You speak well. Interesting perspective but I still want to support my son to live his life dream- to become a pilot
you are amazing sir
The engineering salary can vary. For instance, my educational expenses for engineering were around 4 lakh at a decent private college. As a Software Engineer, my current in-hand salary is 2 lakh per month, plus additional benefits like stock options and a joining bonus. I anticipate that after four years, when I become a Senior Engineer at the age of 27, my monthly in-hand earnings will increase to between 3 to 4 lakhs, excluding stocks and bonuses. When considering the financial aspect, engineering seems like a better decision, especially because taking a loan of 1.2 crore seems quite risky to me. If I'm going to take a high risk, I might as well start a business. Engineering appears to be a risk-free option in this regard, at least it doesn't involve the fear of a 1.2 crore loan. However, I believe every profession has its own benefits and I truly respect all of them.
Bro are you graduated from IIT Bombay how can you get 24 Lpa at the age pf just 23 years!!!!!!🗿

Hey Champ! I am currently in class 11th preparing for jee and I wish to put forward my step into aviation after my graduation (trying my best to make it from IIT/NIT ) So my question is that
"WILL THAT A GOOD DESCISION? COZ MY FAMILY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO FOLLOW MY PASSION RIGHT NOW. IN ORDER TO FOLLOW IT, FIRST I HAVE TO PROVE MYSELF " !!
Btw top notch video :) editing, camera, way of giving information and everything !! 👏

Sir,this video get best explanation to me. It's soo much inspiring. ❤️
Hello ❤❤❤
Best video so far on career +investment 👏
awesome😍
Thank You Harsh!
wow🔥
I think the cost can be drastically reduced if one goes for NDA (National Defence Academy) and get pilot training on a fighter jet, I know it's radically different but it would be great if you could make a video on that
Compared to 1 cr.. fighter jet training is virtually free
Sir very well said ☺☺
Subscribed you ❤️❤️
Can an ex fighter pilot get the ATPL directly after getting retired from the armed forces or even after serving as a fighter pilot he/she has to undergo all the procedures you mentioned in this video?
Really good video an inspired engg n mba student
Glad you liked it Aravind! If you have any questions feel free to connect with me on Instagram @wingedengineer
Returns are still looking better for an engineer with your equation and with much lesser exposure to risk (health being the biggest and then followed by market volatilities).
This video is very informative, in every aspect, be it related to time or the investment required, or the ROI (return On investment). Great work. Thank you!!
Thank you Gautam for the lovely compliment. It means a lot coming from a business tycoon like you! Hope to see you soon!
When you calculated the interest on loan amount, you forgot about the simple interest that banks charge during the study period.
Suppose you are taking a loan of 60 lakhs and the training period is 2 years, you are supposed to pay 10.8 lakhs as simple interest @ 9% as well as the (compound interest + principle amount) for the repayment period.
So the final amount comes out to be 60+10.8+39=110 lakhs (1.1Cr) for 12 years at 9%
Nice video ❤️
Thank you Atishey for the appreciation!
Good 👍 Information about 9:17
👍
Training started at 23 and becoming a pilot at 28. Don't you think it sounds weird. Thru convential or cadet you will take approx. 3 years
INCORRECT analysis on salary comparison. Most of my friends in Engineering line have reached 20-25lpa within first 8-10 years of workex(age around 30). Now if the salary keeps growing at a snail pace of 10% their lifetime earnings comes around 42 crores. And with an investment of 4-8 lacs.
Here I am not even counting the exceptional candidates who work with startups and FANG companies, they are easily earning 60-80 lpa at age of 30. Their lifetime earnings would be way higher than the pilot.
I don’t mean to discourage Pilot aspirants, but one should be clear on what they want to do Mon-Fri.
PS: I am a management consultant, i used to love travelling-business class, staying in 5star hotels across the globe, but at age of 33, my preferences have changed to less travel and more family time
He compared average pilot salary to average engineer not the exceptional ones so by keeping that in mind yes average pilot earns a lot when compared to the average engineer.
Thanks chintan anna, ♥️ from 🇱🇰
You are welcome
Sir your English is sooo good ❤
Conventional way would be pretty risky, there's no job security, we will have to wait , i would go for the cadet training program, it's expensive but it's robust
Hi chintan Ramani Brother...
It's not "CUTE LITTLE PRESENTATION" it's a "GREAT LEVEL PRESENTATION ❤️" this is the best and this will be the best video for me which I have never ever seen and meanwhile I got like GOOSEBUMPS and this is the 33rd video of our channel...I think and your explanation style or talking style is ❤️..."I CAN SEE THE FIRE IN YOUR EYES MY BROTHER" and keep going on and Full support... finally,
"I LOVE YOU BROTHER 🤗❤️"...
Thank you so much Ravindra for lovely compliment!
❤❤❤❤
loved the way you explained it, and definitely your quality of video editing has become better
Thank you Mukund for the compliment!
Very nice vidiyo
Thank you!
Thanks

Add inflation, taxes on income ,opportunity cost ,future unemployment due to several reasons
So is it take two years after training
Means after the training of two years as they committed for job but still have to wait for another two years?
but brother you joined l3 harries in back in 2019 i think that to cadet pilot program but you still did'nt join any airline as pilot why it is worth to do
INSANE 😮
Thank you so much for your support! I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
What about the 1lakh per month EMI of loan repayment? For the first 8-12 months , the avg salary of a Pilot is 1 lakh rupees itself . Where to get that from?
man u r just so amazing!!!!...see i am in the same problem in which you were stucked ..i want the help..plzz
I'm 27, and want to switch to become a pilot is it possible now?
😊😊
Indigo cadet training program includes ground school training so do I have to do DGCA ground school as well?
Why the hell is this channel is so underrated 😕
Did you join flying school after 12th or degree , and if degree , which degree is helpful for pilot training?
sir plz make a video on canda vs us for training taking every aspect in mind
Thank you Kaushik for the suggestion will try to take it into consideration. If you have any other questions you reach out to me on Instagram @wingedengineer
I am also shoked Ahmed
which is the best for job cadet pilot programme or conventional pathway ?😊
absolutely banger of a video, you are so underrated cant even imagine.
just have few questions.
1. should I do a undergrad so if anything happens in medical and if my cpl get revoked i'll still have a degree for any further jobs. or should i just go for it after completing 12?
2. i have bad eyes, imean its not that bad(not sure about my power) . Can i clear my medicals?
3. if my father provides the 60% of tha coventional way's fee , for the remaining 28 -30 lakhs ,for what period of time should i take the student loan?
even if you dont answer lot thanks to you for this video , helped a lot.
If it's going to take 4 years to start recieving the stipend or a salary, how can one pay back the EMI's as they start wayy before this time and is there any reason why line release takes so long once your're typre rated and airline training is done or it depends upon the vacancy??!!!!
this is very informative its useful for everyone. the main problem here comes to everyone who dreamed to become a pilot is THE MONEY.
