This CD is very calming ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq the first meditation focuses on breathing, the second guides you through the Buddhist metta bhavana--loving kindness to all, and the third is a meditation to be used when walking. him is originally from Scotland, so there is a little accent to his voice, but it is very soothing and not at all distracting. If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

The first time I watched Jim Kwik's brain related interview through an ad and the first time I watched Be Inspired's video.. That changed almost all aspects of my life. It's been 6 months now and I just graduated from high school with above average grade, my room is almost clean all the time, I lost weight from being obese, I always wake up early and I am satisfied because it feels so nice to change the way I did when I started to follow the tips this channel is giving me. Thank you very much, my granny is not stressed anymore due to my laziness 😂

Can I just say, I've suffered from depression, anxiety, and suicide attempts for 2 whole years. That's over 700 days. Every day waking up with a cereal bowl full of pills trying to talk myself into taking them. I've had 3 major attempts at taking my own life. Watched over 3000 videos about how to feel happier (BTW all this triggered from being accused of somthing I didn't do) I couldn't process the Injustice. Then I found your videos by chance.
You sir, have literally saved my life. I want you to know that even though I may just be one person in this world, you to me have become my whole world. I owe you my life. Never stop doing what your doing.

O'SSEIN - Waking up early is an interesting one. A lot of people say that you have to wake up early to be successful, What if that's not entirely true! Everyone is different in the ways of productivity some people are more creative/productive at night or in the middle of the day, others early in the morning. We need to find what works for us when do we have to most energy to produce results. We all have our own sleeping rhythms for feeling tired and waking up (naturally part of that comes from sleeping habits such as when you go to bed, bed time routines etc) The natural sleeping rhythm our species has comes from waking up when the sun rises and sets! Though we have screwed that up due to the demanding efforts on increasing production, resources, profits etc. Have wonderful day to you all. :)

Millionaires and successful people are not people who never fail, but people who never quit. If you want to be a millionaire, then think like one, act like one, and live like one. Maybe you guys might have seen me on other videos but anytime I write a comment, I always tell my story with it so people know why I am saying what I am saying :) - also to keep inspiring other people because for me, reading other people's success journey is so motivating. :) We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

For me success is defined by happiness and peace of mind, not wealth, wealth is an illusion, you can travel the world without being wealthy, if you really want wealth then all you need is focus and determination but I would rather be happy than rich, the cost of wealth is too high, we trade money for time, yet time is never for sale, as we age we realise that time has more value than money and things that glitter and sparkle all fade over time, I am not saying that you are wrong to follow your dreams and live your life the way you are and I would also like to congratulate you on your success of achieving your dreams, at the end of the day all we have are memories so enjoy your journey while you have the time.

Completely true, and I'll add to this doing good whether big or small things it doesn't matter. If u re rich u should help people to feel the real meaning of happiness and be rewarded generously afterwards in the other everlasting journey. Life is a very short journey we must live it with others in total harmony and joy. Thanks to all readers. 🌹

The simplest thing is the hardest:
    Change our habits.
-Learning languages instead of playing on the phone(at least 25-30 min a day)
-Learn about history, about business instead of watching TV all day
-Go to the gym instead of watching YT videos about idiot people
-Listen to yourself, surround yourself with realist people, who make you laugh and can be learnt by them somehow, instead of hanging around with a bunch of morons
-Visualise your dream, search all the God dammed information what you need to do exactly,to achieve what you imagined for yourself as a future, instead of”It is not possible for me,I can not do it”
-Think about yourself as the “Man of doing” instead of “Man of words”
Who can stop you if you already decided?
Yes..There will be so much unexpectes bullshit.A lot.Get through it,and you can do it!
Am I millionaire? Not yet. But I will be,and I wish all the people whose are reading this comment.

On #2, should you ignore, bury, or pretend negative thoughts don't exist or confront it head-on...obviously there's a reason why negative ideas enter one's head and I feel they need to be dealt with directly: negative energy needs to be channeled or released, for example, a good scream, punching a pillow, getting a massage, therapy, yoga whatever best suits an individual...not providing a release point will only build into a bubble waiting for it to burst in a form a nervous breakdown, anxiety attack, suicide, etc...

The smartest, hardest working, healthiest and also wealthiest guy I knew committed suicide at 34 because his whole life he'd spent trying to achieve all these things, all this wealth and success and excellence - yet when he actually had it all he then realized it was all hollow illusion and it was only the idea of achieving all this stuff that gave pleasure. Actually getting it all was like his whole world and ideology being pulled out from under him. He didn't really enjoy his wealth and the things it bought him very quickly became just normal and unexciting for him. His marriage failed because he had little time for her and had started feeling more and more emotionally numb, even with his friends too, and that likely tipped him over the edge :(

It seems a bit controversial when you say 2. “Kill” negative thoughts but then say 10. “Stress Management”. (To kill negative thoughts, is to put an end to or defeat) 2. “Eliminate” negative thoughts and 10. “Stress Management” would be a better description or 2. Kill negative thoughts and 10. Lifestyle Management would be a practical descriptions as well. Contrary to popular belief stress is not something we are forced to live with. We create our own stress as a result of external influences. However, I do agree 100% with everything else in the video. Thank you!
