Hi, I'm having problems with the Garmin going from kilometres to miles after a system update. Today I ran and it was not in metric but when I got home and checked my Garmin connect app it showed everything in metric, but while running it was in miles. I have no idea how to fix this. When I go into system settings it indicates that it is on metric and the Garmin connects shows metric. The the minute I start to run it flips to miles. It is a Garmin 45S, please help!
If I turnoff Bluetooth from my device (if possible) will my Garmin forerunner 45 log my workouts and other activity data when I turn Bluetooth back on? I trying to limit electric pulse wave exposure. Thanks.
I cannot explian this watch. Such a simple technology cannot work properly. When charging, sometimes time goes wrong. Settings.hard . Then watch is screaming irregular heart beat... Now the power is on i have to charge everyday. What nonsense is this.
I agree... the video tutorial is spoken way to fast, I personally need it at much slower rate...It may be fine for tech savvy people..Lots of us are not.🙂. But Thankyou.

You're talking too fast and rushing it through.... you should slow down. I had to keep stopping and trying it out.
