the purpose of this video was for these guys to get their routines on track, to better their health, and to try to work harder. also, to see how the most famous CEOs live. chill
Tbh, just by doing the same things as smart or great people doesn’t make you them. The entire reason they do live in certain ways is because of their mindset and mental behaviour which has ultimately led to them to be who they are. Only that will make any one individual successful. To just copy their routines, is just shallow and not really constructive but rather just fetishising their lifestyles, as if they’re just going to transform into bill gates or Alexander the Great. But then again what more can we expect from a site like Buzzfeed.
Honestly the best one here is the Zucc idea, wearing the same clothes everyday. Now I look back, I miss wearing school uniform because I didn't even have to think about it.
Henry Anderson I’m still in school and without uniforms. It is a struggle to choose an outfit every morning, but I enjoy expressing myself with my outfits. Often times this one friend I have tells me that she loves what I wear even though she’d never wear any of it herself. I’m fairly certain most of my friends wouldn’t wear some of my outfits either considering they mostly wear hoodies and sweats. That’s similar to what I wear except it’s to a more extreme level sometimes.
Instead of wearing the same outfit everyday, I just set out my clothes the night before. I achieve the same result of not having to think about what I'll wear when I wake up.

I don't watch Buzzfeed videos, but this one piqued my interest, I'll admit. This is perhaps (in my opinion) Buzzfeed's greatest video, this actually made me realize what I can change. I usually stay up late either playing games or watching shows, and by time I wake up for work I don't want to get up at all. I actually even end up being late for work and so tired that I don't feel very productive. I think I'll make some changes, probably make a video diary... This will be the only time I'll say this: Thank you, Buzzfeed.
He’s a regular cast member on the “Latino conglomerate” of BuzzFeed called PeroLike. He’s Dominican. He and another girl named Julissa are my favorite!

@@kronprinsessan1234 Depends on the shower length and how much water is being consumed. If the shower is short and not on the entire time and baths are limited to once a week (or only when absolutely needed), it can actually help to conserve water.
the asian guy said he has a hard time making time for relxation, well im always relaxing lol. So when i'm busy then i set side some time for relaxing, relaxing only feels THAT MUCH BETTER. So i'm gonna try to not relax so much and work more, so when it's time to relax it's actually feeling productive/much needed rather than slumpy/indulgent.
The best thing I ever did to myself was to watch this and act on it.... A year later . I don't regret a thing. I am not there yet but I am definitely pushing on
I automatically wake up 4am in the morning everyday on a daily . I can tell you guys its honestly really great .you feel the day go by smoothly . I recomend people do this 👍🏻
I wake up between 4AM and 6AM and all my co-workers ask me "why?! You're crazy!!" I always answer "I'm more productive in the morning". I totally get this so-called CEO lifestyle
Yes, you need to have the right mindset for a start. Thinking that what you are doing is getting you somewhere, or at least has the chance to get you somewhere can be part of a good way to start, assuming that one has done good preliminary preparation e.g., research, planning etc.
i'm in uni from 8 am to 7 pm idk if you have longer days but what i do is i wake up at 4 am take time to do what i need to do (shower, eat, catch up on all things social media and stuff) and i give myself an hour max to do all that and then from 5 am to 7:30 am i do my homework which gives you 2 hours and a half for that. Then when i get home it is usually around 7:45, so i eat, brush my teeth, take a quick shower (less than 10 min) and by 9 pm i give myself till 10:30 to finish any homeworks i have left (if you divide your homework sessions in 2 it's also easier bc in the morning your brain is still fresh and at night you'll feel better knowing you already did 70% of your homework that morning) and then i immediately go to sleep. Granted i only get 5 hours and a half of sleep but if i managed to do all my homework in the morning i actually sleep at 9 pm :)
Starting homework in the morning at low 60%-80% effort is better than a diminishing 50% effort declining by staying awake. You'd probably end up putting in more effort by staying up late and studying only to wake up and forget a majority of what you learned with minimal sleep. Know your limits and learn to call it a night. :)
THIS CHANGED MY LIFE... I was watching this video and I though to myself I'M GOING TO TAKE THIS UP and so the next morning I got up at 4am, I replied to my emails, worked out, planned my day and thought "is this what I want to be doing with my life"... eventually I came to the realisation that I was fed up with feeding my dog and so I had her put down that following afternoon! I'm really sad about it and my daughter is a little distraught but I'm SURE that I'll get that pay-rise and work my way up to being a C.E.O too! Thanks so much American Dudes!
I've thought the same about baths being just sitting in your own filth. I find it eases my mind if i take a shower real quick just to scrub down, let the water finish draining and then turn the tap back on for a bath. Now I'm sitting in **clean** (er) water. It seems weird when I do it, but it makes sense in my mind lol. Not sure if anyone else does that or goes to that extent.
simo Cora that's exactly what I was gonna comment. But then again in those traditional Japanese spas they use one bathtub (including the water) for several people in a row. So not showering beforehand would be pretty disgusting
Guys thanks for your honesty. One thing that was very clear - positive self-talk in the face of stress helps you to get better results. Negative self-talk, on the other hand, messes with you. You tend to get more stressed & negative stuff multiplies.
Reflecting on what my grandmother used to say “ clean up the night before because you never want to bring yesterday into a new day”. Funny because I am already doing 100% of this!! #MorningAndNightRoutine

Thanks !!!! Setting reminders now!!! 🥰🥳
thank you
9:28 Barack Obama (Former CEO of the United States) I don't know why that made me laugh so hard! Just call him the former President!
its because the title of the video is referencing CEOs so the titled him that in order to make it relevant.
@@elaine378 I didnt know you could just change the meanings on words?
I am the CEO of my house
Hey im stuck in a UA-cam black hole right now 😄
Me everyday...
Can't help you bruh...have a safe trip
...
This will be the only time I'll say this:
Thank you, Buzzfeed.
Totally agreed! Would love a little series of this sort.
I agree 100% I really liked this. I love when Buzzfeed does interesting experiments like this, it gives me some insight in my own life.
So, did you end up making the changes?
Agreed
video diary- I think I'll also do this.
the dude from Harlem is hilarious oh my lmfaooooooo "Why?" i cant
I love that Kane did such a cinematic shot with the bath AND wore his hat during it
getting stuck in the youtube blackhole is my night routine
Currently in it. It’s 5:35 AM.

I tried one day with CEO routine, I got so much done. Lines were shorter, I found out at 7 am that Planet Fitness is open. How exciting!
Dude from Harlem had me laughing the whole time
deadmanw@lk1ng foreal😂😂😂
He’s a regular cast member on the “Latino conglomerate” of BuzzFeed called PeroLike. He’s Dominican. He and another girl named Julissa are my favorite!
Saaaamme lol
''I'm journaling from years son, I'm already a CEO'' lmao
He says he’s “already CEO ready”
"I get less sleep then I don't have energy for ANYTHING YO. That's why I'm single." 😂😂😂😂😂😭😂😂😂
Kane is so good at his promises and he faces these challenges head on.. he just does things and reap the benefits..💪💪
I'm stuck in a UA-cam black hole right now
Leo Battle'lions
Good luck. Go twords the light
Started with cute animal rescue videos and now I'm here
Best comment so far this year
Leo Battle'lions I know this was meant to be a relatable comment, but fr: UA-cam is dying. Its Recommended Videos are getting worse every year. Stay off it if you can.
LMAO that Harlem guy is such a mood 😭😂

(Like if you agree so they gain notice)
well they wouldn’t last long since to be honest they have very little self control
This is unbelievable!!! I always wondered how to just start building better morning and night habits. Watching your wins and trials was such valuable insight!!!
"not getting stuck in a youtube black hole for hours"
.....HOW DID THEY KNOW
Spanish homie had me dying lmao
Lori Ann why are you the way that you are
Lori Ann you’re right no one is from Spain 💀 he’s latino
Dominican*
@Lori Ann Your comment had nothing to do with anything lmfao tf
Lori Ann Who made you like this ?
Dont they know that you take a shower then you take a tub ? That way its clean water and youre clean 👏😂🌷
@@kronprinsessan1234 Depends on the shower length and how much water is being consumed. If the shower is short and not on the entire time and baths are limited to once a week (or only when absolutely needed), it can actually help to conserve water.
But the dirt you’re sitting in.....drum roll.....was on your skin just seconds before!
11219tt clean your bath duh
هاناااا بحبكككك كتييير انا جايه من الفيديو تبعك😍😍
If you shower every day and take a bath once a week for example, there won´t be much dirt in the bathtab. I´m way too lazy to shower before a bath.
So instead of getting things done, I'm watching videos on how to get things done by CEO ways.
Maureen Dullas 🤣🤣🤣well you have to learn somehow
Gadiel is so funny, love him
Hes prob dominican
He is
I think waking up at 4 am is cool because you get to start the day when it's dark and watch the sun come up
Can we have more videos with Gadiel in them??
Kaila Huynh yesss^^
u can check out Pero Like
Honestly
He's annoying
the asian guy said he has a hard time making time for relxation, well im always relaxing lol.
I am not there yet but I am definitely pushing on
These guys should start a series
Naysayer the try guys ain’t got nothing on the attempt dudes
the hispanic kids maddd annoying tho hes so loud and obnoxious ughh yuck
The Try Guys: we try to get replaced
+Uncle Jessie maybe you can't stand latin people or their humor lol but I though he was funny
CEO routine:
Step1 become a CEO
Step 2 do whatever you did before
Step 3 tell everyone do things there way
Yeah agreed. Don't just copy someone else's routine. Everyone's different.
well said i hope people understand this
step 4: learn how to spell 'their' correctly :)
lmao ^^^
There’s a reason why you peasants are peasants
Did the CEO's have these routines before they were CEO's?
If they did or didn't, I still bet they would of helped. Sounds like a happy recipe for a CEO lifestyle
They have good habits that make them successful
Had the same question going on my head. but one thing we all know is that they practice good habits with high discipline
yeah before
the answer is required to be for sure, this paved the road to CEO stardom, according to the 4 am narrative ;)
Gadiel had me dying when he was in the bath. I laughed out loud when I saw everything but his damn head submerged in that bath 😂😂😂
he was basically the best part of this video lol
I LOVE GADIEL, he's so cute and funny
Zyzz Brah get a job
Which one's Gadiel
I won’t even ask which one because they are all ugly
Well someone has s crush on a fugly person
Jesus what’s up with the hate
I automatically wake up 4am in the morning everyday on a daily . I can tell you guys its honestly really great .you feel the day go by smoothly . I recomend people do this 👍🏻
I wake up between 4AM and 6AM and all my co-workers ask me "why?! You're crazy!!" I always answer "I'm more productive in the morning". I totally get this so-called CEO lifestyle
U arent a CEO tho haaaah
Frantic Pillow okay..? So therefore I'm not allowed to follow this? These people aren't CEO neither 🙂
"Almost ready like fish and spaghetti" 😂🤣😂 GADIEL
"Never hitting the snooze button again"
“Prevent you from getting stuck in a UA-cam Blackhole”
Me: *Blinks* at 3 still not asleep
"So I'm laying down in this dirty soap water"
Body dirt mixes with the soap water...What are you trying to quote here ?
rinse before the bath, super easy.
Gadiel is my spirit animal
Julie Nguyen he's a person not an animal
I really don't think routine defines success because I have these routines and yet I'm going nowhere. Success is much more than a routine .
But i think a routine is a good start to gain self discipline.
Yes, you need to have the right mindset for a start. Thinking that what you are doing is getting you somewhere, or at least has the chance to get you somewhere can be part of a good way to start, assuming that one has done good preliminary preparation e.g., research, planning etc.
'Sitting on your bed getting stuck in a youtube black hole for hours'
Why do I feel like he's talking to me...
Lieke Stokwielder bc that’s us xD
Love the movement of self care like this and cool to see it with men! Good job y'all.
Lauren Ilyse yup
Yeah the only time you’ll catch me waking up at 4:00 am is to use the restroom
This is great and all but students can't really call it a night at 8. That's when the homework grind starts
harkirat k the point of this video is that you can start the grind at 4 am, then continue a few hours after 4-5 pm after school.
i'm in uni from 8 am to 7 pm idk if you have longer days but what i do is i wake up at 4 am take time to do what i need to do (shower, eat, catch up on all things social media and stuff) and i give myself an hour max to do all that and then from 5 am to 7:30 am i do my homework which gives you 2 hours and a half for that.
Oh please. Being a student is actually easy.
harkirat k start earlier
"I hit snooze 365 times" 😂
IM LEGIT THE 365 LIKE ON THIS COMMENT
Shade Marin so u have alarms on the weekends
waterfalls Some people do, as they may have work on weekends, or a flight, or over things that need to happen earlier
So no alarms on February 29?
in a day 😀
Currently 2:14 AM Watching this...
I would replace checking e-mails with morning meditation.
Same, I do that and it really prepares you for the day
Or exercise
it does not only prepare you for the day but gives you ALOT of scienitifically proven benefits:D i m not even joking
Do you meditate by sitting with your eyes closed? I wanna try it
Lol I love how Gadiel’s reason for not taking baths is that he’s from Harlem
i love how Barack Obama was listed as a “former CEO of the United States”
lol 'barack obama ceo of united states' had me dying
me too!
this inspired me to go buy some bath salts and candles for my own CEO approved bath
Chloe Kasey buy*
Goodluck sis
THIS CHANGED MY LIFE... I was watching this video and I though to myself I'M GOING TO TAKE THIS UP and so the next morning I got up at 4am, I replied to my emails, worked out, planned my day and thought "is this what I want to be doing with my life"... eventually I came to the realisation that I was fed up with feeding my dog and so I had her put down that following afternoon! I'm really sad about it and my daughter is a little distraught but I'm SURE that I'll get that pay-rise and work my way up to being a C.E.O too! Thanks so much American Dudes!
Gadiel’s picture of Eddie Murphy Delirious in his kitchen is everything.
Goodness, yes! It's the exact same for me.
Yeah it's the normal. In Japanese spa/bath you take showers before hand to keep it clean. It's the same idea
I’m the opposite, because I love a hot bath I sweat in there so I have a shower after
simo Cora that's exactly what I was gonna comment.
It doesn't even look like its 4 am by the light
depending on state, I stayed in LA for a week and just even at 5am its bright outside, it just all depends on time zone
Kanes bathroom is cleaner than my entire house.
Jadooe I know right. His bathroom did look like a mini spa. I am ordering my candles and purple light bulbs right now.
Reflecting on what my grandmother used to say “ clean up the night before because you never want to bring yesterday into a new day”.
Funny because I am already doing 100% of this!! #MorningAndNightRoutine
"Former CEO of the United States" you mean the friggin presidentt
oh how smart you are to figure it out xD
I’m sure they meant what they said 👀
The same president that went bankrupt twice!? Guess this routine didn’t work for him
I would love to not have my phone near me at night but my alarm is set on my phone and the charger is right by my bed so.... Maybe I should invest in an actual alarm clock.
get one that wakes you with gradually increasing light!
wow is there such a thing
yeah philips sells many
i think i just need one that screams bloody murder. Yeah that should do it
I wake up stressed when I use the loud ones so that's why to some people it's nicer to wake up quietly :) Also, my country has extremely dark winters so waking up to light is nice.
Y'all need to remake this video for 2021! I love it so much! It the best Millionaire routine I have seen.
They should try Benjamin Franklin's schedule from his autobiography. Including the virtues.
Good job BuzzFeed. Never thought I'd say that 🤔
these young men all looked so much younger and more rested by the end of the week! lovely to see...
The question here is: How many of them stick with the CEO routine after this video?
none
some
30G I highly doubt that.
ECProductions idk
That was my question
