Cathedral Window Gelatin recipe

    Ingredients used
    flavored gelatin (mr. gulaman)
    12.5g and 2 & 1/2 cup water for each
    flavored gelatin
    For extra color gelatin
    10g unflavored gelatin
    2 cups hot water
    2 tbs sugar
    1 tsp lemon
    For white base
    1 & 1/2 cup cream ( whipping cream or all purpose cream)
    1 & 1/2 cup yogurt ( you can use pineapple juice, apple juice, Lychee juice in substitute for yogurt milk )
    1 cup condensed milk
    1tbs vanilla essence
    1 tsp lemon
    Try this recipe this holiday season or for your dessert and snack for your kids , I’m sure they will love it 😊

      para po hindi bumaba yun mga colored jelly po na try ko na po kase na ihalo lng lahat at pinatigas at the same tine nagbabaan po yun mga colored jelly yun finish product po yun ibang part walang coloerd jelly

    I don't know what I did wrong my white mixture did not harden I used 2 packs if white gelatin half cup of condense milk I. Can evaporated milk 1 package cream. Can somebody answer?

      maybe you used too hot water .. its depends in your gelatin if your gekatin is from philippine you can boiled the water if your gelatin is abroad dont used to hot water .. before boiling point is enough.. i also experience that before
