From at least 8n years old, you probably know the existence of this bread.
I ate it because someone family or a neighbor made it

It is made with real raw makgeolli, so it is delicious and
It is savory and the texture is very chewy and delicious.
This makgeolli bread was famous as a winter snack in the past.
I heard that there were people selling it on the street in cold weather.
(I pretend to be an oral legend hahaha, but I think I saw this bread on the street one day. Authenticated by an old person haha)
Anyway, make this makgeolli bread/sul bread and serve it to the elderly(?).!!

I made Makgeolli bread very easily using a rice cooker without using an oven.
