I enjoyed this mowing raking and baling and wrapping mike thank you for all the work you put into each of your videos . I love ❤️ the smell of fermented hay when they are wrapped in plastic.
People think cars and trucks are advanced these days... Farming equipment is so ridiculous on how far it has come. Truly fascinates me how it all works. Love seeing it all in action
Ah, this brings back so many memories I spent on the farm growing up in Indiana many years ago. There is nothing like the sweet smell of freshly cut hay! Thanks for another great video. Love from TX.😊❤
That's neat. I never expected to see McHale balers/wrappers stateside, they've always struck me as something that's rarely seen outside of Ireland and the UK.
Wish I had known about the field day. I live just down the road in Cleveland Tennessee and would have loved seeing the demonstrations, have visited this coop numerous times
Hello Mike, hello viewers, hello farmers and all those who have agricultural knowledge or experience. I have a question. In the video you can see conditioners on the mowers who immediately bend the mowed material and spread it wide. A few days ago a trader said to me that this is not so good for the quality of the crop because molehills seem to contaminate the grass much more than if you first mow it and then spread it wide. I understand that too and it makes sense to me. But I have quite sensitive and often wet floors and so I think a conditioner could save me at least one pass with the tedder. By the way, the risk of food contamination doesn't decrease if I have to drive the tedder more often. what is your opinion on this? I would be excited to receive answers. oh, by the way: sorry for the long novel... 🤭 Greetings from an italian farmer Wolfgang P.S. Great channel!!
How come someone hasn't invented a round bailer that doesn't have to stop to dump a bail? It would save significant fuel and time. It wouldn't be that hard, just need a place for the old bail to move to while it starts a new bail
lol, that one round bale that just decided to start rolling away on its own before it could be wrapped is hilarious 😂😂😂
As Mike said the same thing happened last year also. Good stuff !

I remember last years video that bale rolling way down the hill towards the building also until someone cut it off. LOL - Thanks Mike !
Something very relaxing about this process. Was sad when the video ended.
Really enjoyed this video, liked watching the whole process, mowing, raking, bailing and wrapping, very good 👍. Regards from Down Under.

I like Mike less videos on UA-cam from the imperial county California 👍🇺🇲
😎😎
How good is that soil down there?
Do you not use combi presses in the USA? In Europe nobody wrap separate.
There is a few here
Why so narrow windrow with the claas?
Does all that plastic wrap get recycled ?
And my question would be how many feet of wrap per bale....................
yes it can be recycled

In Europe we have the Vicon Fastbale (continuous baler wrapper, the Krone Ultima and Lely had a baler in development called the CB concept
There has been some test balers that can do this. It would definitely add to the cost.
