Most people that lived during the Spanish Flu knew that it didn't come from Spain. The reason why it was called the Spanish flu was because Spain didn't participate in WW1 and this flu was jokingly Spains way to participate in WW1. Most Americans don't blame Asia for Covid. Even the Americans that you think that do believes that comes from Asia don't actually blame Asia. Infact, they blame the CCP for causing it in a lab. Just recently there's actually been an international investigation into the origins of Covid and they are suspecting that it could be the CCP's fault. Of course that's just speculation atm. @@RoChuFTW14 yeah they live a lot more minimalist than Americans do.
When I think of Japan I think of how beautiful most women's hair is there. The same goes for most in China, Korea, Indonesia, and even India, among others. I can't help it, I just love super dark hair. Sue me. Every time I watch a video from there I'm always thinking, wow she has the prettiest hair, and so does she, and her, and her and her etc lol
@@scottricklaroque7428 men in Asia have the exact same hair as the women. So you like Asian hair regardless of gender.
When you realize The Infographics Show is stereotyping what Americans think about other countries
Well it does say Stereotypes at 0:00 not sure how you are realizing it. Watch the video. LOL
They've become pretty anti-american in recent times.
Sigh, too much politics.
common, this was a joke, don't take it seriously
They said not all Americans think this way
@@randomperson-pn7us and yet, I'm willing to bet you had an idea of what type of American they were referring to when they said some Americans think this way. A certain kind of person, of a certain race who stereotypically holds racist, stereotype views.
I love how how the French stereotypes are either really good ( the romantic view) or really bad ( the not shaving and smelly one)
The main stereotype of Americans is ASIA only includes China, Korea, Japan like complexioned people while the reality is Indian sub continental also belongs to Asia.
The best example was Asian hate was happening with some of the countries except India, Pak, Bangladesh, Srilanka, etc
Russia is also from Asia
@@KeybladeMaster64 wait what??? Really?
@@yntkys8691 well half of Russia is Asia and other half is European since Russia so big…
@@KeybladeMaster64 I’m from Italy and I remember when my middle school teacher jokingly said “la Russia è grande quanto due continenti” that roughly translate to “Russia is as big as two continents” or like if you wanna paraphrase in a more funny way “Russia is two continents long”.
@@frankborr3395 true
The second part of the german stereotypes were cooler than I thought.
I’m glad to see that the Infographics Channel is open minded.
When your country is so small that you don’t even have stereotypes associated with you
I think it doesn’t even have to be small because so many Americans don’t know geography
The comments in this video is basically:
"You understand you just insulted my entire race of people?"
"But yes"
I’m an American and I have actually not heard of most of these. I respect all countries and culture
exactly...tbh we are exposed to many cultures in the United States to the various groups that have settled here and it is quite amazing to have access and learn about other's culture in your homeland. Its very saddening all the time going on videos like these and seeing many people judge a whole country by a few major political people.
@@PershingOfficial what I don’t like is that other countries think we are fat slobs that love guns. Which is totally untrue
@@bigben1081 yep
@@bigben1081 its even more nuts because some paint us as bad country when we are actually trying to fix our systemic racism. unlike some other countries that choose to fight rather than think rationally. smh...
@sopow I do and I’ve always thought India was a beautiful country
All South Koreans are all born with the ability to become a pro at video games. It is not a stereotype it’s just facts.
It's probably because this channel's crew is based over here too, but this is the most accurate video I think I've ever seen them do.
I love how he said hard workers but he never mentioned high suicide rates!
Probably cuz ppl don't associate Japan with suicide
@@dohomework3864 even though they have the highest suicide rates in the world? I thought I was Japanese after I almost killed my self!
I'm sorry pal, I'm not american so i can't say for sure but maybe they don't hv the best awareness on this topic
i think because that is a sensitive and triggering topic they cant just put it on the video casually. Also this video is talking about stereotypes viewed by americans, not talking about true facts about the countries
@@penguinpal1793 I’m pretty sure that’s racist chief

He’s Canadian?
Luke Lyall yea
Stereotypes usually have a basis in truths. And are usually the most spoken about or imaged things of people or a place. Not all stereotypes are negative. That American stereotype sounded personal.
Oh no butthurts
Nah. Stereotypes are just trends. Nothing to get all offended over tbh.
American stereotypes are the only negative ones in the world.
@@Roy-jh3xs yikes man you haven’t heard much then
You forgot the stereotype that “Canadians ride moose, live in igloos, love hockey and that we have tim Hortans 24/7”
