more efficient than the 75kWh.
Happy with the car?
@@ItsOnlyElectric We like the quality and the driving feeling. The UI is Tesla like and easy to handle. But the assisting systems have some bugs. Sometimes the car thinks the construction site pylons are cyclists and it brakes. Or the gps locates you beside the autobahn and says "Please turn" ...
But these things are repairable. The high consumption not. Our i-Pace with 20" wheels has a lower consumption 😕
@stevefivestring9383 sound strange with the consumption, the et5 is not known for having top efficiency but should be more efficient than the Ipace. The gps thing seems to need calibration or a hard reboot. Happens to my Tesla too sometimes.
Don't sweat it. You speak better American than most Americans.
Thanks man
Great review, nice camera angles. This is a good car. I wished it was available in Belgium... Kind off surprised it doesn't get the efficiency numbers of the model Y as it looks to have better aero. But with the 100KWh it has a decent range. On the English; haters gonna hate. Head down and focus on your core audience, EV car lovers :).
Thank you 👍
Heard anything about the introduction of nio in Belgium?
not yet. Leasecompany was teasing about it a couple of months ago. And a nio with nio 001 licence plate has been spotted in Belgium. So I would think next year@@ItsOnlyElectric
At the nio event now, will ask.
Bra engelska tycker jag! Jag fattar trots att jag är svensk. 😃
53 år gammal.
Haha!! Det optimala testet. Tack! 👍
Seeexy!!!
Much so
i hope soon NIO use 150kwh battery pack :)
Coming, but still too expensive to scale to customers.
I don’t criticise non native English speakers because the non native speaker can speak in two languages, that’s one more than me.
Apple CarPlay available?😅
Nope.
Hur står sig Zeekr 001 mot Nio ET5 Touring?
Who cares.
Inte testat Zeekr001 men är under planering.
@universalmirage1208 BYD does too, but that doesn't mean that I would ever buy it though.
Maybe you'll have to sacrifice a tiny bit of range compared to a Tesla because you really get premium interior and equipment in this car. In a Tesla you get nada, nothing. An empty shell with a screen.
year I agree with you
Yes, another concept compared to tesla..
Your English is good. I understand what you say..Don't mind the idiots 🤘
Thanks man
but the price is very HIgh.. but a very beutiful Station wagon.
Yes, Nio is aiming for the premium segment so the price is a bit high. It looks better if you can consider BaaS (battery leasing).
