As a former Franchise painting coach, and currently scaling my business after leaving the corp world...this stuff is GOLD. Dont pay attention to the ads that say you can AI, or ONline spend your way to a business. This is the right way. I will be working with PBP in the future.

Everyone trying to reinvent the wheel lol just paint the paint on the wall like we did 100 years ago. It hasn’t and will not change. Reason? You want to use the actual surface it will be on and the light that hits it. For example, swatches are painted on paper whereas on the wall it’s on drywall those two surfaces show the color diff. Also lighting - the temp of the light changes the tone of the color. That’s why you’ll pick a beige and then it looks pink when sun hits it. Learn all that undertones and all and you’ll do just fine.
How many employees for 1 000 000$ business . I have 6 . I can say I average out 100 000 in sale per employee So that would make 10 ish employees for 1 000 000
You wouldn’t NEED the estimator and project manager…. If you did have them, it becomes a 10-15 hour per week business. With the free time you can scale it to $2M and grow the team, launch another company, invest…. Whatever you choose to do.
