    This is exactly what clicked in my head towards the end of 2023. I was working through the painting business pro coarse and I came across this in one of the zoom calls I believe. We did 600k in 23 and only really started spending money on marking in the last 3 months of the year. I was getting leads from my Google listing and free stuff through Facebook all year. If I would have just spent more money I probably would have hit a million. This year I'm not buying toys and over paying myself but instead I'm going to over invest in marketing and see what happens. I've got every lead source on. I've got Facebook ads going and I have 1 door knocker working. It's still early but we are already ahead of our 1 million dollar goal in 2024.

      Is this all still relevant now? Nobody is buying services right now. Or wanting to pay the new higher prices. Especially our past clients that paid half 10 years ago. What do you do with that? We’re willing to pay for your course.

    Thank you. As a young entrepreneur I’ve opened my own sole business even got an employer number from the IRS. I’ve been gathering knowledge from you. I’ve painted for 2 years but always wanted to own my own company as I’m just tired of not being able to do stuff my own. I’ve ordered signs to place outside neighborhoods and have physically gone around and handed out business cards / also hinting verbally that I paint. I unfortunately don’t have materials yet but my next check is going towards ladders, sanders, rollers, and everything I possibly need including prep material. Taxes is also a big thing in business. I’d love to see a video on how you do taxes for your painting business. What you deduct, what to expect on a negative year, etc

      @@daniel512_24 499 for the design and 189 a month for a year quarter page with 2 "features" where they do a full spread and introduce you and your business intimately!

      Marketing is getting potential customers and estimates. Sales is winning those estimates.
      There are tons of ways to market.
      Website and SEO
      Google Local Service Ads
      Facebook ads
      Referrals
      Repeat business
      Customer marketing
      Tons of lead services
      Networking groups
      Lawn signs
      Flyers
      Direct mail
      Door to door
      To name a few
