To be honest, being pilot is a tough job. There is a lot of responsibility on your head, erratic schedule which harms your body and airlines have very stringent contracts. The pay in India is OK, 4 lacs after tax is good money but nothing fancy. There are a lot of job these days paying similar amount, this was not the case earlier. Those who genuinely want to fly planes and can take responsibility should go for pilot training.

Maybe I can help you with the basic information. Because you have passed 12th class with maths and physics, you are eligible to become a pilot. For example, you can start the pilot training after you have completed your bca degree. When you have finished your studies, the very first thing before you do anything else is that you get an aviation medical examination (Class 2 medical). This medical examination is a prerequisite for the flight training. This examination is conducted by a doctor approved by the aviation authority (DGCA). When you have passed this medical examination, you can start the training process. You can choose a flight school where you want to get your training. At a flight school you need to complete the training for a commercial pilot license (CPL). This flight training includes at least 200 flight hours. You have to complete theory exams for the CPL, and it is usually recommended that you complete the exams before you go to a flight school. And also, before you go to a flight school you need to get a Class 1 medical examination, which is required for the commercial pilot license.
The theory exams I mentioned are: - Air Regulations - Aviation Meteorology - Air Navigation - Technical General - Technical Specific And you also have to complete the RTR (Radio Telephone Restricted) exam. There are special aviation academies that have preparation courses for these exams, and you can take this preparation course, or you can try to study the exams yourself. You can choose which way feels best for you. To complete these DGCA theory exams you need to apply for the DGCA computer number, and you can do that already when you have finished your studies. To get your medical examination you have to register on the eGCA portal with your 10th class marksheet to apply for medical examination. You have to upload your 10th marksheet on the eGCA portal while registering. There you can see a list of approved doctors, and you can choose the nearest.
