Okay tip. Always be on the back on the boat at the lowest point possible. That is the sweet spot for not being sea sick. (less going up and down or rocking from side to side) Merry Christmas!

You should take a trip to Koh Lipe. Its on the other side and you have the Andaman sea. Worth the trip if its open. Very beautiful ocean and beach.

the sauce you eat with fish The green sauce is Thai Seafood Sauce. There is a component Coriander root, fresh chili, garlic, lime, fish sauce, sugar Seafood sauce will go well with almost all types of food, from seafood to deep-fried pork. And another sauce, Thai people call it Jaew. It's a northeastern Thai style sauce.😁😁🙏🙏

The Boat Was Bigger & 40 Mins Late. Some 1 Was Hungry. The Hotel You Choose Looked Great, Right On The Water & Big Clean Pool. Very Yummy St Food At The Opened Night Market. I Laughed When You Looked At The Spicy Dish, Said It Looks Spicy & I don't Trust You. Jelly Powder Sugar Benya (( Can't Go Wrong )) I Would've Had A 2ND. Sun Was Bright From The Bloopers. What A Great Video & Job Too

Hey there! The packs are from Columbia and they’re called the Street Elite. They’re 36L. Awesome little packs, nice and lightweight.

We were hoping to return for this winter as we've not been back since 2019/2020 (4months) during which time we popped over to Cambodia to wander around Ankor Watt, another place 8n the region to visit has to be Singapore, the observation deck on the marina bay sands hotel is awesome, also the music &water show beneath the Petronas towers in KL is impressive
Yum, pronounced yam is actually Thai for salad. Salads in Thailand are usually spicy. I live in Thailand and am enjoying your vlogs. Keep up the good work!

40-50 years ago, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan were the escape of prisoners. When the era of the Cold War ended, the government issued amnesties to those guilty of many crimes in order to bring the Thai people back to build a nation together. Koh Samui and Koh Phangan have become a growing community.
Decades ago, Koh Phangan was predominantly occupied by tourists who would mix things up with drugs and go for sex until it was a disgrace, giving it a very negative reputation for Thai people.
But now it's getting much better.

Glad to know Phangan’s reputation is changing. We have noticed a lot more tourists here than other spots, but it doesn’t seem too crazy right now which is nice.

Do you guys go to the full moon party? I miss Phangan island but needed to go back Bangkok. Maybe next time for Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. And I like the bakery shop which is close to the pier but I forget the name of shop :)
I think the full moon party happened the day before we got here. We'll definitely keep an eye out for that bakery, thanks for the tip 😄

When you done with Koh Pangan you can take Lomphraya ferry back to Choomporn and they have bus service from Choomporn direct to KhaoSan Road in BKK just ask at the ticket box. Have a good time in Pangan. I'm planning to go back home to Thailand in March but just heard on the news Thailand just close the border again😥 . Have a good time in Koh Pangan❤👍🌲

Thank god the catamaran is back but only runs once a day so if take the morning boat it’s still the speedboat unfortunately also in the night market if you go to the inside bit next to the pizza stall amazing chicken Schwarma

A piece of advice when you put on a "public" helmet? Wear a head scaft then wear the helmet..:-)
If you don't like spicy food, you can say "Mai pet" meaning "not spicy". You should try fried rice (with pork, chicken, etc) most foreigners like and no chilli in it. Really enjoyed your vdo.😍👏🏼

Pretty sleepy when we got there, but it was already waking up by the time we left. Lots of restaurants and resorts were renovating and preparing to open back up.

@@OnePackWanderers yeah let’s wait and see, I am lucky to already have my Thailand Pass though. Will travel from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi to Krabi and then to Ko Tao. A couple of weeks diving and then to Bangkok. Also want to see Khoi Sok national park in between somewhere as this seems to be the best ever. So actually you did some of my route and I love wat hing you guys. So positive it keeps my mindset about going positive as well. Keep going strong guys, and do Khao Sok as this should really be tha bommmm😁

It's called Phantip Night Market. Really great place 🙂 We just travel with those two backpacks you see in the video.

Phangan is pronounced as Pang-ngan not Fang-ngan. All of Thai words in written English "Ph" pronounced as P. Why dont they just write only P? I don't really know.
it should be Pa-NGan (พะงัน) rather than Pang- NGan.

I enjoy your videos, but don't appreciate how you go on about how spicy the food is every single time. Either you request a mild flavour to begin w or do not comment on being spicy at all. In fact, thay are not that spicy.
It's all relative, my friend. Something that's not spicy to you, may be quite spicy to someone else. Tia doesn't have a high tolerance for spicy so when something is even a little hot, she says so. I do like spicy food, and I even commented in this video that the noodle soup wasn't that spicy.
